对现役装备进行现代化改装,已成为装备发展的重要途径。与新装备研制相比,现役装备改装具有成本低、周期短的优势,但仍存在一定风险。分析了现役装备改装的影响因素,构建了改装风险评价指标体系。建立在层次分析法和模糊综合评价法之上的模糊综合评价模型,最后通过算例给出了模型的应用。  相似文献

对我国通信产品出口结构的评价,可以采用多个经济指标作为标准。由于通信工业产品竞争力往往与技术水平联系较强,所以制定产品战略规划时,首先要采取技术导向策略,并从国际市场需求出发,有选择地进行技术开发。同时采取市场导向,注意避免短期行为,把当前利益和长远利益很好地结合起来。采取市场导向和技术导向相结合的原则是我国通信产品出口结构优化的基本思路。因此,我们采用以下指标体系来评价我国通信产品的出口结构。  相似文献

我国已陆续实施“三胎”政策和配套支持措施,母婴相关产品,如儿童高椅的消费需求也将大幅增加。本文对儿童高椅产品结构类型进行了调查研究,并剖析了不同儿童高椅结构存在的安全风险,同时结合国内外儿童高椅标准对比研究,提出修订我国儿童高椅安全性能标准的建议。希望本研究能为提高我国儿童高椅产品质量安全,推动儿童高椅产业优化升级提供参考。  相似文献

Risk management is receiving much attention, as it is seen as a method to improve cost, schedule, and technical performance of new product development programs. However, there is a lack of empirical research that investigates the effective integration of specific risk management practices proposed by various standards with new product development programs and their association with various dimensions of risk management success. Based on a survey of 291 product development programs, this paper investigates the association of risk management practices with five categories of product development program performance: (A) Quality Decision Making; (B) High Program Stability; (C) Open, problem solving organization; (D) Overall new product development project success; and (E) overall product success. The results show that six categories of risk management practices are most effective: (1) Develop risk management skills and resources; (2) Tailor risk management to and integrate it with new product development; (3) Quantify impacts of risks on your main objectives; (4) Support all critical decisions with risk management results; (5) Monitor and review your risks, risk mitigation actions, and risk management process; and (6) Create transparency regarding new product development risks. The data shows that the risk management practices are directly associated with outcome measures in the first three categories (improved decision making, program stability and problem solving). There is also evidence that the risk management practices indirectly associate with the remaining two categories of outcome measures (project and product success). Additional research is needed to describe the exact mechanisms through which risk management practices influence NPD program success.  相似文献

abstract    Studies on the three types of process improvement programmes (Continuous Improvement, Reengineering and Benchmarking) have appeared many times in the literature. These studies suggest that certain organizational variables act as enablers and their presence or absence can significantly influence success rates. Such studies have tended to examine companies where a single programme has been implemented. In contrast, this paper examines a sample of companies who have experienced all three programmes. Our aim is to compare and contrast each programme's impact on firm performance and identify which organizational variables are common and which are programme-specific enablers of success. We build and test an integrative framework to support our analysis. Our study found that: (1) Reengineering delivered the greatest impact on performance; (2) executive commitment was needed to make this happen; (3) strategic alignment was the major influence on the success rate of Reengineering and Continuous Improvement programmes; and (4) employee empowerment was necessary for each programme to work effectively.  相似文献

本研究分析客户知识管理能力(CKMC)对新产品开发绩效(NPD绩效)的影响,讨论产品创新程度的调节作用,并探索组织文化和组织结构的驱动作用,提出CKMC对NPD绩效影响的概念模型。最后以制造业为调研对象做实证分析,结果表明:客户知识管理能力对新产品开发绩效具有重要显著影响;在中国背景下,信任和合作的组织文化有助于提升客户知识管理能力和新产品开发绩效;集权化和形式化的组织结构不利于客户知识管理能力的提升,但有利于新产品开发绩效的提高;中国的制造业的产品创新能力亟待提高。  相似文献

Recent empirical results have indicated that sales forecasts obtained from a quantitative model can be improved through subjective revision undertaken by management. This study seeks to determine the extent to which the improvement in forecast performance is dependent upon the individual revising the forecast rather than the specific product under consideration. As any improvement in the forecast is a direct consequence of the adjustment effected, differences in the nature of revision among the individuals concerned and between different types of product are also examined. The results reveal no statistically significant differences between the managers involved in revision activity in terms of their ability to improve the forecast; on the other hand, significant differences in the number of forecasts improved were found between different types of product. As far as the nature of subjective revision is concerned, the results show a significant variation both between different types of product and between managers. Further, the improvement in forecast performance obtained through revision was found to be positively related to the relative size of the adjustment applied.  相似文献

Safe Routes to School (SRTS) programs provide funding for infrastructure improvements that encourage children to use active transportation (AT) modes such as walking for travel between home and school. In the United States, the federal government distributes funding to states that can be used for SRTS infrastructure improvements. A Safe Routes to School Infrastructure Improvement Model is proposed that can help decision makers prioritize infrastructure improvement projects. This model is applied to the pedestrian network surrounding a school in Santa Barbara, California to demonstrate how it can be used to recommend specific SRTS infrastructure improvements that minimize pedestrian risk while accounting for funding constraints.  相似文献

Improvement action to human resource (HR) in organization plays important role in determining the success of organization. Many studies have been done to discuss on how the organization may improve their HR performance. However, not many studies yet discuss the level of improvement that organization shall taken appropriately. Identification of organization’s priority level of improvement seems found to be a complicated work to do in most emerging organizations. High intangible and invisible variables and attributes contribute to unclear situations and perceptions in the organization itself. The complexity and limitation in tools and techniques, make each solution taken is less efficient and effective. Therefore, this study will discuss the development of Fuzzy Family_Marriage Deployment (FFMD) Pyramid. FFMD Pyramid is a new method for decision support in organization especially for HR by equally deploy dimension and variable of family and marriage to quality dimension and variable in organization then identify priorities by considering the deployment value (crisp value) and fuzzy value (non-crisp value) as decision support for organization to plan and decide proper improvement action with proper percentage (%) level of priority of improvement action. As result, a concise and simple pyramid shall present an informative yet effective and efficient to the decision maker to support their better decision especially with regard to the improvement action for HR performance. In addition, the Family_Marriage value that utilize in this study may bring about a new perspective that decision maker shall consider to support their decision process especially for the HR improvement action.  相似文献
