1990年代上海人口密度模型及演变

以两次人口普查数据为基础,利用单核心和多核心人口分布模型模拟了上海1990年代的人口分布模型.(1)单核心人口密度模型能够较好地描述1990年代上海人口分布.Clark模型在拟合1990年的城市中心区和2000年的城市中心区以及中心近郊区时占优.Smeed模型在拟合包括郊区的全市地域范围的人口分布时占优.(2)多核心模型能够更好地描述上海的人口密度分布.1990年的模拟,上海有2个人口分布次中心,都分布在城市的核心区边缘区,多核心结构刚刚发育,城市核心对上海人口分布起主要作用,2000年模拟表明,上海有6个人口分布次中心,分布在中心区和近郊区,各个次中心对人口分布都有重要影响,多核心结构已经发育较为成熟.2000年上海人口扩散的距离较1990年远.(3)随着上海城市经济的发展和人口分布的变动,上海人口空间结构已经从简单的单核心结构变为复杂的多核心结构.由于上海城市郊区的发展,城市郊区和原城市核心区一起组成了新的城市核心区.上海人口空间结构变化日趋复杂化.     

西宁市人口结构演变动态与机制研究

基于地学统计学等方法,用2000-2010年西宁市统计年鉴及第六次人口普查数据探讨了2000-2010年之间西宁市人口结构空间演变,分析人口结构机制。结果显示西宁市人口有序稳步增加:(1)西宁市人口从1990年的161.11×104人增加到2010年的220.87×104人,自然增长率从1990年的21.53‰迅速下降到2010年的6.49‰,表现为低出生率,低死亡率的特点。(2)西宁市各城区人口密度较大,城中区为西宁市人口密度高度集聚区,城西区与城东区为西宁市人口密度中度集聚区,城北区为城市人口密度低度集聚区。(3)西宁市人口结构中,年龄结构表现为老龄化现象加重,老龄化人口以低龄为主;西宁市民族构成表现为少数民族人口总数上升,以回族为主。     

广州城市人口空间结构与演化趋势研究

运用广州市第六次、第七次人口普查街道/乡镇尺度数据,基于象限方位分析、标准差椭圆分析、比较统计地图、非参数空间自相关分析等方法,研究了2010—2020年广州城市人口空间结构、人口密度空间集聚特征与人口增量演化趋势。研究发现：从人口空间分布形态来讲,广州市人口在城乡空间结构中仍然呈明显的“核心—外围”格局,主城区范围人口占市域人口的62.38%;从人口重心变化趋势来讲,细微地呈现出向西南方向偏移,这与城市东北地区被定位为生态保护中心和产业中心有关;从人口密度集聚特征来讲,Global Moran’s I指数为0.746,距市中心12.17km以内的地区系数为正,存在较强的人口集聚现象;从人口增量演化趋势来讲,广州市人口增量呈现“西北—东南”方向增长轴,并与城市发展轴形成重合,未来相关地区人口增量有可能进一步得到提升。     

上海郊区化与城市空间结构扩展

随着我国经济的持续快速增长和城市产业结构不断调整深化,城市规模不断扩大。本文以上海为例,从城市空间结构演化的动力机制入手,重点分析了经济转型期间上海郊区化现状。上海城市功能的郊区迁移表现出明显的圈层性空间特征,直接导致了城市空间结构的变化。但上海现有的单中心“同心圆”模式制约了城市的发展,就此本文提出了一系列相关对策建议。     

北京和谐流通业构建研究(下)

3城市中心区与郊区问题。随着北京结构调整,城区人口减少,城市郊区化成为发展趋势,全市人均商业面积2平方米,但郊区商业设施不足,使之表现为流通业结构在空间结构的不平衡。据统计,2007年首都核心功能区和城市功能拓展区的社会消费品零售总额为3101．22亿元,占38002亿元的816％,而城市发展新区和生态涵养发展区所占的比例仅184％（详见图1所示）。本文认为,郊区商业设施的不足,城市商业设施过度,这种不平衡现象在短期内不会消除。     

重庆市人口空间变动分析

文章利用近10年的人口数据,对重庆市人口空间变动情况分2003～2007年、2008～2012年两个时段进行了分析。表明,重庆市2003～2007年中心区人口增长速度大于近、远郊区,处于霍尔的城市演变模型第三个阶段,即相对集中阶段,2008～2012年中心区人口增长变慢,近郊区人口增长迅速,处于相对集中向相对分散的过渡阶段。进一步剖析了人口空间变动因素,并对重庆市人口空间变动趋势进行了预测。

利用第三、四、五次人口普查资料,对广州市外来人口空间分布进行分析。1980年代以来广州市外来人口在数量急剧增长的同时,其空间分布格局也发生了根本变化,即由原来主要集中于中心区转向主要集中于近郊区,并逐渐向远郊区延伸。针对外来人口的空间变化规律,提出了加强城市人口管理和城市规划建设的建议。

基于分形理论的广西城市体系空间结构研究

城市是人口和经济的聚集地,城市体系空间结构具有分形几何特征。将分形理论与中心地理论相结合,通过城市体系的关联维数模型计算出广西城市体系空间结构的分维值,发现广西城市体系的空间分布是具有分形特征,城市体系自组织演化在空间结构方面具有优化趋势,可以强化中心、极化南宁核心地位,重点扶持桂林、柳州、北海三个副中心建设,构建"一枢纽、二港口、三通道、四辐射"大通道体系和点轴面相结合发展的广西城市体系空间结构。     

城市旅游核心－边缘空间结构协同发展形成机制研究——基于上海城市轨道交通建设视角
