某SUV关门声品质分析与优化控制

文章介绍了汽车关门力度对关门声响度的影响,对某款SUV车型进行主、客观评价。针对该车型关门力较大导致关门声响度偏大的问题,对车门铰链机构进行拆解及分析,获知影响关门力较大的关键因素为车门限位器拉杆线性度较差、限位器滑块内弹簧刚度偏大导致限位块与拉杆在运动中产生的摩擦力变大。提出对限位拉杆进行线性化处理,并采用降低限位器滑块内弹簧刚度的方法降低关门力度。通过试验验证表明,该方案成功地减小了关门力,降低了关门响度,改善了该车型关门声品质。该技术可为类似问题的控制与优化提供参考思路和方案借鉴,具有一定的工程应用价值。     

基于Marc的车门密封胶条优化设计

随着国内汽车工业的快速发展,消费者已经不仅仅满足于汽车的功能性要求,对乘坐舒适性也有了更高的标准。而车身密封胶条是影响乘坐舒适感的主要因素之一,它既起着防尘密封、隔振降噪、内外装饰的作用,也是引起车门关闭力过大的主要原因。密封胶条的设计水平体现了主机厂的技术研发能力,文章通过Marc软件分析车身侧密封胶条断面压缩变形和压缩力负荷曲线,根据压缩力峰值,优化胶条断面形状,从而减小胶条压缩力,最后通过关门速度实验,验证胶条满足设计要求。利用有限元分析软进行前期开发,极大地缩短了研发周期,减少了开发成本。

Big data analytics and enterprises: a bibliometric synthesis of the literature

ABSTRACT

Understanding the developmental trajectories of big data analytics in the corporate context is highly relevant for information systems research and practice. This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of applications of big data analytics in enterprises. The sample for this study contained a total of 1727 articles from the Scopus database. The sample was analyzed with techniques such as bibliographic coupling, citation analysis, co-word analysis, and co-authorship analysis. Findings from the co-citation analysis identified four major thematic areas in the extant literature. The evolution of these thematic areas was documented with dynamic co-citation analysis.     

自动化挖掘机动臂结构有限元分析策略研究

Strategic interactions in DRAM and RISC technology: A network approach

Interorganizational cooperation in some high-tech industries is no longer confined to two-company alliances, but entails industry-wide alliance networks. This article examines how industry analysis and network analysis can be combined to provide a thorough understanding of how network positions, and the overall network structure, may play a part in cooperative strategies. Industry analysis can indicate which properties of the network structure and network positions are congruent with the firms' cooperative strategies, but tells us little about how these network characteristics can be measured. Network analysis provides such measures, which can then be used as feedback in the industry analysis. The article illustrates this approach by comparing the alliance networks associated with the DRAM and RISC microprocessor technologies.     

A Cognitive Interpretation of Data Analysis

This paper proposes a scientific model to explain the analysis process. We argue that data analysis is primarily a procedure to build understanding, and as such, it dovetails with the cognitive processes of the human mind. Data analysis tasks closely resemble the cognitive process known as sensemaking. We demonstrate how data analysis is a sensemaking task adapted to use quantitative data. This identification highlights a universal structure within data analysis activities and provides a foundation for a theory of data analysis. The competing tensions of cognitive compatibility and scientific rigour create a series of problems that characterise the data analysis process. These problems form a useful organising model for the data analysis task while allowing methods to remain flexible and situation dependent. The insights of this model are especially helpful for consultants, applied statisticians and teachers of data analysis.

Inferential Causal Models: Integrating Quality & Quantity

In-depth data analysis plus statistical modeling can produce inferentialcausal models. Their creation thus combines aspects of analysis by close inspection,that is, reason analysis and cross-tabular analysis, with statistical analysis procedures,especially those that are special cases of the generalized linear model (McCullaghand Nelder, 1989; Agresti, 1996; Lindsey, 1997). This paper explores some of the roots of this combined method and suggests some new directions. An exercise clarifies some limitations of classic reason analysis by showing how the cross tabulation of variables with controls for test factors may produce better inferences. Then, given the cross tabulation of several variables, by explicating Coleman effect parameters, logistic regressions, and Poisson log-linear models, it shows how generalized linear models provide appropriate measures of effects and tests of statistical significance. Finally, to address a weakness of reason analysis, a case-control design is proposed and an example is developed.
