近十五年来,在品牌关系理论研究的热潮下,Munizεt&O’Guinn提出的全新概念"品牌社群"(brand community)受到广大实践工作者和学者们关注,成为西方品牌理论研究的新前沿。本文在对为数不多的品牌社群理论进行综述分析的基础上,提出了从生态学生态位角度研究品牌社群的全新视角。通过对品牌社群生态位内涵进行界定,以及对前人有关品牌生态系统层级构建进行完善的基础上,从生态位宽度和生态位重叠度层面构建品牌社群生态位测量模型,即运用一维生态因子轴来分析品牌社群对资源变量的占用幅度以及共享状态,表征该类社群处于生态系统环境中的相对地位,目的在于对生态位重叠态势下的竞争格局预先作出有效判断,从而在提升品牌社群决策科学性的同时,提升企业顾客资产以及品牌资产的价值。  相似文献

A bstract This paper examines the development of a separate economic niche for black entrepreneurs in Chicago's ethnic beauty aids industry. It argues that this economic niche developed in response to advantages black entrepreneurs had in mobilizing ethnic resources in the black community. The paper's findings lend support to general theoretical arguments stating that ethnicity, race, and other symbols for identity function as low-cost screening devices for evaluating the likelihood that trading partners will honor economic contracts, particularly in a market setting where formal market mechanisms are not fully developed. The findings are based on a series of in-person interviews with Korean, Jewish and black distributors of ethnic beauty aids in Chicago. Although this paper focuses on a single market niche, its conclusions indicate that greater attention needs to be paid to the effects of social, political, economic and structural factors on minority business development.  相似文献

大国治理的根基在基层,社区是社会的基本单元,社区居委会的建设情况已经成为衡量治理能力、民主法治水平的重要指标。我国城市中社区居委会具有双重属性:一方面是“自治性”,代表居民实现自我管理、自我教育和自我服务;另一方面是“行政性”,表现为基层社会治理的单向度。我国社区居委会工作由于传统体制影响等原因呈现出行政化态势,这种行政化倾向会直接影响居民自治和社区治理。  相似文献

The Chinese community has made rapid socio-economic advancement Britain over the course of one generation. This paper examines the influences of culture and structure in determining the remarkable levels of attainments made by the Chinese Britain. In addition, the impacts of culture and structure in circumscribing occupational choices of the Chinese in Britain are also explored, since somewhat marring this image of success is the occupational segregation of the Chinese in the labour market. The human resource implication of this latter situation is that there exists a valuable source of qualified Chinese labour currently engaged in the ethnic niche, particularly Chinese catering industry, which could be better utilized in the wider labour market. It suggested that responsibility to address this issue reducing such 'wastage', involves efforts of three parties, namely, the Chinese themselves, careers counsellors, as well organizations in Britain.  相似文献

This research aims to identify the institutional strategies of incumbent firms with regard to sustainable energy innovations that threaten their interests. This exploratory study contributes to the multi‐level perspective by providing new insights into niche–regime interaction. The focus on actor behavior in transitions is informed by literature from institutional theory and strategic management. Based on semi‐structured interviews with actors and on documents related to LED lighting and biofuels in the Netherlands, this study identified a preliminary set of empirical strategies: providing information and arguments to policy makers and the general public, as well as strategically setting technical standards. Incumbents are in a position to significantly influence the innovation's development by employing these strategies; thus temporarily keeping sustainable innovation on a leash. In the commercial sector, a range of strategies has been proposed for competitive advantage. Many of these strategies are inappropriate for nonprofit organisations. (The terms ‘nonprofit’, ‘not-for-profit’ and ‘charity’ are used interchangeably in this paper.) This paper proposes four generic strategies for competitive advantage in nonprofit organisations: externally driven, niche, differentiation and awareness. The niche strategy has two sub-strategies: the issue or emotional niche and the geographical niche. Differentiation has three sub-strategies; differentiation by audience, differentiation by product and differentiation by belief. These four strategies are not mutually exclusive and many nonprofit organisations move from one strategy to another. A development model for these transitions is proposed.  相似文献

Fair Trade has spread in developing countries as an initiative aimed at lifting poor smallholder farmers out of poverty by providing them with premium prices, availability of credit, and improved community development and social goods. Fair Trade is also viewed as a niche market for high value products in a context of globalization and trade liberalization policies that affect smallholder farmers in developing countries. This paper provides an overview of the potential effects of Fair Trade, both theoretical and empirical, on small‐scale producers in developing countries. Our review discusses the empirical evidence on prices and income, as well as the importance of limited market access and productivity. We discuss evidence on labor markets and human capital investments as well.  相似文献
