本文在梳理国内外关于全面预算管理及其绩效评价研究文献的基础上,构建了基于MK公司财务业绩数据的全面预算管理绩效评价指标体系,建立了弹性分析法模型确定指标权重,并采用非线性加权综合法评价公司的具体绩效情况。结果表明:建立的综合评价模型能够较好地评价企业的全面预算管理绩效情况,对于相关企业制定全面预算管理绩效评价制度具有一定的参考意义。  相似文献

文章运用数据包络分析(DEA)中的"超效率"(super-Efficiency)模型建立起一个新的并购绩效评价模型——差量评价模型,主要以我国上市公司为研究对象,对样本公司并购绩效进行新角度的全面评价,并得出结论:并购并不会给公司带来快速的增长效率,而是在长期的过程中及以后的发展模式中渐渐成长;在不同的并购方式中,股权转让并没有给公司的并购绩效带来最可观的收益。  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to identify the key requirements for measuring enterprise sustainability. The paper argues that measuring enterprise sustainability requires the explicit consideration of a focal firm, its supply chain and the sustainability context within which the firm operates. Building on this notion, original definitions of enterprise sustainability and enterprise sustainability performance measurement systems (ESPMSs) are proposed. The definitions provide the basis for the development of a novel conceptual framework. The framework is used to identify seven key requirements and 35 associated sub‐requirements for an ESPMS. Overall, the requirements highlight that sustainability performance measurement requires a systematic, structured and integrated approach that considers all aspects of enterprise sustainability. The framework presented in this paper is a conceptual model. In recognition of this point, the paper provides discussions on the potential application of the framework and guidance for further research. Measuring organizational performance is difficult, especially when what has to be measured keeps changing. Sustainability concepts have dramatically widened the scope of measurement options and leading organizations are grappling with sustainability reporting, but there is no sign of consensus on a common reporting standard and the competing frameworks are impossibly complex. This paper recognizes that measuring sustainable performance has to be conceptually based but simplified to be practically useful. It proposes a stakeholder‐based, Sustainable Balanced Scorecard (SBSC) conceptual framework coupled with a single‐measure Organizational Sustainability Performance Index to integrate the measures in the SBSC. Implementing a performance measurement system (PMS) for research and development (R&D) is fundamental for supporting decision making and motivating researchers and engineers; however, this is a very challenging task, because effort levels are not measurable and success highly uncertain. Even if the subject has largely been debated in academic and practitioners literature so far, an acknowledged managerial approach is not available yet. This paper investigates the implementation and use of a PMS in new product development (NPD) projects, which represents a relatively unexplored issue in the R&D performance measurement debate. In particular, studying the case of a military aircraft development project, it provides a reference framework that integrates the major literature contributions' findings and suggests a practical approach for the design and implementation of an effective PMS for NPD.  相似文献

This paper identifies the gaps in previously proposed enterprise innovation performance measurement schemes vis-à-vis today?s enterprise needs and proffers a process based innovation performance measurement scheme, which improves upon existing schemes by significantly broadening the measurement scope. A number of industry surveys bear out the discontent of enterprises with existing innovation performance measurement schemes. In order to address pertinent enterprise needs, a literature review of innovation performance measurement schemes is presented, followed by a set of guiding principles for developing a more robust scheme that emphasizes the distinction between the measurement of invention and exploitation and can be used as a taxonomy for innovation key performance indicators.  相似文献

This study aims to explore the variables affecting the project system vulnerability to political risks in international construction projects. A questionnaire survey was conducted and 138 responses were received from both academia and industry. The exploratory factor analysis was then adopted to uncover the relationships among these variables. The results showed that three exposure factors (i.e., attribute‐based exposure, strategy‐based exposure, and transaction‐based exposure) and three capacity factors (i.e., core competitive capacity, relative bargain capacity, and integrate adaptive capacity) were believed to be the significant underlying factors for the project system vulnerability to political risks. Also, case studies were conducted and the results indicated that the emergent framework was suitable and tractable for application in the future. This study provides a method for measuring the project system vulnerability to political risks; thus, international construction enterprises can decrease their risk exposure and enhance their capacity for dealing with political risks in international construction projects.  相似文献

There is a growing awareness within project‐based sectors of the relationship between performance and managers' competencies. This article reports on research that investigated the competency profile of ‘superior’ project managers working within the construction industry, one of the most complex and dynamic project‐based industrial sectors. The study combined an assessment of both their behavioural competencies and job‐task competencies. The results reveal that while their job‐task competencies are highly specific to the industry in which they work, the behavioural competencies of superior project managers are mostly generic in nature and apply to a range of other management positions. This research shows how it is practically possible to identify the competency profile of superior managers and utilise this framework for managing the performance of this key management group.  相似文献
