Since the meeting between Rajiv Gandhi and Deng Xiaoping more than 20 years ago, China and India, have been seeking to reach a wider range of cooperative relationship. In 2008, the trade volume reached US$52 billion, making China becoming India's largest goods trade partner, while India became China's tenth largest trading partner. 本文认为,最近五年城市房价飞涨,国家为抑制高房价出台了18项重要政策调控措施,但是各地房价不仅大幅上涨,而且住房结构性问题严重,调控政策收效甚微,表明我国实施的调控政策存在脆弱性,即政策具有不完善性和有限性。要消除这种脆弱性应当遵循三种路径:一是加强综合调控,切忌调控频繁,避免调控不力;二是减少地方与中央的博弈,充分调动地方政府的能动性;三是同步完善新城区配套功能,切实缓解城市住房结构性问题。  相似文献
