在阐述区域主义相关理论溯源的基础上,从核心特征、研究对象、主题等方面综合论述新区域主义与旧区域主义的区别,本文旨在总结对新旧区域主义已有的研究结果,在此基础上结合东南亚新区域主义表达笔者对新区域主义的一些见解,从而为制定促进我国区域发展的对策提供参考。

随着"新区域主义"的发展,区域经济一体化理论的研究试图超越基于比较优势、资源重新配置和效率的传统分析框架,探讨生产要素的配置效率以外的因素,如贸易与生产率的关系、动态比较优势和贸易需求增加带来的效率增加等。对传统一体化理论研究框架和"新区域主义"的理论和实证研究进行了梳理,特别是从贸易生产率关系、不完全竞争、投资效应、利益集团与政治经济学理论的发展趋势方面进行了综述。     

全球多边贸易体制的前景分析——WTO与区域主义

区域经济一体化和多边贸易自由化是近年来世界经济发展的两个最明显的特征。文章从理论和现实两方面分析了区域主义对多边贸易体制的不利影响 ,认为是否有效地约束区域主义的发展业已成为处于困境中的多边贸易体制能否顺利发展的重要因素。     

开放的区域主义背景下中国自贸区发展战略与实施路径

开放的区域主义是新区域主义理论的一种重要表现形式,具体有五个维度:成员国身份的开放性、无条件的最惠国待遇、有条件的最惠国待遇、全球自由化及贸易便利化。对我国开放型经济所处的国内国际环境的变化特点进行了总结。认为完善自由贸易区谈判的实施路径是:"中国一东盟升级版"是实现"一带一路"战略的重要途径,要稳步地推进RCEP谈判。

本文在分析新区域主义产生和对比新旧区域主义的基础上,认为长江三角洲(文中简称长三角)地区应该以新区域主义理论为指导,从完善考核体系、形成协调机构、促进要素流动等方面促进其区域化的发展。
