Value is not what would be produced but is what customer gains. In this paper, the author tried to consider the concept of value and its dimensions, value determiner variable, customer and loyal customer, behavioral approach of loyalty and eventually, customer, loyalty and value key dimensions＇ interaction in organization.     

On the Relation among Language Culture and Colors

Language, color and culture have close links with each other. Although it seems that they do not relate with each other at all at first glance. In general, culture consists of everything in the world, so human beings and language they created are parts of culture, more precisely, are two important ones. There are many different kinds of colors. Color is closely related to people＇ s life. In human language, the color words are frequently used, and endowed with plentiful emotion and cultural connotation. In both Chinese and English, the words of different colors are abundant. We should pay attention to not only their own basic meaning but also the deeper symbolic meaning. Due to the respective cultural background and tradition, people＇ s feeling and expression to the color are not the same, so the symbolic meaning of color can produce great difference between Chinese and western culture. This paper is to make a contrastive study of some major difference in color words.

Lastly. the author suggests some ways of arousing poor English learners＇ interest in the teaching process, and believe that the poor students must be changed into good students as long as the English teachers arouse their interest in English learning.     

Enhancing the Awareness of Teachers' Personalities and the Effects upon Their Teaching Practice

It has become far clearer that ifa teacher has anything really valuable to contribute to his or her students＇ development, it will come through the expression of his or her own personality. As regards to research into teachers＇ personality, a teacher＇s function, therefore, is not to create students in his or her own image, but to develop students to create their own image, through, to an extent, the presentation of his or her personality. In this regard, studying teachers＇ personality is of significance in teaching practice, for, in due course, there are teachers＇ personal cultural interpretation and social recognition involved. In this research hereby, I would like to broaden such awareness by reviewing and reflecting some important relevant studies; and approving their suggesting applicability in teaching practice.     

Ou Rhetoric Metaphor in English Teaching

As an important understanding method of human, metaphor has played a crucial role in human＇s cognition of the concept and structure of things. Modern metaphorical theory stresses the way of thinking and cognitive style of language speakers and it has been paying more and more attention by foreign language teachers and learners. Its positive guiding role and the value of application has been recognized by many experts and scholars both at home and abroad. The research results show that whether in teaching English vocabulary or cultural teaching, teachers can make use of the character of metaphorical understanding to guide students to regard metaphor as an effective cognitive tool, to understand and use English vocabulary and cultural knowledge. Therefore, English language teachers should pay attention to absorbing and applying the latest achievements of metaphor research, explain in detail the rationale behind the phenomenon, and organize the scattered language phenomenon through metaphor, in order to promote English language teaching level.     

An Empirical Study on Teaching Non-English Major Adult Students Reading with Allusions and Their Stories

Effective English reading requires readers not only possess good English grammar, flexible reading skills and plentiful vocabulary but also master rich cultural background knowledge.However, for the adult students educated in the Continuing Education College, it is rather obvious that they have troubles learning English The author of this thesis pro-posed a new idea of English reading teaching-teaching with allusions and their stories in English reading class.The author tries to apply the relationship between schema theory and reading in the process of teaching adult students so that they can get a deeper understanding of English allusions and their stories.The author of this thesis did an empirical research and made a quantitative analysis for pretest and posttest.The result of this research indicates that to improve English reading proficiency, either teachers or students should attach equal importance both to language structures and to cultural background knowledge.

Study on Real Estate Investment Trusts and application in China

The Real Estate Investment Trusts （REITs） is a mature investment and financing tool in the real estate market abroad. RE1Ts is able to deploy resource, circulate necessary funds and disperse risk effectively. It is the feasible effective way and necessary choice during the real estate finance innovation. But there is a big gap between RE1Ts in China and the mature RE1Ts abroad. Because RE1Ts in China puts more attention on the financing function of the real estate. Besides, because the relevance law and the market environment are not perfect, REITs couldn＇t exploit its advantages very well in China. It needs to be developed in the practice. This paper starts with introducing the concept of REITs. Then the paper goes on to tell the types and characteristics of REITs aboard. It continues to study the experience of mature RE1Ts in the market and finds out disadvantages which China＇s RE1Ts have. Based on above research, the paper considers about the situation in China and states the mode of RE1Ts we should choose in China. At the same time, the paper points out the important problems we should deal with when we develop REITs in China.

Chinese Economy and Excess Liquidity

This paper considers five indicators of excess liquidity to verify its existence in China. Based on the analysis, we argue that the People＇s Bank of China and other banks in China are responsible for the excess liquidity in China. Other factors, such as the excess savings resulting from the poor social security network, the asset bubble and the foreign exchange system, fuel banks with abundant liquidity. To tackle the problem of excess liquidity and direct capital into productive sectors, the traditional use of monetary policy alone is not sufficient. The semi-administrative tool ＂window guidance＂ and other macroeconomic control methods are required.
