Local refining capacity steadily expanded in 2013, to 180 million tons, and there was remarkable progress made in processes that improve product quality, especially hydrogenation where capability improved at an accelerated rate. Thanks to securing increased crude oii import authority and increased supply to the main units, the composition of local refinery raw material greatly improved, and product quality substantially rose： national III-standard gasoline supply accounted for 72% of total gasoline supply capacity, while national Ill diesel supply capacity reached 60% of diesel supply capacity. 相似文献
