很多学者都认为诗歌是不可译的,歌词作为诗歌的特殊形式,更难翻译。从翻译目的出发来把握歌词翻译,在内容和形式不能兼顾的时候,优先考虑译文的功能,会给歌词翻译提供新的思路。     

Pod learning: Student groups create podcasts to achieve economics learning goals

In this article, the authors examine two ways that they use music (i.e., popular song lyrics) as an active learning technique in an undergraduate history of economic thought course. First, they use music to help students grasp the ideas of the great thinkers in economics and see their relevance today. Second, because they require students to read original texts and write thesis-driven essays, they use music to teach essential skills related to such assignments. While the article focuses on how they use music as a pedagogical device to teach the history of economic thought, the use of music to teach essential skills could be applied to any economics course in which students engage in higher-level reading and writing.

浅析中国近现代文学翻译中的解殖民化意识

本文立足于后殖民语境,从翻译目的、文本选择及翻译策略三方面对中国近现代若干重要译家的文学翻译文本进行分析,认为近现代中国译家在文学翻译中的解殖民化意识由来已久,他们在中外文化交流中对平等的追求就是其解殖民化意识的最好体现。近现代中国译家在长期的文学翻译工作中在追求平等地传播各国文化的翻译目的、译出浓郁东方文化色彩文学的同时有选择地译入西方文学的文本选择态度、译写及归化和异化策略的巧妙运用对后续文学翻译工作者在后殖民语境下的解殖民化活动有着巨大的启发意义。     

越南北使汉诗与中国湖湘文化

14至19世纪间北上出使中国的越南使臣创作的汉诗成就斐然。湖南是绝大多数越南北使往返必经之地,湖南境内的湘江和洞庭湖为越南北使天然地提供了舟行之便,越南北使行舟于湘江和洞庭湖之上创作了大量＂湖湘诗＂,这些诗叙景、抒怀、记事兼备,很多是同湖湘文士相与酬唱,其中那些以＂潇湘八景＂为直接对象或者灵感触媒的诗歌,与日本、韩国的同类诗歌一道,构成了中古、近代东亚文化圈内引人注目的审美-艺术景观。     

我国人工智能政策文本量化研究——政策现状与前沿趋势

以我国公布的30份人工智能政策文本为样本，基于政策工具和PMC政策评价模型，采用文本挖掘及内容分析法，对我国当前人工智能政策文本进行量化分析。结果发现，我国人工智能政策中的需求型政策工具需进一步加强，环境型政策工具结构有待调整；通过对处于不同评价等级、针对不同产业发展政策文本的PMC指数进行比较，识别出影响我国人工智能政策文本评价等级的具体变量。最后，结合我国人工智能研究前沿趋势分析，探寻未来政策制定方向，为后续人工智能政策的制定和修改提供具体、可操作性建议。     

“春秋雅言”与《左传》叙事语言

＂言事相继＂的特点使《左传》的叙事语言很有自己的特色,尤其是春秋以来形成的＂雅言＂的体现。《左传》的叙事语言就是在雅言的基础上所形成的,是历代文人学者所推崇的典范。在《左传》文本中,主要体现于叙述语言和人物语言。     

Behavioral Objectives and Student Learning Contracts in the Teaching of Economics

The authors present a series of writing assignments that teaches students how to evaluate and critique the written economic work of others. The foundation text is McCloskey's (2000) Economical Writing. The students' dialogues with McCloskey, with each other, and with the authors of the pieces they evaluate sharpen their understanding of, and ability to use, language as an instrument of economic thought. Interviews with former students identify specific benefits from the student perspective of this approach. The authors show how the assignment series can be modified in several ways and how the general approach, as well as the foundation text, can be used in different economics courses.     

Tabloid realism and the revival of American security culture

At a time when notions like globalisation and cultural fragmentation are being used to describe the changing nature of international politics, a persistently conservative discourse of national security (re)surfaces in foreign policy literatures. The purpose of this essay is to analyse this ‘new’ discourse and sketch out some of its ideological intents. Referred to as ‘tabloid realism’, this discourse can be found in texts authored by American scholars such as Robert Kaplan, Samuel Huntington and Zbigniew Brzezinski. Tabloid realism is a discourse of geopolitics which resists the idea that territorial sovereignty and national security are currently being transformed. Imitating the narrative style of tabloid publications, tabloid realists seek to grab the attention of the public by providing highly sensationalistic and overtly panic-stricken representations of international affairs. By proliferating fear-inducing images of current realities and preparing for a soon to be anarchical future, tabloid realists hope to conservatively re-anchor the state to stabilising visions of national security, geographical borders, and economic interests.     

Adam Smith's use of multiple references for his pin making example∗

Abstract

At the beginning of The Wealth of Nations Adam Smith describes a pin factory. It is widely accepted that this example comes from Diderot's Encyclopaedia, published in France in the 18th century. The details in the text together with the conferences previously given in Glasgow clearly show that this one reference cannot be the only source. Three other French publications on pin making may also have been used as references for Adam Smith's text. Phrase by phrase these texts are compared to Smith's to support the assertion that he based his work on four previous French publications. The Wealth of Nations unites and synthesizes these different sources and excerpts those parts that confirm his theory. Smith should have listed his sources.     

基于文本解读的重庆城市绿地系统 规划变迁与发展研究

城市绿地系统规划文本是城市绿地规划及建设的重 要指导性文件。历时性的文本解读可以梳理城市绿地系统规 划脉络，厘清规划思想、规划内容、规划方法等变迁与发展 特征，了解政策法规、城市发展等因素对城市绿地系统规划 建设的影响，并为未来绿地系统规划编制提供可借鉴的方向 与思路。利用文本分析法，结合ROSTCM6软件，对重庆70 余年的13版城市绿地系统规划文本进行定性及定量解读，从 规划范围与层次、绿地分类、绿地布局、绿地指标4个方面梳 理重庆城市绿地系统规划的变迁脉络；总结出重庆城市绿地 系统规划具有“公园绿地始终为规划核心内容，系统化思维 逐渐形成，生态保护理念日趋凸显及山城特色不断被塑造” 的发展特征；探讨了政策标准、法律法规、制度改革与技术 进步在城市绿地系统规划编制发展中的推动作用；提出响应 城市发展定位、协同国土空间规划的重庆城市绿地系统规划 编制新思考。     

政府支持创新创业发展政策文本量化研究(2003-2017年) ——来自国务院及16部委的数据分析

当前,“大众创业、万众创新”已成为我国实施创新驱动发展战略的关键举措。在指导和促进创新创业发展过程中,中国政府出台了大量公共政策。为厘清我国“双创”政策发展脉络,以中央政府近15年来颁布的创新创业支持政策文本为研究对象,从政策文种类型、权威主体构成及发文数量、主题关联性、政策工具4个维度进行频数统计和定量分析。结果发现,我国创新创业支持政策具有文本形式上的多样性和指导性、制定主体上的强权威性和弱协调性、主题关联上的全面性和合理性、政策工具使用上的多元性和间接性4个基本特征,并针对我国创新创业支持政策特点和不足提出相应政策建议。     

建国初期至文革后十年安徽当代歌曲创作

歌曲艺术往往能够从一个侧面记录社会历史的变迁。以时间为中轴，以社会发展为脉络，从建国以后、文革时期、文革结束后近十年三个历史时期对安徽当代歌曲创作及发展历程情况进行了梳理和论述，可揭示出一首歌曲创作的过程，从中验证歌曲与时代、与社会、与人民群众的关系。     

Pigou on philosophy and religion

Abstract

This article discusses a group of essays on ethical issues written by Pigou between 1900 and 1908. It is argued that they contain the foundations of his economic philosophy. Pigou's research on the meaning and content of the good merged into his definition of welfare, and his interest in religion as a subjective experience resurfaced in the subjective framework of his economics. A methodological pragmatism informed his economics as well as his ethics; moreover, the endorsement of interpersonal comparisons of the good in the ethical texts was consistent with Pigou's adoption of utility comparisons in welfare economics. Pigou's philosophical pessimism was reflected in his analysis of the economic evils of society, eventually leading to his advocacy of governmental intervention to foster economic welfare. The article contends that Pigou's philosophy derived not only from Sidgwick, as commonly believed, but also from G.E. Moore's Principia Ethica.     

《周易》中的讼卦与中国传统讼观念

《周易》与中国法文化有着一定的渊源与联系,讼卦更是研究中国传统讼观念的独特视角。通过讼卦研究讼的产生,讼的影响以及应对讼的方法可以加深对中国传统讼文化的理解。导致诉讼的原因既有客观上的经济因素,也有主观上的心理影响;讼卦认为讼行为总体上是＂终凶＂的,＂不亲＂的;具体而言,讼是无德的表现,讼能够引发社会的纷争,以下犯上之讼是非常严重的错误,但另一方面及时终止诉讼也可能带来吉祥,而讼卦中还体现了非常明显的清官情结。应对讼时,一方面要怀着警惕,谨慎的态度,另一方面则强调君子要积极进行准备以讼对讼的发生。总之,对讼卦的研究可以较为全面地审视我国传统法文化中的讼观念。

The theologian, Bruce Malina, argued in this journal (1997) that the Bible is not relevant to economics in the contemporary world. This paper contends the contrary. A body of economists and social theologians hold that a set of consistent socio-economic principles and ethics underlying the long history of the Biblical texts can be applied to the modern world, and are so intended to apply. An assumption of this group is that the Bible depicts the word of God interpreted and ultimately written down by people in their day and age. It is the socio-economic warrants in principle contained in this material that are relevant today. The argument here has two aspects. One questions Malina, concluding that he does not sustain his conclusions. The second aspect is to illustrate something of the methodology and conclusions of the economist/social theologian group that asserts the relevance of Biblical principle to contemporary society.

Public Finance,Public Economics,and Public Choice: A Survey of Undergraduate Textbooks

The changing scope and approaches in the public finance courses as reflected in a spectrum of undergraduate texts are reviewed. The major texts are examined for content, difficulty, and ideology.     

Revisiting the Narrative Approach of Estimating Tax Multipliers

We analyze whether popular measures of narrative tax shocks can be treated as relevant instruments for observable endogenous tax series of interest. We find that narrative tax measures are only weakly correlated with cyclically adjusted tax revenues for the US and the UK. Using weak‐instrument robust inference, narrative tax measures often yield insignificant estimates of tax multipliers. We conclude that the literature currently understates the uncertainty associated with estimating the tax multiplier using the narrative approach.
