目前我国版权贸易种类主要集中于图书版权贸易且一直处于逆差,地区分布不平衡,出版物实物出口增长明显,数字出版物出口势头强劲.同时还存在版权保护法律制度不健全,执法力度较弱,版权输出数量少,质量低,贸易形式单一,缺乏专业的版权代理机构及版权优秀贸易人才等问题,提出应健全版权立法、司法和执法体系,加大对版权贸易的政策支持及执法力度,充分利用图书博览会等宣传与贸易平台,积极发展图书版权代理机构,培养高素质的版权贸易人才的对策建议.

目前,美国是我国最大版权贸易引进国,但与此同时美国从我国引进的版权数量却很少。本文重点分析了中美版权贸易逆差,并对如何加强我国版权贸易输出,缩小中美版权贸易差距提出了合理化建议。
