试论兰州大学学生工作专业化建设——基于兰州大学学生工作虚拟中心和学生工作室建设的探索与实践

高校学生工作专业化要求学生工作在专业精神、专业知识、专业能力、专业伦理道德等方面达到一定的标准和水平,兰州大学学生工作专业化建设除了稳步提升辅导员队伍专业化建设、更加注重教育实效以外,经过6年的探索和实践,发现学生工作虚拟中心和工作室建设是实现以上目标的一个有效的平台,但是在具体运作过程中又会发现很多问题,这些问题是短时间内很难解决的,所以需要做好长期奋斗的准备。     

The Middle Way: The National Catholic Rural Life Conference and Rural Issues in the 20th and 21st Centuries

This article explains how the National Catholic Rural Life Conference (NCRLC), from its founding in 1923 to the present, applied basic Catholic principles in response to a succession of changes in American rural society. In doing so, it proposed a middle way between capitalism and socialism and between the Democratic and Republican parties. In the 1920s, the Reverend Edwin V. O'Hara founded the NCRLC mainly to bolster the demographically weak rural Church. In the 1930s, the NCRLC turned to economic concerns in response to the Great Depression. It supported many New Deal programs that helped farmers as well as cooperatives and a “back‐to‐the‐land” movement. The Conference consistently supported the family farm as the basic institution of a morally and economically sound rural society. In the 1940s and 1950s, the Conference entered the realm of international affairs under Monsignor Luigi G. Ligutti and addressed problems of world hunger, land reform, and underdeveloped countries. Under Monsignor Edward W. O'Rourke, who became director in 1960, the NCRLC joined in the movement for social justice and campaigned for the rights of the rural poor and migrant farm workers. Starting around 1970, the Conference became increasingly interested in environmental and energy issues. The NCRLC is in harmony with the 21^st‐century pope, Francis, on rural and ecological issues.

Public Choice and the EPA, 20 Years Later: An Exploratory Study

Nearly 20 years ago, Mixon (1995) found that urban warming is positively related to the probability of an EPA citation for a violation of carbon emissions standards, whereas lobbying effort reduces the probability of such a citation. This study revisits the Mixon (1995) framework by using data on ozone violations. The results indicate that EPA citations for ozone violations are not significantly related to lobbying effort.     

现阶段我国农村双向物流中心选址问题研究

在中国农业生产链状结构的各环节和节点中,农村双向物流发挥着重要的衔接作用,它深刻地影响着农业生产和流通的状况和水平;当前农村双向物流因受交通条件、基础设施、技术水平等多种因素影响发展较为缓慢,因此为提高农村双向物流水平应结合我国农村实际状况,从配送管理和库存管理两个方面寻找突破.     

近20年西双版纳土地利用特征研究

以ENVI为平台,采用监督分类方法,解译西双版纳1996年和2016年两个时期的遥感影像。对监督分类后的结果进行分析,主要结论如下:①林地和橡胶为主要类型;②林地减少,橡胶用地扩大并聚集成片,且橡胶是面积增长最多、变化强度最大的地类;③橡胶主要由林地和耕地转化而来,说明这段时期内受到较大程度的人为干扰;④景观格局的优势度变大,景观异质性和稳定性降低。

2003年底,北京医药股份有限公司引进西门子德马泰克公司先进的物流技术与设备建成的全国首家现代医药物流配送中心正式投入使用。2月27日,北药股份和西门子德马泰克公司在京共同举办了“全国首家现代医药物流配送中心应用成果发布会”。     

Vision 20/20: Preparing today for tomorrow's challenges

This special issue includes five of the best papers presented at the 20th IPSERA conference. This conference was organized by Maastricht University and took place in Maastricht, The Netherlands. The conference theme was: ‘Vision 20/20: Preparing today for tomorrow's challenges’. In this editorial we discuss the future challenges in Purchasing and Supply Management and how one can prepare for these today. We make use of the concept of weak signals to detect a number of emerging future trends. All abstracts of the 110 conference papers were analysed using text mining and tag clouds. Also we introduce the five papers that were selected by the conference reviewers and track chairs as the best papers of the conference.

In the aspect of research and marketing, Intel continuously creates the needs in advance with very aggressive spirit; in the aspect of slrategy and tactic, Intel launches an attack actively in an unconventional way; and it realizes its belief and rule with one of its properties. All those make it young as original. However, how to make it young in the next 40 years and next after next years is not simply the problem of lntel but all of the enterprises which have live over 40 years     

注册会计师职业公共事务管理权的分配与制衡——一种分析框架

本文认为,政府和协会对注册会计师职业的监管权是一种公共事务管理权。政府和协会监管权分配状况及其变化受内生变量和外生变量的影响。不同国家的内生变量与外生变量不同时,政府与协会的权力分配格局——即监管模式也会有所差异。在我国注册会计师职业监管过程中,一方面要注意监管权的分配与制衡,政府与协会之间应建立合作、伙伴关系;另一方面在借鉴国际经验时,重点是监管内容和方法,而不是监管模式。
