供应链中断风险管理研究综述

有效的中断管理战略是企业供应链战略必要的组成部分,供应链中断风险问题是供应链风险管理研究领域一个新的亮点.近年来,国内外新的管理思想、精深的定量分析成果不断出现,但总体上比较零散,缺乏系统性,有关供应链中断风险管理的研究尚处于初级阶段,存在较大的研究空间.为提高供应链决策的科学性、合理性、有效性,进一步的研究可关注以下方向:一是影响供应链多层实体、范围广的中断问题,二是供应网络横向联盟问题,三是国内供应链中断实证研究问题.     

供应链文化整合风险及其防范

本文首先对供应链文化整合过程中出现的风险因素进行分析，在此基础上对供应链文化整合的风险类型进行剖析，最后针对这些风险提出了防范措施。     

供应链中断风险评价体系构建

本文从供应链的物流、资金流和信息流三个方面出发,分析引发企业供应链中断风险的因素并且建立了相应的评价指标体系,选用AHP和多级模糊综合评价法对指标进行评价。研究目的在于给企业提供一个风险自测的参考模型,并且为其供应链的改善提供一定的依据。

供应链中断是911恐怖袭击发生后开始被企业界认识,之后频繁出现的自然灾害对企业运营的影响又不断强化此概念。本文构建了企业评价供应链中断风险的决策矩阵,6类供应链中断风险考虑6个评价指标,以TOPSIS方法得出最终评估结果,再辅以单因素敏感性风险对排序结果的合理性进行论证。本研究为供应链管理人员提供了评价供应链中断风险的方法,帮助其选择应优先消除的供应链中断风险提供决策依据。

本文对供应链融资面临的风险和表现形式进行分析,并对如何防范供应链融资风险提出了相应策略,从而实现供应链及供应链上各企业可持续发展的目的。     

Supply Chain Disruption Management: Severe Events,Recovery, and Performance

Given their proclivity to occur despite managers' best efforts, disruptions often result in lost sales, lead to large financial losses, and have a negative impact on shareholder wealth and operating performance. Less attention, however, has been paid to improving the process of managing a disruption from its discovery through to complete recovery. This entire process is not, in fact, fully understood. Clearer insights are needed surrounding the following issues: factors influencing the recovery process, how those factors interact to play a role in managerial decision making, and the company's actual ability to recover. While it is possible to determine basic recovery process factors, a more complete picture of disruption management can be built from analysis of data collected through qualitative in‐depth interviews. This research delivers insights around the interactions and relationships among factors, providing the foundation for a set of propositions useful for further investigation in the following areas: discovery of the disruption event, causes of the event, and recovery performance. One finding indicates that while internal disruptions are faster to recover from, they more likely lead to negative perceptions about the recovery performance outcome.

基于供应链网络的供应链风险管理研究

阐明了供应链风险管理的重要性,通过建立一个从原材料供应商直到最终用户的多层次的供应链网络模型结构,经过风险识别及风险评估过程,定义了供应链风险指数。并利用数学方法对供应链风险问题进行定量分析,指出了未来研究的展望。     

面向金融供应链的风险防范机制构建

金融供应链强调供应链的资金流与物流、信息流的整合与协调,是供应链管理的一个新的研究视角。本文以提高供应链中资金流、物流与信息流的协调性为目标,拟构建以第三方物流企业为主导的金融供应链风险防范机制,以期为提升供应链管理水平提供借鉴。

本文从供应链自身和供应链环境两方面阐述了供应链风险产生的原因,并且从加强节点企业的风险管理,建立应急处理机制等方面提出了相应的对策。     

水产品加工业供应链风险及其控制策略

根据对文献的研究成果,结合对水产品加工业的深入调研分析,本文着重从供应、物流、财务、信息、需求、环境等方面对水产品加工业供应链风险进行剖析。供应链中各种风险因素之间并非独立存在,而是相互影响、互为因果。因此,在明确水产业供应链每种风险产生根源及其变动规律的基础上,提出适宜的风险控制策略,以期规避风险,确保水产业供应链整体安全高效运行。     

Supply Chain Risk Management Approaches Under Different Conditions of Risk

A recent Deloitte study of 600 Supply Chain and C‐Level executives revealed that 45% felt that their supply chain risk management programs were only somewhat effective or not effective at all, while a mere 33% used risk management approaches to proactively and strategically manage supply chain risk based on conditions in their operating environment. Using a two‐method approach, the research summarized in this paper investigates the effectiveness of different supply chain risk management approaches by examining how performance varies when these approaches are applied under different risk conditions. The results counter prevailing knowledge regarding the appropriate use of such widely acknowledged risk management approaches as postponement and speculation, and highlight the dangers of functionally isolated decision making. The results lend credence to increasing calls for interdisciplinary research to address broad‐based supply and demand chain problems, and support the need to utilize performance metrics such as net profit to accurately assess supply chain decisions.     

Siloed Perceptions in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Risk Management: A Brazilian Perspective

Abstract

This article maps risk perception across the pharmaceutical supply chain (PSC) in Brazil. Our paper employs the method orders-of-magnitude analytic hierarchy process to rank risks as perceived by industry, distributors, hospitals and pharmacies. We show that players have a siloed perception of risk and impact of those risks. While upstream players emphasize cost, downstream players value service; moreover, both prioritize operational risks over strategic risks. We call for further studies in Latin America: although interest in risk is growing, few studies address the PSC and even fewer realities outside the Northern Hemisphere.

社会竞争日益激烈,供应链管理中风险的控制对于企业来讲越来越重要。本文从供应链柔性的角度来分析供应链的控制问题,首先分析了供应链风险的来源,供应链风险一般来自外部风险、内部风险以及资源流风险,然后从供应链柔性的角度来控制供应链风险。
