应用Excel绘制散点组合图

我们在工作中经常需要绘制组合图,例如在同一图上绘制同一组X(Y)值数据对应两组不同单位和范围的Y(X)值数据,或绘制两组不同单位和范围的x值数据对应两组不同单位和范围的Y值数据的图表.要在Ex-cel的绘图工具中实现这一目的,需要一定的技巧.文章通过实例,叙述了实现绘制组合图的方法.     

矿山巷道地质编录辅助成图系统设计与实现

以AutoCAD为开发、运行环境，以SQLSERVER为数据平台，以河北某矿山为应用范例，设计并实现了矿山巷道（主要是平巷，一下同）地质编录辅助成图系统。系统将矿山巷道和地质编录信息以数字化的形式储存于数据库，实现了地质信息的统一管理：可自动、快速、按比例绘制巷道展示图，同时实现地质数据报表，极大提高了内业工作效率。系统运行环境和功能设计紧密结合旌工单位实际需要，大幅降低应用技术门槛和软件环境费用标准。     

基于加权可能性均值的模糊控制图

文章将模糊控制图中的模糊数据转换成一种新的代表值即加权可能性均值。相对于其他代表值，它能更准确、全面、灵活地反映模糊数据所包含的信息，因此能有效地减少模糊数据在转换为对应代表值过程中信息的损失。     

海豚式管理—21世纪的管理模式

海豚式管理是相对于以“X理论”为思想基础的鲨鱼式管理,和以“Y”理论为思想基础的戛裨鱼（产于印度的一种胎生、观赏、食蚊小鱼,一般被视为柔弱的象征）式管理体制而言的。道格拉斯玫格雷格在其《企业的人的方面》一书中断言,管理必须在两种不同人员管理方式之间作出选择。这两种方式即“X”理论和“Y”理论。前者假定人们不希望工作,只是需要适当的动机。另一方面,亚伯拉罕&;#183;马斯洛以其著名的“需求层次论”指出,不同的人需要不同的管理方式,实际上是给出了一个从“X”模式到“Y模式”的可行选择区间。     

基于DEA技术的输配电价格管制研究

随着电力工业市场化改革的深入和管制经济学理论的发展，一种被称为基于绩效的管制模式已被引入到电力工业的管制中，其中价格上限和收益上限两种管制模式在许多国家的输配电价格管制中得到了广泛的应用，而两种模型中X值的确定已成为输配电价格管制中的难点和重点。本文在对基于绩效的输配电价格管制模型进行分析的基础上，提出了利用数据包络分析技术衡量受管制公司的相对效率以及在管制的不同阶段将相对效率值转化为X值的方法。

我们每日都在为生产出优良质量的产品而努力。但是，即便在同一工序、同一作业者、使用同一的材料和设备、按同一作业标准进行作业，生产出的产品质量（质量特性）也不会绝对相同，而必然是参差不齐。测定这些产品的某一质量特性（例如长度、重量、直径等等）所得的数据，通常以某值为中心，靠近中心，出现的最多，越偏离中心值的数据出现的越少。

通俗易懂的QCC--矩阵图法

QC小组活动中经常使用的新七种工具之一,是“矩阵图”法。所谓矩阵图法,就是研究两个以上因素组之间对应关系的一种方法,根据研究因素组的数量以及对应关系的要求,可绘制各种类型矩阵图。     

正则化的时间序列AR模型及其在经济分析中的应用

通过添加一个正则化因子OC，使时间序列AR（n）模型的最小二乘估计（X’X）-’X’Y变为（X’X＋αl）-^1X’Y，改善了时间序列分析模型中信息矩阵的病态程度，避免了时间序列分析模型产生不适定；经济统计数据分析表明，新的正则化时间序列分析模型在一定程度上起到了稳定所求参数的作用。

The distributions of X, Y and (X. Y ), where X and Y are random variables with probability functions of a logarithmic series law, are characterized by the regression function of X on Y and the conditional distribution of Y given X. Moreover, characterizations are given for binomial or Pascal conditional distributions in terms of the regression function of X on Y and the marginal distribution of X.     

电子水准仪和Excel在+255沉降观测中的应用

电子水准仪提高了水准测量的外业速度,同时也提高了测量数据的精度、效率;减轻了测量外业人员的劳动强度。在内业处理时,使用Excel做处理,快速准确的计算出各个观测点在不同观测日期时的高程值,并且通过Excel计算出各个观测的沉降值。根据各个观测点高程值、累计沉降值通过Excel做出各个点的沉降与时间关系图,无需人工作图。根据做出的沉降时间关系图,对沉降做出分析。     

A test for equality of two exponential distributions

Abstract Let X ₁., X _n1 and Y ₁., Y _n1, be two independent random samples from exponential populations. The statistical problem is to test whether or not two exponential populations are the same, based on the order statistics X _[1],. X _[r1] and Y [₁],. Y _[rs] where 1 r₁ n ₁ and 1 r₂ n ₂. A new test is given and an asymptotic optimum property of the test is proved.     

Personal and regional redistribution through public finance in a federal setting

Following a partial equilibrium approach, this paper studies the effect of fiscal policy on income distribution in Argentina, based on budget information corresponding to the year 2004. Specifically, it aims to provide an empirical answer to a set of questions related to the responsibility of different levels of government (national or provincial) in ensuring the equitable distribution of income; how this responsibility is accomplished in practice, when this function is shared among two or more levels of government; whether an incompatibility arises among the policies from different levels of government; and the effect of fiscal policy on personal and regional income distribution.The main results of the paper are summarized as follows. At the aggregate level, both national and provincial budgets have a redistributive impact on personal income distribution, through a combination of progressive expenditures and (slightly) regressive taxes. Regional redistribution depends on two fiscal tools: the national budget and the revenue sharing regime. The progressive effect of expenditures and taxes interacts with the geographical effect of the revenue-sharing and the national budget, reinforcing progressivity in net-receiving groups and creating a trade-off between progressivity and (negative) regional transfer in net-financing ones. Provincial budgets have more impact than the national budget, both being compatible in pursuing the redistributive goal.

Features of the Z-scoring method in graphical two-dimensional web surveys: the case of ZEF

Research in the human and behavioral sciences has long been burdened by a methodological distinction between two categories of research: that which measures and produces facts and that which understands and interprets phenomena. However all interpretation of numbers requires that results be viewed in relative terms and there are no other means for this than comparison. The Z-scoring method, that is to say standardization, in web survey ZEF, emphasizes relative traits of survey answering. Questions in ZEF are illustrated in graphical two-dimensional chart where respondents are able to compare their answers at the moment of answering process. This trait of answering emphasizes the relationship of questions more than an absolute values on the scales of two dimensions. The Z-scoring method that is used in ZEF for handle results is based for same assumption: The respondents are compared questions and are formulated their answers through comparison. The significance of differences between groups cannot be measured directly: in some content areas, even small differences may be important, while in others changes of even several per cent are not significant. Standardization makes visible how different respondents and groups value things, that is, construct an order for them, using the dimensions given.     

Fuzzy Control Chart A Better Alternative for Shewhart Average Chart

This paper through a real illustrative example and a power test shows that designing a fuzzy control chart for process average of a continuous (variable) quality characteristic with a warning line is a better alternative to Shewhart chart in many respects, like providing better neural view to inspectors, offering different strategic options for company to choose, detecting the desire shifts more quickly, and more sensibility to small shifts without any complexity augmentation to the chart.

本文对文51油藏通过相控储层流动单元的划分和分类,重点对Ⅰ类流动单元小河道单砂体从空间组合、平面组合模式两个方面详细描述,并进行了不同的分类,在此基础上,对剩余油潜力进行再认识,重新调整了文51油藏的注采调整方案,通过完善注水的方式进行有效挖潜,调整效果明显。
