独立学院中医学专业学生毕业实习岗前培训实践与研究

毕业实习是医学生接触临床工作的第一步,也是从一名学生转向医生的重要阶段。毕业实习前的岗前培训是进入医院实习的重要环节,对检验四年理论知识、培养学生的动手实践能力和适应医院实习有不可替代的作用,也是医学院校培养应用型人才的重要教学环节,本文结合广西中医药大学赛恩斯新医药学院多年来开展毕业实习岗前培训的实践,对我院岗前培训进行初步探索,为相关的教学实践研究提供参考。     

合理利用PDCA循环理论提高高职毕业实习质量

毕业实习是高职院校重要的教学环节。应结合高职教育特点和教学实际,将PDCA循环法中计划、实施、检查、处理这四个阶段具体运用于毕业实习中,制定正确的毕业实习计划,随时发现问题及时处理,并考察是否达到计划的预期效果,同时巩固已取得的成果,从而规范毕业实习管理程序,提高毕业实习质量。运用PDCA循环法,要加快完善毕业实习规章制度,形成完整的实习质量评价闭环控制系统;提高认识,建立高素质的教师队伍和多渠道多形式的考核制度,以探索一种注重培养学生创新意识与实践能力的教学管理模式,使院校、学生和企业三方共赢。     

国际经贸专业实践教学体系改革探析

为适应我国加入WTO后过渡期的新形势,满足我国外经贸事业快速发展对专业人才日益增长的需要,国际经贸专业的实践教学体系应以技能培养为主,构建认识实习、社会调查、课程实习和双语教学、校内学年实习和校外毕业实习及撰写毕业论文等模块,培养既懂国际惯例理论知识,又具有实际动手能力的高层次的应用型国际经贸人才。     

人文地理与城乡规划专业实践教学探讨

本文根据实践教学的特点及其对人才培养的作用,结合内蒙古财经大学人文地理与城乡规划专业人才培养的目标和要求,在实践教学现状基础上,构建了由课程实践、专业实习、社会实践和毕业实习模块组成的人文地理与城乡规划专业实践教学体系。

为了解高职物业管理专业学生毕业综合实习情况,通过对学生毕业实习周记的统计分析,对高职物业管理专业学生毕业实习单位、实习岗位、实习工作内容以及实习感触(包括对工作认识和对自身认识)进行了比较全面的了解,为今后在教学工作中能够有的放矢,更好的开展教学、指导学生就业工作、强化学生就业技能以及提高学生可持续发展的能力打下了良好的基础。
