11月9日,南京市雨花台区审计局、雨花台区内审协会共同组织国家审计和内部审计人员赴安徽省凤阳县小岗村进行了实地参观,审计人员参观了沈浩先进事迹纪念馆,观看了红手印留下的好书记电教片。同时还参观了小岗村大包干纪念馆,了解到小岗村大包干给我国政治经济和社会改革带来的巨

Abstract

A complete proof of existence of a probability measure m the space Ω of all sample functions was given by Cramér [4]. For a finitc period, a simplified proof was given in my paper [2]. The latter proof could be restricted to the space of sample functions having only a finite number of jumps, as the probability of an infinite number of jumps is zero in this case. In fact, dividing the space Ω into disjunct subspaces Ω_n containing exactly n jumps we have: The measure of Ω_n m the case of a finite period of length x is: Thus and consequently P (Ω_∞) = 0. Therefore the set Ω_∞ and all its subsets can be neglected.

这次随中粮集团吉林粮油进出口公司和香港华清水产公司赴加拿大,对加拿大西海岸的不列颠哥伦比亚省(British and Columbia)和东海岸的纽芬兰拉布拉多省(Newfoundland and Labrador)的水产资源进行了考察.     

兵团村镇银行可持续发展问题研究——以博乐国民村镇银行为例

利用新疆博乐国民村镇银行2013～2014年的月度数据,采用因子分析法对村镇银行的可持续发展进行实证分析,发现博乐国民村镇银行可持续发展能力不断提高,但存在规模扩大乏力,风险管理水平下降等问题,并提出:进一步提高经营效率,实现资金来源多样化,并建立有效的风险管理体系等建议.     

关于安徽凤阳县利民村镇银行的案例分析

2007年11月7日,安徽省银监局宣布本省新型农村金融机构试点工作已经启动,并选择在长丰县和凤阳县试点设立村镇银行.安徽银监局称,从首批六省试点的经验看,村镇银行有着比贷款公司和农村资金互助社更加完善的公司治理结构和监督制衡机制,经营管理更加规范,风险管理能力更强;能够吸收社区内广大居民的存款,资金来源更加丰富,对当地经济的有效信贷投入更多,对农村经济的支持力度更大.而与凤阳县相邻的天长市的天长信用联社是六家申报银行中不良贷款率最低的银行,故批准其成立利民村镇银行.     

Notes on dynamic factor pricing models

These notes discuss three aspects of dynamic factor pricing (i.e., APT) models. First, the diversifiable component of returns is unpredictable in a no-arbitrage world. Second, conditional factor loadings or betas have an unconditional factor structure when returns follow an unconditional factor structure, which provides a link between conditional and unconditional factor pricing models. Third, the estimation of dynamic factor pricing models is easily simplified in large cross sections when returns follow an unconditional factor structure. These results aid in the interpretation of existing applications and identify some of the issues in the formulation and estimation of dynamic factor pricing models.
