A robust game theoretic approach for constructing effective international concords for conflict solving is discussed. Ann-person cooperative game in characteristic function form is used for international conflict solving via formation of coalitions. The nucleolus and the augmented nucleolus as solution concepts of the game are derived on its alternative forms, and robustness of the solutions when the evaluation of the coalition values is varied is examined. For solving this problem, parametric linear programming is used. This approach provides in a resemblant form an-alternative device to solving the fuzzy linear programming based on interval analysis.  相似文献

This study explores group package tour (GPT) itineraries based on comparative risk methodology using the fuzzy Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE). It combines the concepts of fuzzy sets to represent the uncertain information in intrinsic risks with PROMETHEE, a subgroup of Multi-Criteria Decision Making methods. Based on in-depth interviews with 40 GPT leaders, this study identifies comprehensive intrinsic risk factors. Furthermore, this study compares the risk perceptions associated with 12 factors by applying traditional PROMETHEE and fuzzy PROMETHEE methods to four itineraries. The PROMETHEE method can be used when the input data are numeric and crisp. The fuzzy PROMETHEE method is preferred when substantial uncertainties and subjectivities exist in GPT itinerary information. Finally, several academic and managerial implications about GPT tour risk controls are outlined.  相似文献

Fuzziness in a fuzzy set is determined by its membership function (m.f) which translates the reality of a problem. Accordingly, the shapes of membership functions (m.fs) are important for a particular problem such as poverty since they effect on a fuzzy inference system. Some authors have used to visualize the behaviour of poverty, different shapes like triangular, trapezoidal. In this paper, a specific (m.f), named modified logistic membership function better illustrating the complicated reality, is proposed to measure poverty. The modified logistic membership function is first formulated for several states of poverty and its flexibility in taking up vagueness in poverty is established by an analytical approach using aggregate operators in order to infer a logical conclusion measuring poverty. An application based on individual well-being data from Tunisian households in 2010 is presented to illustrate use of proposed concepts.  相似文献

针对网络态势评估中存在的模糊性、随机性和指标量化不统一等问题,提出了一种基于云模型的网络态势综合评估方法。综合考虑实数型、区间型和模糊型指标并统一用云模型量化表示,采用主观与客观相结合的赋权方式,并利用云相似性理论进行网络态势综合评估。对通信网络态势评估的实例分析表明,该方法能够合理地实现网络态势的定性及定量评估,并且保留了评估过程中的不确定性。  相似文献

针对传统的频谱分析和自相关函数反演周期时常出现虚假周期的问题,提出了多重交叉残差法处理空间旋转目标雷达散射截面(Radar Cross Section,RCS)的时间序列。以空间跟踪和监视系统(Space Tracking and Surveillance System,STSS)卫星为例,仿真了空间目标失稳旋转状态,对比了频谱分析、自相关函数和多重交叉残差3种方法的处理结果,发现当目标存在进动运动时多重交叉残差法抗干扰能力更强。在此基础上,进一步研究了不同章动角时多重交叉残差法对旋转周期的反演效果,结果表明章动角大小会影响旋转周期的反演准确度,且章动角达到一定数值后,卫星进动幅度过大导致RCS序列周期性模糊,无法用多重交叉残差法反演出旋转周期。  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate how the fuzzy and stochastic approaches as well as multi-attribute group decision-making techniques can be effectively utilized for selection problems in different kinds of uncertainty situations. A group of the decision makers describes a value for an alternative with respect to an attribute by the use of linguistic variables. The rating of each alternative is aggregated, which can be expressed as triangular fuzzy numbers. Then Monte Carlo simulation is applied to generate the performance distribution of alternatives with respect to different attributes in an uncertain environment. Finally, a stochastic compromise ranking technique, known as the VIKOR technique, is developed to evaluate probability distributions for each alternative on each attribute and to prioritize them. The proposed fuzzy stochastic approach is suitable to compromise a solution among the conflicting tangible and intangible attributes under the group decision-making process. In addition, an application of the proposed approach is provided to solve the important risk selection problem in a highway project. The results illustrate its real-life applicability and suitability in discrete group decision-making under uncertainty.  相似文献

Based on the extension of the Jaccard, Dice, and cosine similarity measures, three vector similarity measures between trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (TIFNs) are proposed in the vector space and are applied to the fuzzy multicriteria group decision-making problem, in which the criteria weights and the evaluated values in decision matrix are expressed by TIFNs. Through the weighted similarity measures between each alternative and the ideal alternative, the ranking order of all the alternatives can be determined and the best one(s) can be easily identified as well. A practical example of the developed approaches is given to select the investment alternatives. The decision results of different similarity measures demonstrate that the three similarity measures have better similarity identification. The illustrative example shows that the proposed methods are applicable.  相似文献

The implementations of Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) category to complex multi-criteria group decision making (MCGDM) scenarios have been included in thousands areas. Outranking methods such as PROMETHEE II are also greatly employed in energy planning application. In MCGDM methods if decision makers (DMs) are not able to treat precise data in order to define their preferences, the intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) theory enables them. IFS attributes are connected with the degree of membership and non-membership, and can be used to draw uncertainty in group decision-making situations. In this paper, a new version of the PROMETHEE II method is proposed, aiming at solving MCGDM problems. Linguistic variables are expressed in the membership function and non-membership function of IFS which are used to assess the weights of all criteria and the ratings of each alternative with respect to each criteria. Conditional normalized Euclidean distance measure is adopted to measure deviations between alternatives on intuitionistic fuzzy set. Then, a ranking algorithm is applied to indicate the order of superiority of alternatives. Finally, a practical example is given to an application of sustainable energy planning to verify our proposed method. Additionally, a comparative analysis is done among the proposed PROMETHEE II method and the intuitionistic fuzzy technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (IF-TOPSIS) method and elimination and choice translating reality method (IF-ELECTRE).  相似文献

In MADM problems, the attributes are often rated in linguistic variables, some researchers transform them into numerical values through some formulas. However, it might be inconsistent with real human thinking in some extent. In order to deal with such problems, a sample survey based MADM method with prospect theory is proposed. Firstly, through sampling survey, we collect the data in single point format corresponding to the words, and establish the codebook by mapping words into fuzzy sets, after that fuzzy operation rules are suitable for them. Secondly, based on the reference points, the gain and/or loss matrix is obtained, in accordance with the value function, the prospect value matrix is constructed. Finally, if the attributes are independent, the weighted prospect value of each alternative is computed, if the attributes are dependent, the Choquet integral based prospect value of each alternative is computed. The alternatives are ranked in descending order respect to the defuzzified values. The first alternative is chosen as the best decision result. The feasibility of the proposed method is illustrated through an application in online shopping problem from real life.  相似文献

为解决从干扰环境中自动分选出常规通信信号的问题,提出了一种基于模糊聚类的常规通信信号分选方法。该方法首先利用区分度函数确定最优的相关度阈值参数,然后利用模糊聚类算法对利用频域检测和测向得到的测量集进行信号分选,并对分选后的通信信号进行特征参数估计。实验结果表明,该算法能够在不做任何假定的条件下对常规通信信号进行正确分选,并对窄带信号的特征参数进行准确估计。  相似文献

The central objective of the research is to propose a model for the comparative study of the degree of relationship between the variables considered as most relevant in the context of franchises in Brazil. In terms of methodology, the research undertook a qualitative survey of the variables, which in a second phase provided a quantitative framework in order to fulfill the proposed objective, through concepts based on multicriteria methods, performance measurement systems, and linear correlation. Resulting from the practical implementation proposed for the General Food category, it was found that only two constants, denoted “Average Initial Investment” and “Financial Obligations,” are directly related to the base variable defined by “Gross Revenues.”  相似文献

In this paper, fuzzy group decision making based on extension of TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method which was proposed by Chen (Fuzzy Sets Syst, 114:1–9, 2000) is adopted for facility location selection. In this method, the ratings of various alternatives versus various subjective criteria and the weights of all criteria are assessed in linguistic variables represented by fuzzy numbers. By fuzzy numbers, it has been tried to resolve the ambiguity of concepts that are associated with human being’s judgments. To determine the order of the alternatives, closeness coefficient is defined by calculating the distances to the fuzzy positive ideal solution (FPIS) and fuzzy negative ideal solution (FNIS). In Chen’s approach, the distance between two fuzzy numbers is calculated with vertex method. But in this study, different distance measurement methods are used and the results are compared. Finally the proposed method has been applied to a facility location selection problem of a textile company in Turkey.  相似文献

A latent class methodology for conjoint analysis is proposed, which simultaneously estimates market segment membership and part-worth utilities for each derived market segment using mixtures of multivariate conditional normal distributions. An E-M algorithm to estimate the parameters of these mixtures is briefly discussed. This paper presents a multi-echelon distribution network design problem with pricing strategy in a stochastic environment, where location, inventory, and pricing decisions in retail and wholesale channels are made simultaneously. The considered network is comprised of a central warehouse, a set of distribution centers, and a set of retailers and wholesalers. The objective of the problem is to maximize the supply chain profit. The decisions include the location of distribution centers and the allocation of retailers and wholesalers to them, order-size for each distribution center and product price at retail and wholesale channels for different payment conditions. A mixed-integer nonlinear mathematical model was formulated and solved using the Lagrangian relaxation method and a Genetic algorithm. Computational results indicate that Lagrangian relaxation algorithm has good performance in terms of objective function value and runtime, even in large sized problems.  相似文献

This paper studies three consensus schemes based on fuzzy models for dealing with the input of multiple experts in multicriteria decision making. The consensus schemes are based on different aggregation procedures for constructing a collective decision. In the paper, we propose a methodology that makes use of the three consensus schemes implemented by a coordination mode that creates an efficient manner of exploiting the capabilities of each member of the group in a cooperative work. The applicability and efficiency of the proposed methodology is demonstrated through an application related to strategic planning.  相似文献

This main objective of this paper is to provide decision support for mixed data in group Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Idea Solution (TOPSIS) with differentiated decision power. We use a signum function to compare the ordinal performance of alternatives on any qualitative criterion, or the partial information provided by decision makers. The proposed process for ordinal information is uniformly coherent with the traditional TOPSIS steps, preserving the characteristic of distance-based utilities. Ordinal weights are also considered herein, and the decision power of the group members is formulated by their weights under an agreement in the group. Two examples demonstrate that the proposed approach has some benefits and achieves robustness with two types of sensitivity analyses. Some discussions and their limitations to the approach are also provided.  相似文献

针对存在互耦效应时均匀平面阵的测向鲁棒性问题,提出了一种基于秩损准则的互耦自校正算法。根据对互耦效应的先验知识,提出的算法只需将受互耦扰动的阵列响应在变换域中重新排列,便可在后续处理中屏蔽掉互耦效应的不利影响,同时也避免了现有工作中存在的阵列孔径损失问题。借助秩损估计原理,在变换域中设计了一种巧妙的计算步骤,使得方位估计的降维操作得以实现;并且,后续还可通过特征分解法得到更精确的互耦系数估计,以进行阵列误差自校正。与现有的研究工作相比,所提算法无论是在估计精度,还是在计算效率上均有着显著的性能优势。  相似文献

In the context of underground coal mining industry, the increased economic issues regarding implementation of additional safety measure systems, along with growing public awareness to ensure high level of workers safety, have put great pressure on the managers towards finding the best solution to ensure safe as well as economically viable alternative selection. Risk-based decision support system plays an important role in finding such solutions amongst candidate alternatives with respect to multiple decision criteria. Therefore, in this paper, a unified risk-based decision-making methodology has been proposed for selecting an appropriate safety measure system in relation to an underground coal mining industry with respect to multiple risk criteria such as financial risk, operating risk, and maintenance risk. The proposed methodology uses interval-valued fuzzy set theory for modelling vagueness and subjectivity in the estimates of fuzzy risk ratings for making appropriate decision. The methodology is based on the aggregative fuzzy risk analysis and multi-criteria decision making. The selection decisions are made within the context of understanding the total integrated risk that is likely to incur while adapting the particular safety system alternative. Effectiveness of the proposed methodology has been validated through a real-time case study. The result in the context of final priority ranking is seemed fairly consistent.  相似文献

Beginning with Bowersox and Daugherty's (1987) influential work describing three unique logistics organizational forms, researchers have generally taken a theoretical typology approach to classifying logistics strategies, and attempts to validate the numerous proposed typologies have produced inconsistent and somewhat conflicting results. In an attempt to add clarity to this stream of research, the current article partially replicates and extends the previous studies using a more rigorous and data‐driven methodology, by developing an empirical taxonomy with firmlevel logistics activities used as clustering criteria. The results identify two primary logistics strategy types used by contemporary firms. The revealed strategies are somewhat parallel to two of the three strategic orientations proposed within the original Bowersox and Daugherty (1987) typology, but also elements suggested by other researchers, as well as new concepts introduced since the original work was published. Based on the results, implications of the revealed logistics strategy taxonomy are provided for managers, and foundations are laid for researchers seeking to undertake further inquiry in the area.  相似文献
