2015年以来,进口跨境电商在我国的发展十分迅猛。近些年,传统电商巨头纷纷布局跨境电商平台,天猫国际、网易考拉海购、亚马逊海购等相继上线,而在此时,一些创业公司也完成几轮融资,凡客诚品、蜜芽等新型企业逐渐在市场上崭露头角。以传统海淘和跨境电商比较为切入点,详述了我国进口跨境电商的发展历程,总结了进口跨境电商发展优势在于政策扶持、用户需求大以及传统海淘的不便,对进口跨境电商的运营模式和进口模式做出详细的阐述,对主流进口跨境电商优劣势进行分析,得出当前我国跨境进口电商面临的问题,并提出重视长尾非标、完善供应链、加强海外布局等对策。  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to conduct an in-depth study on environmental management systems developed in the ceramic tiles sector. This study is conceived as an improvement on a previous survey related to an environmental diagnosis of the ceramic tiles sector where some incongruities between environmental explicit speeches and environmental actions were detected. Such incongruities revealed that firms assumed to be highly environmental committed while from facts this commitment was not so high proved. So, it was necessary to introduce case study research methodology to clarify and to understand the reasons of these inconsistencies. The main objectives of our case study research are two. The first one consists in determining the relationship between firms and environment, analysing environmental positions in companies assumed in their environmental strategy and their environmental behaviour reflected in facts, while the second one attempts to establish the role played by the accounting information system in the environmental management systems of the companies in the sector. Our case study research reveals the elaboration of a larger amount of environmental accounting information for internal use than for external one. This fact is due not only to the inexistence of regulations about environmental disclosures in Spain, at that time, but also to the importance of environmental internal accounting information for management which supports the prevalence of decision-usefulness theory in the implementation of environmental management systems.Lecturer of Management Accounting in the Department of Finance and Accounting of the University Jaume I of Castellon (Spain). In this study, a three-stage methodology for carton set optimization in e-commerce warehouses is proposed and evaluated on three DHL Supply Chain warehouses. The methodology includes order cubing, carton grouping, and optimal carton set selection. A modified largest area fits first algorithm for order cubing is proposed. For optimal carton set selection, a genetic algorithm with a novel crossover strategy is introduced. The results show that the proposed carton set optimization approach can improve the shipping cost and carton utilization by 7% and 7.8%, and considerably improve the carbon footprint of the operations, even when the number of carton types is not changed.  相似文献

The objective of this paper is to explore how the various stages of consciousness development of top managers can influence, in practical terms, their abilities in and commitment to environmental leadership in different types of SMEs. A case study based on 63 interviews carried out in 15 industrial SMEs showed that the organizations that displayed the most environmental management practices were mostly run by managers at a post-conventional stage of consciousness development. Conversely, the SMEs that displayed less sustainable environmental management practices were all run by managers at conventional stages of development. Drawing upon diverse examples of environmental leadership, this paper analyzes the reasons why the stages of post-conventional consciousness development of top managers seem to foster corporate greening in SMEs. The study also sheds light on the key values and abilities associated with both environmental leadership and the upper-stages of consciousness development, which include a broader and systemic perspective, long-range focus, integration of conflicting goals, collaboration with stakeholders, complexity management, collaborative learning, among others.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This research examines the role of branding in the Portuguese SME internationalization process and how the internationalization and brand strategies are articulated in the search for a better business performance within a competitive framework and increasing competitiveness environment. The article aims specifically at: (a) the strategy of creation and brand management; (b) the relevance given to the brand; (c) the importance of brand creation and management in the internationalization strategy. We chose a qualitative methodology, based on four cases studies. Our results suggest that branding strategies of SME cannot be compared with the strategies of multinationals. Budgetary constraints and human resources lead companies to invest in low-cost strategies. The importance of the brand lies in the distinction that allows competition with similar products within the sectors. Management of the brand does not come up as an essential strategy for the internationalization of a Portuguese SME.  相似文献
