天津市企业信息资源管理状况调查与分析

在研究企业信息资源管理内容的基础上,调查了天津市企业信息资源管理现状,指出天津市信息化建设基础虽然在全国处于领先地位,但与北京、上海等信息化建设较好的省份相比还存在一定差距,如全社会对信息化工作战略地位认识较低、网络结构不尽合理、信息资源开发滞后等。因此,应采取相应策略加以改善。     

Investment Guide to Tianjin

With11,919.7 square kilometers areas, Tianjin Municipality is located in the middle of the Golden Seashore in North China. To the north is Yan Mountain and to the east is Bo Sea. It borders Beijing and is the gateway to the sea of the vast northern and northwestern part of China. It has the semi humid continental monsoon climate of the Temperate Zone： 12 Degrees Centigrade of average temperature of the whole year, and 602.9 mm annual average precipitation.

Zhejiang Province China Council for the Promotion of International Trade （CCPIT） Zhejiang sub-council visited and researched nearly a hundred companies in 9 cities and 31 counties. It found that the impact of financial crisis is far from over, and still spreading. In January this year, Zhejiang＇s exports continued to decline with 10.7% down, while imports decreased by 36.8%. At the same time, the decline in the export of processing trade is greater than the general decline in trade. For a considerable period of time, it is rather difficult to reverse the decline in processing trade exports.

The article is based on the author's visits and interviews at corporations and organizations including Motorola's offices in Tianjin and Beijing as recently as June 1996 and on the authors survey of various corporations and organizations conducting business in China and other global markets.
