基于学生创新素质培养的国际物流实训课程改革研究

传统的国际物流实训课程的教学目标仍仅注重知识传授，忽视能力培养。作者打破传统的培养思路，提出学生实践能力培养要基于创新素质的培养，分析了《国际物流》课程实践能力培养的理论基础，并最后给出了四项措施并进行实施。

根据南拳运动的特点,结合自己多年的训练经验和具体实践,从理论的角度阐述了南拳的训练方法,强调南拳训练要以拳架为基础,练劲是关键,从实践出发,求真求实,以致用为目的。     

传承经验——对能力模型的补充方案

根据企业培训模式的现状,提出了经验培训模式,作为能力素质模型的必要补充。方案以经验理论为基础,建立经验的考核标准与考核体系,并在此基础上建立完整的理论培训与经验培训的体系,发挥以经验模型为导向的培训优势。最终,文章提出以经验模型为导向的灵活培训模式的关键与可行性分析。     

提高体育教育专业学生教学能力水平的对策研究

运用文献资料法、理论分析法,对陕西高校体育教育专业学生教学能力培养现状进行分析。发现:校内实习培训内容缺乏完整性和系统性、培训目标缺乏针对性;缺乏有效地评价等诸多问题;教学实习基地的作用没有充分发挥等诸多问题。最后提出针对性建议,希望能为体育教育专业学生教学能力培养和发展奠定基础。

Does training have to be fun? A review and conceptual model of the role of fun in workplace training

The role of fun features in training has yet to be systematically examined from an academic perspective. The purpose of this paper is to aid academic research and training practice by addressing four important issues. First, we discuss the meaning of fun in the context of workplace training. Second, we review and critique the existing research on fun features in training. Third, based on Kahn's (1990) theory of psychological engagement, we propose a conceptual model to guide research to help increase our understanding of the role of fun features in training. Fourth, we discuss opportunities for future research as well as practical implications and caveats. Our intent is to provide a stronger theoretical basis for understanding and researching fun features in training and to provide more nuanced guidance for training practice.     

Training as a generator of employee capabilities

In the current global economic environment, companies aiming to obtain lasting competitive advantages must be aware of those abilities that differentiate the company from its competitors. In this sense, personnel training may stimulate the development of certain capabilities related to the company's human resources, which could support this differentiation and hence the desired competitive advantage. For this reason, we have considered as an aim of this work to analyse personnel training as a policy for the development of the organisation's human capital, and its influence on the impulse of three differentiating capabilities, namely the employees' knowledge or know-how, the generation of a collective mind and the organisational commitment of personnel. In this article, we shall first analyse from a theoretical point of view the influence of the company's training policies on the development of certain differentiating capabilities. Then, we shall empirically prove this theoretical relation within the framework of the different business units of a financial institution.

地铁微机联锁仿真实训系统方案设计

随着哈尔滨地铁建设的逐步展开,对地铁各种电气设备维护人员的需求越来越旺盛。我院作为哈地铁的高技能人才培训基地,如何使我们培养的人才能够满足企业的需求,使当前最紧迫的任务。传统的授课方式无法满足企业的需求,而采用真实设备进行实训又需要大量的资金投入,且存在安全隐患。本文通过设计地铁微机联锁仿真实训系统,借助该系统一方面提高理论基础,另一方面在实践实训中积累操作经验,进而为提升教学质量提供参考依据。     

会计学专业培养目标与东莞经济社会转型适应性研究

培养目标是人才培养的核心问题,对教学方向、教学内容、教学方法和教学管理起着决定性作用。本文针对目前东莞地区经济社会转型时期对会计专业人才的特殊需求,研究会计人才培养目标与东莞经济社会转型的适应性,为高校会计专业制定与经济社会发展状况和人力资源现状相适应的培养方案提供理论依据。     

The styles of management inventory: A methodological analysis of a training and research instrument

In recent years several theoretical ideas have been advanced in the area of problem-solving and decision-making in administration, with a focus on “leadership” styles. Instruments have been designed to operationalize the theory and for purposes of training and research. However, there has been little systematic testing of such instruments. This study examines the theoretical underpinning of one particular instrument, the Styles of Management Inventory. Then, it proceeds to test it for internal consistency by using multidimensional scaling. The data for this study were obtained from 288 probation administrators in the United States. Since this instrument is currently used by trainers and researchers, it is felt that this methodological study has important implications for both the management training and research fields.     

“8233”模式的探索与思考

社会与企业对高职学生提出了更高的素质要求,"8233"的人才培养模式结合高职院校相关专业的培养目标和学生在学习过程中能力递进的特点,符合技能型的人才的培养目标,在实践中取得了良好的成效。本文以黄河交通学院机械制造与自动化专业为例,对"8233"校企合作人才培养模式进行了理论研究与实践研究。     

Worker reciprocity and the returns to training: Evidence from a field experiment

Do reciprocal workers have higher returns to employer-sponsored training? Using a field experiment with random assignment to training combined with survey information on workers' reciprocal inclinations, the results show that reciprocal workers reciprocate employers' training investments by higher posttraining performance. This result, which is robust to controlling for observed personality traits and worker fixed effects, suggests that individuals reciprocate the firm's human capital investment with higher effort, in line with theoretical models on gift exchange in the workplace. This finding provides an alternative rationale to explain firm training investments even with the risk of poaching.
