利用2012—2021年中国31个省区市的面板数据为研究样本,构建制造业高质量发展评价指标体系,运用双重差分模型和中介效应模型实证检验政策执行效果审计对制造业高质量发展的影响。研究发现:(1)政策执行效果审计能够显著促进制造业高质量发展。(2)数字化水平对政策执行效果审计影响制造业高质量发展起到正向调节效应。(3)营商环境是政策执行效果审计促进制造业高质量发展的中介因素,并且起部分中介作用。因此,应从提高政策执行效果审计监督效能、提升数字化水平、完善营商环境等方面来推动制造业高质量发展。 相似文献

文章结合离散制造业生产工艺的特点及离散制造业实施ERP的重点,论述了实施ERP之前对企业信息化程度评估的重要性,综合国家信息化测评中心的基本指标和效能指标提出了评价离散制造企业信息化的指标体系,通过AHP法与模糊决策相结合的方法对指标体系进行综合评判,并以实例进行计算,得到的结果与调研结果相一致,证明了所建立的指标体系的可行性。 相似文献

The paper attempts to evaluate the liberalization program in terms of its degree of success in achieving competition. The analysis is limited to sellers’ concentration ratio in manufacturing. There is a decline in concentration ratio in manufacturing following liberalization measures taken during the post-1980 period. Considering the degree of the success in such targets as low and stable inflation, and high and sustainable growth, the modest decrease in the concentration ratio appears to be a real success. This decrease looks even better if one considers resources devoted to various targets in the economy. 相似文献

The development of an environmental policy represents the cornerstone of an environmental management system (EMS), an essential tool that helps companies both systematically manage their environmental obligations and risks, and promote these objectives throughout the entire organization. The implementation of such policies must rest not solely upon the development of specific pollution‐reduction programmes but also upon more encompassing issues dealing with the examination of existing management systems and work procedures. This paper presents the results of a study conducted in 250 manufacturing firms. It examines factors such as manufacturing policies and competitive positioning in their role as driving forces behind environmental commitment. The study's results demonstrate that environmental commitment is often linked to sound management practices. Good relations with both employees and suppliers, participatory management and total quality management programmes appear to be intimately correlated with the existence of an environmental policy. Numerous benefits have been claimed for firms that implement just-in-time (JIT) approaches to manufacturing. While a fair number of Western firms have been successful at such implementations, other firms that could benefit appear to be addressing only a few features rather than the overall philosophy and system. This paper considers whether each of a number of management initiatives is necessary for the implementation of just-in-time manufacturing. A case-based research methodology was used for theory testing at six plants, each which claimed to be implementing just-in-time manufacturing. Data were obtained via interviews, questionnaires, direct observation, and collection of documents. Of six management initiatives considered, four were supported as necessary conditions for both JIT flow and JIT quality, as well as for employee involvement. These four are: (1) promotion of employee responsibility, (2) provision of training, (3) promotion of teamwork, and (4) demonstration of visible commitment. The other two management initiatives were rejected as necessary conditions. These are: (1) provision of workforce security, and (2) use of group performance measures. The results also indicated that employee involvement plays a central role in JIT implementation. 相似文献

Supplier evaluation has assumed a strategic role in determining competitiveness of large manufacturing companies. An increasing number of researches have been devoted to the development of different kind of methodologies to cope with this problem. Nevertheless, while the number of applications is growing, there is little empirical evidence of the practical usefulness of such tools with a dichotomy between theoretical approaches and empirical applications. Considering this evidence, the goal of this paper is to contribute to understand the above dichotomy by implementing, in a corporate environment, a model for supplier evaluation based on the Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP), one of the most prominent methodologies used to address the problem. The analysis of the implementation process of the methodology allows the identification of strengths and weaknesses of using formalized supplier selection models to tackle the supplier evaluation problem, also highlighting potential barriers preventing firms to adopt such methods. Relevant issues arising from the application and managerial implications for both customer and suppliers are discussed. 相似文献
