EU - China Partenariat 2006

China Council for the Promotion of International Trade （CCPIT） Under the approval of the State Council of People＇s Republic of China and the European Commission（EC）, jointly sponsored by European Commission and CCPIT, the 2006 EU-China Partenariat will take place on November 9-10, 2006 in Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan Province.

On April 26 and 27, a team of National Counsellors from 24 EU member states gathered in Chengdu, capital city of southwest China＇s Sichuan Province, to attend a working level meeting with local organizers for the preparation of the 2006 EU China Partenariat to be held this November in Chengdu.

Sanctioned by the State Council, the China-EU Partenariat 2006, sponsored by the EU Commission, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and the Sichuan provincial government will be held in Chengdu, which will create a platform for dialogue between Chinese and European companies, as well as provide an opportunity for the host city's commercial interests to establish cooperative relationships with the industrial and commercial visitors from Europe.
