故障预测与健康管理（PHM）技术应用是保障电子系统任务完成成功率的重要手段和方法。对航空电子系统的PHM应用及设计思路进行了探讨,提出了PHM系统功能关系及适合综合化航空电子系统的健康管理体系。对PHM工程实现的主要关键技术及解决方案进行了研究,重点分析了基于测试性模型的多信号增强诊断方法,以及基于马尔科夫和贝叶斯网络的健康评估方法,对最终实现航空电子系统的PHM全面应用具有指导意义。     

基于Transformer-LSTM模型的多因素碳排放权交易价格预测

碳排放权交易作为一种重要的环境政策工具在全球范围内得到了广泛应用。如何运用深度学习等技术提高碳排放权价格预测能力是一个重要问题,基于此,提出一种Transformer-LSTM多因素碳排放权交易价格预测的深度学习模型,以湖北省碳排放权交易价格为例,旨在探索运用深度学习的方法,预测湖北省碳排放权交易价格的变动趋势。输入Transformer-LSTM模型进行预测,同时运用支持向量机回归（SVR）、多层感知机（MLP）、长短时记忆网络（LSTM）、Transformer模型进行预测与对比。通过在历史数据上进行训练,实验结果表明,Transformer-LSTM模型得到的预测价格与湖北省碳排放权交易价格（HBEA）的实际价格更为吻合,在平均绝对误差（MAE）、均方误差（MSE）、均方根误差（RMSE）和评估指标上也有更佳的表现。     

基于国民经济发展规划的航空运输量预测

国民经济与航空运输业发展紧密相关,文章以此构建基于国民经济发展的航空运输量预测模型。预测显示,定基指数模型和环比指数模型的预测结果虽然在历史数据上都取得较好的拟合,但是对于航空运输量的长期预测存在一定的差异。     

基于t检验的星基增强系统完好性数据核验

针对星基增强系统（SBAS）高完好性的服务需求，提出了一种SBAS广播参数用户差分伪距误差（UDRE）的完好性核验方法。利用监测站实测全球定位系统（GPS）和地球静止轨道（GEO）卫星信号，解析GPS电文和SBAS广播差分及完好性信息，对观测量修正误差得到实测UDRE，使用t检验成对二样本分析法验证给定置信区间内广播UDRE′与实测UDRE的符合性，从而完成伪距域完好性参数UDRE的核验。伪距域的核验避免了以往位置域核验计算量大、多卫星故障检测能力差的缺点，有更好的故障检测与隔离能力。采集日本多功能GPS卫星星基增强系统（MSAS）数据并对提出的t检验方法进行验证，结果表明，所建立的统计检测量能有效地反应被监测卫星广播UDRE参数的完好性，通过确定卫星99.9〖WT《Times New Roman》〗%〖WTBZ〗置信度下的判决门限，对广播UDRE与实测UDRE判别，验证伪距误差的可信度。该结果验证了所提方法应用于UDRE核验的可行性，为SBAS完好性验证提供了技术支撑。     

航空雷达故障诊断的β上近似属性约简及规则融合

航空雷达故障诊断的一个主要目标是求出某种程度上可能发生的故障类型,为此,首先引入β上近似属性约简,定义了β上近似决策辨识集和辨识矩阵,给出了求取β上近似约简集的方法;其次,提出了一种基于包含度的规则融合方法,该方法充分挖掘属性值信息,可以得到全部属性条件下的带可信度的决策规则,有效解决了在各类型故障样本数目相差较大的情形下的规则融合问题;最后,以某型航空雷达的整机测试为例,在基于β上近似约简对其测试参数进行约简的基础上,应用基于包含度的规则融合方法,得到了全部属性取值条件下的航空雷达故障诊断规则。结果表明：该方法直观有效、计算简便,为航空雷达故障诊断提供了新的思路和途径。     

一种基于Lasso回归与SVD融合的深度学习模型压缩方法

针对深度学习模型所需的海量参数及强大的计算资源而导致其不能很便捷地应用于嵌入式设备或移动端的问题，在Lasso（Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator）回归通道挑选法的基础上，提出了Lasso+奇异值分解（Singular Value Decomposition，SVD）的融合压缩法。使用VGG-16为初始模型，分别在不同的小型数据集上进行迁移学习，使用迁移学习后的模型在不同的加速率下进行测试。实验结果表明，相对于传统的模型压缩算法，Lasso+SVD的融合压缩法实现了在加速和参数压缩两方面的优势，进而以目标检测为应用方向，在保证准确率的同时不仅降低了模型存储需求，而且也较大提升了模型的实时性。     

产品服务系统风险分析与评估方法研究

为了解决由于产品服务的业务模式和产品所有权变化带来的风险迁移问题,提出了一种基于动态贝叶斯网络(DBN)的产品服务系统运作风险分析方法。通过相关利益方和内外部环境分析,构建产品服务系统基本模型;应用失误树分析方法识别系统风险,并提出了微观和宏观风险的概念;借助动态贝叶斯网络处理的不确定性及动态性问题的优势,构建产品服务系统风险分析和评估模型。     

基于SVM和多特征融合的沪铜期货价格预测分析

本文利用支持向量机（SVM）机器学习算法,融合宏观经济数据、上海现货铜价格、LME期铜价格和美元汇率来研究预测上海期货交易所铜期货价格。通过上海期货交易所cu1402合约210天交易数据和同期相关经济数据,来预测铜期货每日最高价、最低价、开盘价和收盘价。模型结果显示,对上海期货交易所铜期货cu1402合约价格预测存在一个25天左右的累计平均误差最小的规律。另外,也对影响沪铜期货每日最高价、最低价、开盘价和收盘价的经济数据分别作了分析,其中沪铜期货价格的历史数据、铜现货价格和LME铜期货价格都对沪铜四种价格预测存在重要影响作用。     

基于支持向量回归的股市波动性预测

详细介绍利用支持向量回归方法进行金融时间序列预测的建模原理。将其应用到深圳股票市场的数据,进行预测。最后运用6种误差统计量对预测结果与基于BP算法、基于ARCH（1,1）模型、基于GARCH（1,1）模型的4种预测结果进行比较,并得出结论：基于支持向量回归的预测方法最优。     

基于多链路通信的通用航空地面监控系统设计

针对国内通用航空通信手段单一、活动目标监视数据匮乏的问题,提出了一种基于广播式自动相关监视（ADS-B）链路、“北斗”链路、移动通信链路的多链路通用航空（通航）通信监视系统。通航地面监控系统作为该系统中重要组成之一,承担着多链路数据接收、通航飞机信息处理和收集、航空器冲突检测、通航飞机信息智能分发等重要工作。考虑到地面对通航飞机飞行轨迹的无缝、及时、精确、连续的监视需求,提出了一种多链路自动切换与融合技术。通航机场现场测试证明：通航地面监控系统能够快速有效地处理3种链路数据,为通航用户提供实时、连续、无缝的通航飞机监视服务。
