通过对企业网络、双元领导(授权型领导/命令型领导)与组织创新的文献回顾,在总结分析已有研究成果的基础上,将企业网络划分为三个维度,即网络规模、网络连接程度、网络异质性,并以此为基点来探索企业网络、双元领导与组织创新之间的关系。构建了企业网络、双元领导与组织创新融合的理论模型,建立起一个比较全面的理论框架,对组织创新过程中企业网络所发挥的作用进行了较完整的分析,提出假设认为网络规模、网络连接强度、网络异质性对双元领导有正向作用,对组织创新也具有正向作用。同时,双元领导对组织创新具有正向作用,在企业网络对组织创新的影响中具有中介作用,为今后该领域的研究提供了一定的理论基础。 相似文献

从组织行为研究领域的前沿走势来看,后现代主义思潮在相当大的程度上具有标识性,这在各个相关学科中都有显著表现,如在组织行为基本原理方面,以演化(心理学)理论为新视角、新支点和新方法,对有关组织行为的基本特征及一般规律作出通论性归纳和解说;在组织经济行为方面,从传统"理性行为"的狭小视界中走出,直面现实人类行为,去解说组织中个体或群体的经济行为规律;在组织社会行为方面,在社会学关于"社会现象"的大背景下,将人的行为放置在特定的社会情境中去观察,以解析那些超越个体人格差异的群体心理现象及行为表现;在组织政治行为方面,研究特定社会政治环境中,一个组织为获取生存合法性和持续竞争优势,其成员究竟如何在内部通过权力斗争,以及在外部与其他组织间围绕控制权展开较量,从而实现组织场域利益最大化;在组织整合管理行为方面,以"战略性激励"为核心,密切关注现代组织学习型变革基本趋势。 相似文献

A serious attempt to integrate ethics in management was done by Professor Juan Antonio Pérez López (1934–1996). His thought represents a break with current scholarly thinking on these subjects. The purpose of this article is to explain some of the most significant aspects of his theories, relating basically to his recourse to ethics as what defines the characteristic behavior of human beings, considered as individuals and as members of organizations. Pérez López used the anthropological conception underlying the ethics of Aristotle and Thomas Aquinas to build a solid base for that ethics, starting from the decision-making process. He then used that ethical base to point to the kind of action theory and organization theory that could most effectively assist the human development of people and organizations. 相似文献

Web services is an extremely promising technology that has the potential to revolutionize many aspects of information systems. Web services facilitates vendor-, platform-, and language-independent, loosely coupled, inexpensive integration of both internal and external systems. Although there is a general agreement that Web services will have a significant impact on applications of information technology in organizations, there is a disagreement regarding the speed and spread of assimilation due to a multitude of inhibitors. In this article, we identify 3 areas of assimilation of Web services in organizations: information systems departmental assimilation, intraorganizational assimilation, and interorganizational assimilation. We propose a research framework for investigating various issues related to organizational assimilation of Web services. In addition, we developed a projection of the assimilation patterns for the 3 areas of organizational assimilation of Web services. This study is a comparison of the validity of theory of reasoned action and theory of planned behavior as applied to the area of moral behavior (i.e., illegal copying of software) using structural equation modeling. Data were collected from 181 university students on the various components of the theories and used to asses the influence of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control on the intention to make unauthorized software copies. Theory of planned behavior was found to be better than the theory of reasoned action in predicting unethical behavior. A modified version of the theory of planned behavior, with a causal path linking subjective norm to attitude, provided a significant improvement on model fit. The results indicated that perceived behavioral control is a better predictor of behavioral intention then attitude. The direct effect of subjective norm on behavioral intention was not significant, but the indirect effect through attitude was highly significant. Applicability of the theory of planned behavior for moral behavior and the implications for future research are discussed. 相似文献

学科视角不同,流通的含义也不同.本文将流通问题研究的学科视角限定为经济学或管理学,进而将流通界定为不包括货币、资金、劳动力、服务的有形商品或产品从生产领域到消费领域的流动,指出了流通与交换、贸易、商业、营销、分销等概念的异同.本文认为可以从宏观与微观两个视角,用经济学与管理学两种分析工具对流通问题进行研究,进而形成两种流通理论,前者可称为流通经济理论,后者可称为流通管理理论.同时,本文用机构分析法、商品分析法、功能分析法、系统分析法、社会分析法等研究方法对流通经济理论(学)的体系框架进行了初步设计. 相似文献

组织公正是涉及管理学、心理学和社会学等领域的跨学科前沿研究课题,目前已成为社会科学领域关注的热点。为了探索中国情境下组织公正的内涵及其重要性,在实证调研的基础上,运用验证型因素分析方法检验了组织公正的理论模型,并分析了员工组织公正知觉与组织绩效之间的关系。研究结果表明:组织公正的三维理论模型在拟合度上优于两维模型,支持了分配公正、程序公正和互动公正模型假设;与任务绩效相比,员工公正性知觉与组织周边绩效间的相关更紧密,其中互动公正对组织绩效的效应要显著高于分配公正和程序公正,说明在“关系”取向的中国文化背景下,员工的组织公正知觉主要依赖对上下级交换关系的评价,互动公正显得更为重要。 相似文献

This paper develops a conceptual framework for investigating the adoption patterns, inhibitors, and facilitators (PIF) of sustainable consumption in sub-Sahara African (SSA) settings. Literature evidence shows paucity of empirical studies on sustainable consumption from SSA, which partly explains lack of suitable conceptual framework to guide research in this area. Also, the existing frameworks, which were developed outside SSA may not be suitable for constructing sustainable consumption behavior in SSA because of its peculiarities. The key significance of this article is the potential of providing future researchers in this area with a framework to guide and manage their studies. As a conceptual article, insight was drawn from a plethora of scholarly articles in the domain of sustainable consumption and related areas. The framework is built on four key constructs—adoption patterns, inhibitors, facilitators (PIF), and intention. As a guide for studies from the SSA, the article includes an empirical section, which provides preliminary empirical validation for the proposed PIF conceptual framework based on a pilot test. The result from the pilot study, using structural equation modeling (SEM), led to positing the PIF Sustainable Consumption model, thus giving support for the PIF Conceptual Framework, which this article puts forward. In addition, the proposed PIF conceptual framework is capable of providing insight for crafting sustainability-related policies. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 相似文献
