基于多元回归法和灰色预测模型的江西丰城工业园融资需求预测分析

为了研究丰城市工业园区2012～2016年工业资金需求水平,笔者运用柯布一道格拉斯生产函数,以2005～2011年的工业增加值、就业人数和固定资产投资额为基本数据,在SPSS中运用多元回归法建立预测模型;再通过GM2008年灰色预测系统,运用灰色预测模型对工业增加值和就业人数进行预测,并进一步预测2012～2016年的资金需求和提出具有可行性的政策建议。     

Long-term forecast of the production capacity of high-tech industries in the Russian Federation

This article reviews the status and trends in the development of science-intensive and high-tech industries in Russia. Basic provisions of the long-term forecast of the dynamics of high-tech industries are given. Macroeconomic dynamics of the Russian economy in the long term

The article presents the main provisions of the macroeconomic section of the regular long term forecasts of the Institute for Economic Forecasting, Russian Academy of Science, prepared in 2012. The key idea of the forecast is based on an assessment of the growth potential of the Russian economy. It is necessary for the definition of an economic policy aimed at achieving this potential result in the perspective until 2030.
