近年来,不少专家学者通过对日本企业的研究,提出一种全新的解释:日本企业之所以能够成功是来自于他们在“组织知识创造”(OrganizationalKnowledgeCreation)上的能力和技术。即企业整体创造新知识,将新知识传播至整个组织,并且将其融入公司产品、服务和系统的能力。“组织知识创造”可谓是日本企业特有的创新方式。他们尤其擅长于以持续、渐进和螺旋式的方式创新。这不得不使我们认真研究日本企业知识创造的方式和经验。 相似文献

产品市场竞争对企业创新的作用机理一直是产业组织领域备受争议的话题.本文选取2007-2012年沪深两市非金融类A股上市公司为研究样本,从“行业内市场势力”和“行业间市场竞争”两个维度对二者关系进行了实证检验.结果表明,产品市场竞争对企业研发强度具有促进作用,但这种效应在国有企业中较弱,这一结论在考虑了内生性等问题后依然稳健;此外,高管薪酬激励和股权激励水平较高时,产品市场竞争对企业创新的促进作用更强.本文结论表明,产品市场竞争对现阶段中国上市公司创新强度具有重要的推动作用,但国有性质的产权不利于产品市场竞争作用机制的发挥.同时,若配合施行较高水平的高管激励,则更有利于企业在激烈的产品市场竞争环境下加大创新强度. 相似文献

In a two-cone Heckscher-Ohlin model with CES preferences and a continuum of goods, new northern goods increase the northern skill premium if they are skilled-labor intensive, and may increase the premium if they are unskilled-labor intensive. Thus, the introduction of new goods into US technology could have done more to increase the US skill premium than a closed-economy model would predict. I also explore how new northern goods affect the southern skill premium and what happens if they generate preference-induced reversals across existing goods. This paper investigates a theoretical mechanism linking comparative advantage to the distribution of skills in the working population. We develop a tractable multi-country, multi-industry model of trade with unobservable skills in the labour market and show that comparative advantage derives from (i) cross-industry differences in the substitutability of workers' skills and (ii) cross-country differences in the dispersion of skills. We establish the conditions under which higher skill dispersion leads to specialization in industries characterized by higher skill substitutability across tasks. The main results are robust when the model is extended to allow for partial observability of skills. Finally, we use distributions of literacy scores from the International Adult Literacy Survey to approximate cross-country productivity differences due to skill dispersion and we carry out a quantitative assessment of the impact of skill dispersion on the pattern of trade. 相似文献

While innovation has become a pervasive term, many of today’s organizations still find innovation elusive. One reason may be that much of what is being said about innovation contributes to misunderstanding. To truly manifest innovation and reap its benefits, one must recognize that innovation is three different things: innovation is an outcome, innovation is a process, and innovation is a mindset. Innovation as an outcome emphasizes what output is sought, including product innovation, process innovation, marketing innovation, business model innovation, supply chain innovation, and organizational innovation. Innovation as a process attends to the way in which innovation should be organized so that outcomes can come to fruition; this includes an overall innovation process and a new product development process. Innovation as a mindset addresses the internalization of innovation by individual members of the organization where innovation is instilled and ingrained along with the creation of a supportive organizational culture that allows innovation to flourish. Such an understanding defines necessary elements, considerations, and vernacular surrounding the term so that better decisions can be made, thereby enabling innovation and having a greater propensity to succeed. 相似文献
