FF-36/FC-32催化剂在吉林石化加氢裂化装置的工业应用

本文介绍了吉林石化公司加氢裂化装置首次使用FF-36和FC-32催化剂的工业应用情况。结果表明,催化剂活性高、各产品分布合理,精制反应器平均温度比协议值低5．3℃,裂化反应器平均温度与协议值基本持平,转化率提高近3％。加氢裂化尾油BMCI值低,中油收率较高且氢耗低,为企业创造了巨大的经济效益。

改性Y沸石和ASA载体负载Ni-W金属组分催化剂的重油加氢性能研究

通过化学脱铝＋水热处理的方法制备改性高硅DAY沸石,并用XRD、NH3-TPD、IR、XRF等方法对其表面性质进行了表征.以改性高硅DAY沸石和ASA为载体,采用浸渍法负载Ni-W金属组分制成催化剂.在1 00ml固定床小型加氢装置上,以大庆VGO为原料,在P（H2）=15.0MPa,V（H2）/V（oil）=800,WHSV=1.0h-1,和T=380～410℃的工艺条件下,对催化剂的重油加氢性能进行了评价.研究结果表明,催化剂具有优异的重油加氢性能,在反应温度390℃的条件下,催化剂的加氢脱硫率96.7%、加氢脱氮率99.1%,中油选择性高达80.7%.

采用自主研制的YF-04催化剂对同一种加氢裂化尾油进行了异构脱蜡试验.结果与美国雪弗隆公司催化剂(以代号Ch表示)对比分别表明:1)YF-04异构脱蜡催化剂具有较好的异构活性和选择性;2)与催化脱蜡相比,YF-04异构脱蜡催化剂具有基础油收率高、粘度指数高、副产品价值高的特点;3)在同等条件下,YF-04催化剂的异构脱蜡活性及选择性均好于Ch催化剂.

中油型催化剂FC-32B和FC-16/FC-12在高压加氢裂化的应用

本文通过讲述中油型催化剂FC-32B和FC-16/FC-12在高压加氢裂化装置的应用,并对比两种催化剂初期的原料油性质、产品分布及性质和不同加工量时操作条件.结果表明:FC-3B和FC-16/FC-12都具有较高的活性和中间馏分油选择性,但催化剂FC-32B相比选择性进一步提高;并且装置产品在满足公司重整和裂解原料的前提下,通过调整产品方案,可以最大量生产优质柴油,其收率比上周期提高,取得了预期结果.

开发了一种汽油加氢精制催化剂,并实现了首次工业应用.工业应用结果表明,该催化剂在处理大庆常顶汽油和焦化汽油的混合油时,在入口压力2.5 MPa,体积空速2.2 h-1,氢油体积比263∶1～272∶1,反应器入口温度220 ℃、反应器出口温度262 ℃的条件下,生产的石脑油烯烃含量小于2.0 %(体积分数),符合乙烯裂解装置对其的技术指标要求.
