关于组织公民行为(OCB)的研究已经进行了20多年,OCB与绩效之间的关系受到了学者的广泛关注。本文在对OCB和绩效基本理论进行阐述的基础上,归纳总结了国内外学者关于二者关系的研究观点、研究方法及国内研究存在的问题。文章最后提出未来研究方向,认为学者们需要在组织公民行为的负面影响、组织公民行为与绩效的因果关系、新的调节变量以及二者关系的跨文化对比研究方面进行深入探讨。  相似文献

地方融资圈是中小企业在抱团解决融资难题时借助社会关系运作形成的担保、股权关系错综复杂的社会关系网络,并成为企业连环债务风险传染的关键载体。本文对地方融资圈及风险传染防控的相关研究梳理后认为在人情关系社会中对该现象加以阐述更具理论解释力。吴宝等学者的跨学科研究对这一理论研究提供了很好的范式。同时,本文重点评介了《地方融资圈及其风险问题研究》。该专著提供了关于浙江地方融资圈的第一手资料,并在国内首次科学测算了风险传染效应,有较高的理论价值。  相似文献

会计监管一直是我国实务界和学术界广泛关注的热点,该领域的研究成果也十分丰富。早期该领域的研究多是探讨会计监管定义的规范性研究,而伴随着公司会计舞弊案件的发生,越来越多的学者对会计监管的有效性等问题进行研究。通过对国内现有的会计监管方面的文献进行概述,发现我国学者们对于会计监管目前未有明确定义,且会计监管有效性的研究多从政府、企业、审计师角度探讨会计监管问题,而对如何优化会计监管体系以适应社会经济的发展方面则缺乏系统性的理论和实践研究。  相似文献

民族政治学中,民族地区法治问题是一大亮点。笔者发现研究这一问题可采用一个新的法学理论角度,即民间法。虽然关于民间法是否为法,国内法学界有一定争议,但根据本土化即从社会学的广义角度界定,认为法律不仅指国家法还包括民间通行的规则即民间法。民间法在中国乡土社会有着深厚的文化根基,在调节社会关系、维护社会秩序方面起着国家正式法律制度不可替代的作用。本文将围绕民族地区民间法的本质、功能和价值进行讨论。  相似文献

Strong social ties embedded in ethnic communities of immigrant populations have been considered key assets for immigrant entrepreneurs. However, little research has been done on how biological kinship and the biological theories of altruism influence the behavior of ethnic entrepreneurs. In this study, we have applied a neo-Darwinian evolutionary theory of kinship to examine adaptive functions of kin and ethnic altruism in business start-up and hiring practices of Korean immigrant entrepreneurs in the United States. We confirmed that the patterns of help received by Korean entrepreneurs for business start-ups were congruent with an evolutionary perspective on altruism. However, the results for hiring patterns suggested that customer ethnicity trumped kin and co-ethic interests. We close by offering suggestions for future research.  相似文献

This paper uses a qualitative case study of an Anglo-German automobile manufacturing plant to investigate the role played by the strategic self-presentation of national, class and ethnic identities by different groups within the organisation in knowledge management and power relations in multinational corporations (MNCs). I explore this using a ‘negotiated culture’ approach to cross-cultural management. My findings are, firstly, that knowledge management played a crucial part in strategic self-presentation and thus in power relations. Secondly, that an examination of knowledge management activities from this perspective provided a way of analysing the complexity of intergroup interaction in the organisation. Thirdly, that workers as well as managers engage in knowledge management and strategic action. I conclude that a qualitative analysis of knowledge management can help researchers and managers deal with the complexities of social behaviour in organisations, and suggest frameworks for understanding of the impact of identity on knowledge management.  相似文献

The US is a multicultural society due to its growing number of ethnic minorities. These ethnic populations have made intracultural studies more difficult because of the different senses of identity and degrees of acculturation the varied groups possess. The current study examined the impact of perceived ethnicity (Asian vs. Asian American) and acculturation level (low vs. high) on consumer ethnocentrism towards the country of immigration (the US) and its consequences with respect to Asian immigrants, the fastest growing minority in the US. One hundred and eighty‐five responses from Asian immigrants were collected through a convenience sample from a university campus located in the southwest US as well as a snowball sampling technique. Results revealed that perceived ethnicity and acculturation play an important role in influencing Asian immigrants' ethnocentrism towards the US, which in turn affects their attitudes and behavioural intentions towards products made in the US. 在品牌发展过程中,品牌自身可能经历品牌创新、品牌易主、品牌延伸、品牌国际化和本土化等改变,这些变化可能使品牌偏离其原本的样貌,也可能使消费者对其本真性存有疑惑。在全球化和后现代社会发展过程中,品牌变化的程度和速度都在加快,塑造本真的品牌、建构消费者信任的品牌愈来愈受到学界和业界的关注。品牌本真性作为一个整体概念,不仅涉及到产品的地道、品牌传统的延续和企业社会责任,更与消费者的自我实现相关联。文章基于艺术学、旅游学和社会学对“本真性”的研究,梳理营销领域的品牌本真性内涵,阐释品牌本真性的维度,总结现有的关于品牌本真性的测量,明晰关于品牌本真性的研究争议,并探讨品牌本真性的未来研究方向。  相似文献

This paper examines ethnic ties and their impact on FDI location choice and firm performance. Drawing on social network theory and using data from 88 Taiwanese business groups, the study tests the impact of ethnic ties on firm FDI location choice and performance outcomes in China. Results show that ethnic ties of top managers matter in facilitating firm FDI location choice. In contrast to our expectations however, ethnic ties do not help to improve firm performance in China. Implications of these results are discussed in view of existing literature and future research opportunities are delineated.  相似文献

20世纪以来,俄罗斯经历了乌克兰危机、西方经济制裁、国际油价下跌等外部因素的冲击,经济安全遭受严重威胁,在此背景下的俄罗斯政治经济战略势必波及中俄经贸合作,进而影响丝绸之路经济带建设。本文从贸易合作和对外直接投资合作方面,基于计量模型剖析俄罗斯国家经济安全对中俄经贸合作的影响过程及关联因素。研究表明俄罗斯国家经济安全危机提升了中国在俄贸易伙伴国中的地位,促使俄与中国产能合作的意愿强烈,直接投资和产能合作逐渐成为推动中俄经贸合作向纵深发展的强劲动力;俄罗斯国家经济安全危机对中俄罗贸易有显著负向影响,中俄政治关系对贸易合作有显著正向影响。这是提高中国对俄罗斯投资、提升高新技术产品在俄罗斯进口比重的机遇期,亦是推进丝绸之路经济带的重要机遇期。经济强势崛起的俄罗斯和经济体系全面崩溃的俄罗斯对丝绸之路经济带的推进均有重要影响,在与其发展战略协作伙伴关系过程中,中国恰到好处地拿捏平衡其中的大国利益边界至关重要。  相似文献

This paper examines informal networks that support the British Asianbusiness community. Ethnic communities have been crucial to facilitatingthe economic development of their migrant members, as they make thetransition from economic refugees to citizens. The basis of thisinformal support is the notion of social capital offered to kinsmen whoarrived with finite resources. However, as successive generations havebecome more integrated with the wider community reliance on theseresources is forecast to decrease. Research has shown that subsequentAsian generations are developing complex relations in their attitudesand reliance towards their ethnic community (Janjuha-Jivraj and Woods,2002) it is still an area that is very active in providing crucialinformal business support. There is however, a distinct difference inattitudes between first and second generations in terms of acceptingbusiness support from the ethnic community. This issue is furthercompounded by difficulties among external support agencies inpenetrating ethnic businesses. This leads to the following questions: ? What forms of social capital are evident and how important are they in sustaining relationships within the religious-ethnic community? ? How crucial is the ethnic community in providing an infrastructure to offer support. This paper is based on a network of businesses that are members of a sub-group across Greater London. It is anticipated that the findings will help to unravel the impact of migratory bonds on community members. This in turn will provide useful information for service providers when considering how to successfully target ethnic businesses.  相似文献
