The People＇s Bank of China, the country＇s central bank, describes in a report that the country＇s financial situation is stable ＂in general＂, the risks left over from the past have been dealt with, and a financial stability mechanism is coming into being.     

商贸物流探析

2011年初,商务部、发展和改革委员会、中华全国供销合作总社发布《商贸物流发展专项规划》.这是一部针对最近若干年的专项规划,不是一部长期、具有战略性的全面规划,它主要针对内需,对总揽全局的《物流业调整和振兴规划》进行完善和补充,对我国商贸流通意义重大.这项规划一开始就对商贸物流作出了界定,但该界定的表述过于具体,在学术严密性方面还有欠缺,不如更为笼统、原则一些为好.本文指出,商贸物流是商贸活动重要的组成部分,商贸活动决策必须在考虑购销价格因素的同时重视物流价格因素.商贸物流不是一般的被动型服务,它对商贸活动具有能动的支持作用甚至起着决定性的作用,它可以支持商贸活动的一般、正常运行;可以提升和优化商贸活动;可以提升对用户的服务水平,扩大市场;可以降低商贸企业的成本和流通费用;可以使城市的产业结构发生变化;可以使城市规划的科学性进一步提高;可以改变城市在地区、国家甚至全世界的战略地位;可以引导和扩大消费,促进生产;可以帮助解决资源不足地区的经济发展问题;有利于改善地区就业问题,提高财政收入.文章进一步指出,创新对商贸物流具有非常重要的意义,应进一步推动商贸物流创新.     

落实《规划纲要》提升合作水平——吉林省同俄罗斯远东地区经济合作问题研究

同俄罗斯特别是同其远东地区发展经济合作,是吉林省对外开放战略的重要组成部分。中俄两国批准的《中华人民共和国东北地区与俄罗斯联邦远东及东西伯利亚地区合作规划纲要（2009--2018年）》把双方毗邻地区合作上升到国家层面,为进一步深化区域经济合作提供了难得机遇。贯彻落实好《规划纲要》,势必对推动吉林省经济发展产生深远影响。     

韩国的东北亚经济中心建设构想及难题

为了应对东北亚区域内外环境的变化以及韩国经济可持续发展的需要,韩国政府提出了构建东北亚经济中心的构想。这是一个以东北亚地区经济合作为基础,以促进东北亚地区经济资源流动与经济发展为目的,由韩国发挥中心作用的远大战略,其建设方案主要包括东北亚物流中心、金融中心、企业中心等内容。文章提出,实现这一目标,需要巨大的资本和较长的时间,需要对韩国政治、行政、经济、媒体、教育等领域进行改革;必须得到东北亚区域内国家特别是中国和日本的协助,构建东北亚经济合作组织。     

Corporate Strategy and ethics

Corporate Strategy has emerged as a central metaphor for private-sector enterprise. Given inherent imperfections in markets, one important question to consider is how well the practice of Corporate Strategy contributes to social welfare. An account of the implicit morality of free markets is developed as a standard against which two particular, second best solutions to market imperfections — namely, American federal antitrust policy and Corporate Strategy — are compared. Corporate Strategy is subsequently evaluated in terms of the fundamental principles of Rawls' theory of justice. In both analyses, Corporate Strategy is found to depart significantly and systematically from the standards of social justice. An alternative principle, grounded in the concept of duty, is introduced as a means for reconceptualizing Corporate Strategy.Daniel R. The Korean versus American marketplace: Consumer reactions to foreign products

The Republic of Korea recently became one of the member countries of the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Such developed-nation status requires Korea to open its consumer goods and financial markets. As a more open Korean market becomes increasingly attractive to foreign manufacturers and investors, it is critical for foreign marketers to understand how Korean consumers perceive and evaluate imported goods. This study examines how Koreans in comparison with Americans react to foreign-made products. The results of the study show that both Korean and U.S. consumers, in general, relied heavily on specific intrinsic attributes of products as the basis for their evaluations of the product quality. Interestingly, Koreans considered country-of-manufacture information as equally important in this situation. However, when they determined their purchase intentions, neither Koreans nor Americans valued country labels of the products; they again used product attribute information. The implications of the results for foreign marketers in Korea are discussed. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

国内外绿箱政策的比较分析与启示

本文选取美国、欧盟为发达国家代表,韩国为新兴工业化国家代表,印度为发展中国家代表,依托大量的数据,分析了各国运用绿箱政策的情况及特点,并通过上述国家与中国在绿箱政策使用方面的比较,得出相关的启示和借鉴。     

借鉴国际经验 完善我国农村合作金融体系

目前我国农村合作金融存在着经营单打独斗、缺乏持续的政策支持、合作金融法规缺失等问题。应借鉴德国、美国、法国、日本的成功经验,完善我国农村合作金融体系,遵循合作制原则建立全国统一的结算体系,加大政策扶持力度,尽快研究的制定《合作金融法》和《合作银行法》等法律法规,使其在我国农村经济中发挥重要作用。     

北京奥运中的绿色物流对策分析

发展绿色物流是适应经济全球化的需要,要实现我们所提倡的“绿色奥运”、“人文奥运”等口号,在物流领域我们必须大力推行“绿色物流”,克服现阶段我们在物流领域中的一些不足之处,使“绿色物流”不仅成为2008年北京奥运会、更成为我国经济可持续发展一个重要的砝码。     

Frames and facilitators by China in promoting the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI)

Much larger than the U.S. Marshall Plan, the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), with over $5 trillion global infrastructure projects, is a major undertaking by the international communities, proposed by the Chinese government. Adopting a multimethod approach of employing textual analysis, participant observation, and framing analysis, this article uncovers that Chinese government and state‐run media promote BRI with proper rhetorical frames and institutional facilitators. The six frames are “Development,” “Mutual respect and mutual trust,” “Ancient Silk Road Story,” “Action Speaks Louder than Words,” “China is a Partner, not a Colonialist,” and “Win‐Win.” Since 1949 and especially in the past two decades, China has cultivated a global ecosystem with at least nine facilitators that support BRI. These facilitators are Chinese Soft Power, South–South Cooperation, Shanghai Cooperation Organization, China & ASEAN FTA, RCEP, 16+1, AIIB, Silk Road Fund, and The New Development Bank. With BRI, China leads a new wave of globalization: Globalization 5.0. This article proposes a three‐step strategy for Western companies to benefit from the China‐led Belt and Road Initiative: from rising above pre‐existing frames in your mind (stereotypes), to be open minded for new frames (new thinking), to participate in BRI for win–win outcomes (opportunities).

COPIT,Ready for a Bigger Role in 2010

The year 2010 is not only a crucial year in responding to the crisis, but also the last year implementing the ＂Eleventh Five-Year Plan＂. To do a good job in 2010 is essential to win a complete victory in the international financial crisis as well as to maintain stable and rapid economic development. It is also of great significance to lay a good foundation for the implementation of the ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂.     

Development of a food and health strategy for Cardiff

This keynote address will cover the background to, research involved in and presentation of a Food and Health Strategy for Cardiff. The work involved:

• 1 A rapid appraisal of over 20 initiatives, which promote the availability and consumption of safe, healthy and sustainable food within Cardiff.
• 2 Recommendations for membership of a food and health strategy working party.
• 3 The preparation of a framework document as a starting point for the working party.
• 4 The meeting of the working party and key‐stakeholders to produce a final strategy for Cardiff incorporating sustainable development, food quality, safety and hygiene, food availability, education and nutrition.
• 5 Ensuring that the Cardiff strategy reflected the broad aims and objectives of already existing pertinent documents, e.g. National Service Framework for Coronary Heart Disease, National Service Framework for Diabetes, Nutrition Strategy for Wales, Cardiff Strategy for a Healthy City, A Community Strategy for Cardiff, Local Sustainability Strategy for Cardiff.

The presentation will consist of key findings in terms of best practice, evaluation of successful initiatives and intercollaborative working.
