为了提高射频连接器的传输特性,提出了一种带空气腔的超小型推入式(subminiature micro push-on,SSMP)射频同轴连接器。首先,利用Ansys HFSS仿真软件对连接器进行建模,通过共面补偿和锥体补偿的方式对其结构进行优化;其次,通过时域反射(time-domain reflectometry,TDR)技术对连接器的传输特性参数进行仿真计算;然后,对连接器阳头部分进行优化设计,在连接器阳头部分增设空气腔;最后,采用高抗补偿法对射频连接器与微带线级联结构进行仿真优化。结果表明:未带有空气腔的连接器在DC~40 GHz频段范围内回波损耗S11<-28 dB、插入损耗S21>-0.03 dB;空气腔长度为0.345 mm的连接器在DC~40 GHz频段范围内S11<-31 dB、S21>-0.036 dB;连接器与微带线级联结构在DC~40 GHz频段范围内S11<-21.5 dB、S21>-0.62 dB。提出的带有空气腔的连接器结构提高了连接器的射频传输特性,可为连接器的设计提供理论参考。 相似文献

为保障型号“三高”发展,满足型号任务对连接器产品科研生产能力不断提升的需求,控制系统总体单位与连接器专业厂家探索“结对子”上下协同推进产品化模式。通过建立协同推进机制,从型号需求及连接器产品自身技术发展趋势方面开展了型谱研究、规格压缩,迭代发布了双方共建型谱。依据共建型谱,总体单位加强需求管控,厂家则以“零件标准化、组件模块化、产品组合化”为指导原则,优化型谱产品设计、工艺过程及管控要求,牵引单元制造模式应用及自动化生产线建设,从而实现连接器科研生产模式转型升级,提升电连接器产品的质量及生产能力,为型号发展奠定了坚实的基础。 相似文献

对TP-JC油管接头进行了抗黏扣性能、抗拉强度和液体密封、气密封性能现场试验和现场操作试验评价。现场试验评价结果表明:①Φ88.9mm×6.45mm TP-JC螺纹油管能保证API推荐的上卸扣4次的要求,抗黏扣性能优于外加厚圆螺纹;②Φ88.9mm×6.45mm TP-JC螺纹油管的抗拉强度和液体密封性能不低于外加厚圆螺纹;③Φ88.9mm×6.45mm TP-JC螺纹油管在77MPa的压力下泄漏率为2%,在50MPa压力下具备气密封能力,可以满足低压气井的使用要求;④TP-JC螺纹油管对现场施工操作的要求与外加厚油管螺纹相同,且更易认扣、操作方便。 相似文献

One of the rapidly growing areas in industrial marketing is the application of sales force automation (SFA) technologies to help improve the efficiency of the sales force task. What is often overlooked is that there are some potential negative effects related to SFA technologies that arise when these innovations are forcefully adopted on the individual salesperson. This study empirically examines the psychological and social antecedents of salespeople's resistance toward SFA technologies in South Korea. Unlike previous studies that only looked at adoption, this studies adds to the literature on SFA technologies by looking at resistance toward innovation in the post-adoption or intra-organizational diffusion stage. This study looks at the direct and indirect relationships between innovation resistance and some key constructs such as job satisfaction, job performance, self-efficacy, group-efficacy, innovativeness, and peer usage. This study represents also one of the very few empirical studies conducted on sales force behavior in South Korea and as such may offer some insights on sales force management in collectivist cultures. 相似文献

为了解决机械摩擦导致的织物表面光洁度和手感差的问题,基于纤维素酶与机械摩擦复合处理织物的优点,采用酸性纤维素酶对牛仔布进行水洗,通过正交试验设计,探索了纤维素酶浓度、浸泡温度、浸泡时间、pH值对织物白度、耐磨性、顶破强力和弯曲性能的影响。结果表明,温度及pH值对白度的影响显著,纤维素酶浓度对织物顶破强力的影响大于其他因素。用纤维素酶处理后,针织牛仔的耐磨性增强,白度增大。因此,纤维素酶可使针织牛仔的使用性能得到有效改善。 相似文献

This paper examines the effect of multimarket contact in afirst price sealed bid government procurement auction market. It investigates whether bidprices in the highway construction industry are related to conditions that favor the formation of a cartel.Repeated contacts among firms are found to have a significantly positive effect on the winning low bidwhich leads to higher profit. Further, rivalry among few firms tends to exacerbate the multimarket effect.The results in this study additionally support the recent theoretical predictions that collusion isbetter sustainable during economic downturns. 相似文献

Sales force automation (SFA) occurs when firms adopt technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales-related activities. Research has shown, however, that 55-75% of SFA projects fail. This paper first identifies and explains impediments that exist in three SFA areas: planning, communication, and evaluation. The high failure rate of SFA can also be explained by gaps that exist, between the sales force and management, in SFA perceptions and goals. Finally, after discussing each of these areas, study implications are provided to sales managers and suggestions are offered for future research. 相似文献
