Web使用挖掘在B2C网站中的应用研究

Web使用挖掘是应用数据挖掘技术从Web数据中发现使用模式的过程,它的重要应用领域之一就是B2C网站(网上零售业)的客户行为分析。针对这一问题,来分析Web使用挖掘的过程模型,基于B2C网站的Web使用挖掘方法,详细了解B2C网站的客户访问行为和购买行为,从而明确Web使用挖掘在B2 C网站中的应用领域。     

The Global Financial Crisis and Stock Market Reaction to Bank Loan Announcements

This study investigates how equity investors react to bank loan announcements in China using an event study methodology. By estimating the average Cumulative Abnormal Returns (CARs) over the event period and controlling for the impact of other factors such as borrower, lender and loan characteristics, we find that the overall reaction is negative. However, the results for the two sub-sample periods are different. After the onset of the Global Financial Crisis, the average CARs are no longer statistically different from zero, indicating higher lending standards and improvement in the quality of credit analysis of Chinese banks.     

一损俱损：食品安全、企业的社会责任及市场反应--以“塑化剂”事件为例

本文以酒鬼酒“塑化剂”事件为案例,运用事件研究和双重差分的方法,研究该食品安全事件对酒鬼酒及白酒行业带来的影响。结果表明：事件日后20天内酒鬼酒的累计异常收益平均下降了30％,证券市场发挥了“用脚投票”的功能,对肇事企业起到惩罚作用;此外,酒鬼酒“塑化剂”事件对整个白酒行业带来的“传染效应”大于“竞争效应”,平均意义上“塑化剂”事件使得白酒类企业的累计异常收益下降了6％,说明食品安全问题会带来一损俱损现象。     

The Psychological Influences of Threat on B2C E-commerce Adoption: An Extended Study and Explanatory Framework

In order to better understand how internet users actually decide to conduct business transactions or related activities in a B2C e-commerce environment, this article adds a new lens of study by investigating the roles of Threat Appraisal (TA) and Perceived Coping Appraisal (PCA) from the end user's perspective. Based on established academic theories and relevant industrial practices, it is suggested that TA and PCA are critical behavioral components influencing the user's intentions to participate in online transactions. These functions serve as important inputs to formalizing our understanding of how services offered by e-commerce websites are utilized.
