城市空间生产过程中的社会排斥

城市空间不仅是物理空间,也具有一定的社会属性。中国的社会变迁在城市空间生产过程中留下了深刻的烙印,从建国初期的较为均等的城市空间分配到改革开放后的城市空间分异,都体现了当时的社会管理体制、社会关系结构及其变迁。分析了变迁过程中存在的基于结构和个体层面的双重空间社会排斥,并指出这两方面的排斥力造成了目前城市空间分异的现象。     

中英文商业广告的批评性话语分析

批评性话语分析是一种全新的语篇分析方法。以中英文商业广告为语料,通过批评性话语分析可以揭示广告中隐含的意识形态意义,并说明广告在向人们传达商品信息的同时,如何通过隐藏的意识形态不自觉地影响消费者的生活观念,达到引导大众消费行为的目的。     

独立学院英语教师课堂话语分析个案研究

以调查问卷和课堂会话录音两种研究工具,运用定量研究方法,对西安工业大学北方信息工程学院四名大学英语教师课堂话语的调查问卷及录音分析结果表明:1)和传统大学英语课堂相比,独立学院英语课堂教师话语仍然占主导地位,话轮控制权基本属于教师而不是学生。2)独立学院英语课堂中教师展开话题及传递信息比传统大学英语课堂较为生动、丰富。3)教师和学生话语意义协商很少实现。     

城市社区治理中政府的角色定位及其职能

城市社区治理中政府的角色定位十分重要,它关系着社区的健康发展。根据目前城市社区发展的状况,政府在城市社区治理中应承担四种角色:社区建设的指导者;社区公共服务的供给者;社区公民社会的培育者;社区自治组织的监督者。这四种角色均有自己特定的职能。社区建设的指导者具有制定社区建设的法律法规及政策、宏观指导社区的建设与发展、引导社区文化健康发展的职能;社区公共服务的供给者具有为社区提供必需的公共产品、维护社区的治安和秩序、为社区提供基本的社会保障的职能;社区公民社会的培育者具有培育非营利组织、培育社区文化、培养居民的社区意识的职能;社区自治组织的监督者具有监督居民委员会、监督非营利组织的职能。     

Business creation by immigrant entrepreneurs in the valencian community. The influence of education

The authors analyse the level of education and the attitude to education of immigrant entrepreneurs in relation to enterprise activity, the reasons for setting up businesses and the creation process. The main objective of this article is to discover the most important characteristics of immigrant entrepreneurs in the Valencian Community. In particular, it attempts to explain the influence of education on the setting up of businesses. To do so, 326 questionnaires have been analysed to undertake a study of the various immigrant communities in the Valencian Community that identify said factors. The hypothesis we put forward in this article is an attempt at relating the attitude to education of immigrant entrepreneurs, and its relation to business activity, the motivation for setting up businesses and the process for said business creation. As the most outstanding result, this article shows that the level of education of an entrepreneur is the factor on which the majority of business activity will depend. There is no factor of this personal dimension that relates to most aspects of motivation and business process. The study focuses on a particular geographical area. Consequently, the study helps to understand business activity by non-national entrepreneurs in a globalized economy and adds value to public policies for fostering business.     

城市社区管理主体权力的协调

社区是城市构成的基层和主体单位,城市社区管理体制是否适应时代发展要求,关系到城市基层社会的稳定和居民利益在多大程度上的实现.社区管理离不开管理主体,管理主体角色定位的混乱、机构分工的重叠、人员素质的差异是目前存在的主要问题,协调并理顺它们之间的关系是城市社区管理体制改革的一个重要方面.认为社区管理主体权力的协调实质是在城市社区空间中对执政党权力、行政权力和社会权力三者关系的协调,并由此出发实现国家和社会的权力互强,推动三者的良性互动.     

The Neuer Markt as an institution of creation and destruction

The market for publicly traded equity is the heart of a modern capitalist system. In particular, the market for newly listed firms is in turn a bellwether for the public equity market because the entry gives firms expanded access to capital, allowing them to emerge and grow. On the other hand, stock markets also serve as an institution to reallocate productive resources from non-surviving to surviving firms. We describe the Neuer Markt—a special segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany—as an institution to foster the creation of new firms and their destruction.

故黄河与名城徐州特色的强化

城市特色是城市内涵和城市竞争力的根本所在.故黄河堪称徐州人民的母亲河,她不仅承担着农田灌溉和防洪排涝的功能,更肩负着历史与文化的使命.经过多年的开发治理,故黄河已经成为名城徐州的一条生态景观走廊和美丽的风景线,但其历史文化价值还远没有得到充分挖掘.本文从实际出发,分析徐州在故黄河景现打造和文化塑造中存在的主要问题,并对进一步加强故黄河文化资源保护与开发、强化其在徐州城市特色中的地位与作用提出有针对性的对策建议.     

城市社区整合与妇女社区意识构建--以广州市东山区为个案研究

城市社区建设愈来愈成为城市管理和城市工作的基础和核心,整合社区资源,深化社区服务功能,满足社区居民物质和精神文化的需要,已成为社区建设的根本目标和主要工作方向,而妇女社区意识的养成和构建,则是社区建设成功与否的关键所在,笔者认为应加强社区硬件和软件设施的建设,增强妇女对社区的认同感、归属感和参与感,使社区建设真正实现共享、共建、共管的最终目标。     

新乡村社区公共服务设施定位探讨——以温岭市箬横镇为例

新乡村社区公共服务设施设置规划及实施是乡村建设的重要组成部分。本文以温岭市箬横镇为实例,在分析乡村公共服务设施存在的主要问题的基础上。着重探讨了箬横镇新乡村社区公共服务设施定位,提出了具有一般意义的新乡村社区公共服务设施定位建议。     

地方农业院校对周边农村社区建设的影响

随着我国城市化的快速发展以及高校的郊区化,越来越多的农业院校迁入郊区,对周边农村社区的建设产生一定程度的影响,笔者从农业院校对农村社区建设的影响加以阐述,并分析了其优势和存在的缺陷,最后对此提出一些改进的建议。     

The wisdom of crowds: The potential of online communities as a tool for data analysis

Online communities have become an important source for knowledge and new ideas. This paper considers the potential of crowdsourcing as a tool for data analysis to address the increasing problems faced by companies in trying to deal with “Big Data”. By exposing the problem to a large number of participants proficient in different analytical techniques, crowd competitions can very quickly advance the technical frontier of what is possible using a given dataset. The empirical setting of the research is Kaggle, the world?s leading online platform for data analytics, which operates as a knowledge broker between companies aiming to outsource predictive modelling competitions and a network of over 100,000 data scientists that compete to produce the best solutions. The paper follows an exploratory case study design and focuses on the efforts by Dunnhumby, the consumer insight company behind the success of the Tesco Clubcard, to find and lever the enormous potential of the collective brain to predict shopper behaviour. By adopting a crowdsourcing approach to data analysis, Dunnhumby were able to extract information from their own data that was previously unavailable to them. Significantly, crowdsourcing effectively enabled Dunnhumby to experiment with over 2000 modelling approaches to their data rather than relying on the traditional internal biases within their R&D units.

我国中小企业金融排斥研究

中小企业是我国经济的重要组成部分,它们在扩大经济总量、缓解就业压力、拉动民间投资、促进市场繁荣、维护社会稳定等方面发挥着十分重要的作用。但是长期以来我国中小企业的发展存在很多问题,融资面临很大困难。经济学界对此的讨论研究从未停止过。文章另辟蹊径,从金融排斥这一新兴的金融经济学理论的角度分析了我国中小企业融资难的形成原因,并有针对性的提出了解决中小企业金融排斥的对策和建议。     

完善高校廉政制度 预防高校职务犯罪行为

诱发高校职务犯罪的制度原因为激励机制、机会机构和约束机制三个方面存在缺陷,高校应当匡正激励机制、消除机会结构漏洞、强化约束机制,完善现有的廉政制度体系。

In this article the author describes workplace communities in British hotels and discusses the relationships between the workplace community and employees' subculture, family life and leisure patterns. He also discusses the role of the workplace community as an alternative to bureaucratic organisation and the consequences for people of working in a leisure context.     

京津冀生态环境协同治理研究——基于体制机制视角探讨

京津冀是生态超负和环境污染最严重的区域之一。资源管理体制的尚未统一与系统性缺失,地方利益追求的制约和地方治理成本收益不对等,共同造成了京津冀生态环境治理的困局。基于生态治理利益相关者的多元化和区域性环境问题的“脱域化”特征,京津冀生态环境一体化建设要以协同发展为契机,从区域多元主体协同治理和区域府际协同治理两大路径入手。     

RBER生物降解溴酸盐及微生物群落结构分析

溴酸盐是一种致癌性物质,其是由含有溴离子的水体经过臭氧或加氯消毒后产生的消毒副产物。为了探索溴酸盐降解的有效方法,论文从溴酸盐的形成机制入手,设计了一种旋转电极生物膜反应器(RBER)系统,试图将溴酸盐还原为溴离子。结合实验过程来看,溴酸盐和硝酸盐对氢电子供体存在明显的竞争关系,且后者的竞争能力要稍强于前者。基于此,论文分别对不同阶段生物膜的微生物群落多样性进行了分析,确定了其中的优势菌群。
