随着我国经济的快速发展,人民生活水平迅速提高,汽车行业发展迅猛,二手车交易量也大幅提升。2011年,我国二手车累计交易量达433万辆,同比增长12.47%;2015年全年二手车交易增长10.6%,达到740万辆;2016年,全国二手车成交量达到1039万辆,交易金额约5535亿元,几乎占全国新车销量2800万辆的一半。同时,涌现出大量经营二手车业务的汽车经销商集团,如广汇、国机、庞大等,多品牌4S店全国已达到上万家。A汽车经销商集团通过开展二手车置换业务,提升新车销售。但是,随着二手车业务的拓展,企业涌现出了大量财务管理问题,制约了企业的进一步发展。文章在分析汽车经销商集团二手车业务不同经营模式下财务管理的特点基础上,介绍了A汽车经销商集团二手车业务的经营模式和对财务管理的要求,并深入探讨了当前A汽车经销商集团二手车业务,在财务管理中存在的核算、现金、税务风险等问题,并针对性地提出了加强A汽车经销商集团二手车业务财务管理的对策措施,以期为汽车经销商集团加强二手车业务财务管理提供有价值的借鉴。  相似文献

From the perspective of someone who has observed the private and public sectors in emerging economies for many years, it is interesting to recall that in the past it was the World Bank that supported the development of state-owned utilities and industrial enterprises in developing countries, especially Latin America. It is also in Latin America that the World Bank became a convert to and promoter of privatization. A key lesson of privatization in emerging markets is the importance of competition, not only in the sale process but in the subsequent operation of privatized enterprises. Protective devices, such as core shareholders and areas off-limits to foreign investors, are counterproductive. Privatization has spawned a new generation of entrepreneurs and been especially beneficial to the development of domestic capital markets.  相似文献

In 1979, Congress passed the Prison Industry Enhancement (PIE) Act to promote private production within prisons. As of June 1994, 31 states had instituted PIE projects. Using a public choice model, this paper attempts to explain the likelihood that a stat ewould choose to participate in PIE. Using logistic regression, the study finds that states with stronger unions, democratic governors, and high unemployment will be less likely to allow PIE projects. Complex social issues exist in many emerging democratic contexts. It has been argued that boundary-crossing leadership is needed to overcome these issues. Scholarship has developed around this, arguing that leadership in these shared power contexts is different to leadership in hierarchical organisations. This study focuses on a sample of senior private-sector leaders in South Africa who have reached across sector boundaries, in their individual capacity, to make a difference. This extends the existing scholarship which has focused on public-sector and non-profit integrative leadership. The intention is to understand the relational context of their boundary-crossing work and to extend the concept of ‘Integrative Public Leadership’. The leaders studied manage relationships with the government, their own company and multi-company partners within a historical context. The findings emphasise three understudied issues: own-company buy-in, historical context and ‘integrative’ conflict. A shared concept of integrative leadership, located in the African context, could further enhance practice.  相似文献

This study investigates public–private sector wage differentials for male and female waged employees in Pakistan. This is done using latest nationally representative data from the Pakistan Living Standards Measurement Survey (PSLM) 2005. We adopt three methodologies to obtain robust estimates of the wage differential and the results reveal that public sector workers enjoy large wage premia. The gross pro-public wage differential is much larger for women than for men. Our findings also show that while private and public sector workers’ differing characteristics ‘explain’ a larger proportion of the private–public wage gap for men, this is not the case for women.  相似文献

Summary Budgetary policy mostly deals with the short run, during which period technology and factor endowments change only slightly. In the longer run, however, the capital-labour ratio may rise systematically and the productivity of the resources may increase due to technical progress. Consequently prices and outputs change and the real wage rate will increase. As public services are labour-intensive the relative price of public expenditure will also be leveled up. If, furthermore, the volume of public expenditure grows at the same rate as the national income, an increase of the, relative size of the public sector becomes unavoidable.  相似文献

Compared to the 1970s blacks made less progress in moving into the managerial occupational category in the private sector during the 1980s decade. This study utilized a model of intrafirm mobility to examine the factors affecting the upward mobility of black managers in private sector organizations. Results indicated that line position experience, company seniority, mentor assistance, organization size, and the rate of job vacancies were the best predictors of management promotions. Implications of these findings for the economic prosperity of the black community are discussed.  相似文献
