高效液相色谱法测定畜禽组织中的三聚氰胺

[目的]建立了用高效液相色谱法测定畜禽组织中三聚氰胺的方法。[方法]采用C18（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）色谱柱,乙腈：0.01 mol/L辛烷磺酸钠溶液（10：90,V：V）作为流动相,检测波长240nm。[结果]方法定量限为2 mg/kg,在2.0-200.0μg/mL浓度范围,线性关系良好,r=0.9998;方法回收率为72.9%-84.5%,RSD小于5%。[结论]本法操作简便,测定结果准确,适用于畜禽组织中三聚氰胺的检测。     

酸性食品模拟液中微量游离甲醛的测定——乙酰丙酮分光光度法

对乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定4%乙酸（v/v）和3%乙酸（w/v）酸性食品模拟液中游离甲醛的实验条件进行了优化和改进。在优化试验条件下,在0.011～2.2μg/mL范围内呈现良好的线性,线性相关系数均大于0.999,且方法检出限可达0.0084μg/mL。改进后方法可用于检测食品接触材料在酸性食品模拟液中微量游离甲醛含量。     

酶联免疫分析法测定猪肠衣中磺胺二甲基嘧啶残留量

建立测定猪肠衣中磺胺二甲基嘧啶残留量的ELISA分析法。方法检测低限为5μg/kg;在5μg/kg、20μg/kg和100μg/kg三个添加水平进行加标回收试验,回收率分别为82.0%-96.0%、87.5%-102.0%和83.9%-105%;重复性试验：CV%分别为5.3%、5.3%和8.2%;重现性试验：CV%分别为8.0%、7.9%和7.5%。本方法灵敏度、准确度和精密度均符合残留分析质量控制的要求,适用于猪肠衣中磺胺二甲基嘧啶残留量的快速检测。     

酶联免疫法与液相色谱-串联质谱法测定水产中氯霉素残留

运用酶联免疫法和液相色谱-串联质谱法测定水产中的氯霉素残留。结果显示,ELISA法最低检测限为0.0125μg/kg,鱼、虾、贝类样本的添加回收率为80.4%-101.3%,变异系数为5.7%-11.5%;LC-MS/MS法最低检测限为0.1μg/kg,样本添加回收率为82.7%-98.2%,变异系数为6.2%-9.7%。用酶联免疫法对实际样品进行检测,筛选出5个阳性样本,经液相色谱-串联质谱法确证亦为阳性,且测定结果一致。研究表明,酶联免疫法快速、灵敏、可靠,为水产品中氯霉素的残留检测提供了快速筛选方法,而液相色谱-串联质谱法准确度高,适用于阳性样本的确证和精确定量。     

ICP-AES法同时测定铁矿石中Al2O3、P、MgO、CaO、Cu、As、Zn、Pb、Mn含量

[目的]建立快速、准确并可同时测定铁矿中多种杂质含量的方法.[方法]样品用盐酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸处理一次溶样,优化仪器工作条件,利用国家标准溶液,根据待测元素含量配制相对的标准系列,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法.[结果]用本方法检测限为0.2～56.6 μg/mL,相对标准偏差CV＜5%,各项回收率95%～109%.[结论]本方法具有较高的准确度,精密度,可满足口岸检测要求.     

顶空气相色谱法测定聚苯乙烯制品中的挥发性组分

建立了顶空气相色谱法（Headspace chromatography）测定聚苯乙烯（PS）制品中苯乙烯、甲苯、乙苯、正丙苯以及异丙苯5种挥发性组分的方法,并对气相色谱柱、顶空提取溶剂、顶空加热温度以及顶空提取时间进行了讨论。本方法对苯乙烯等5种被测组分的检测限均小于5mg/kg;回收率范围为79%-89%,RSD为4%-9%（n=6）,具有操作简单、快速等特点,能够满足对聚苯乙烯制品中苯乙烯等5种挥发性组分的分析要求。     

超高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定苹果制品中的棒曲霉素

建立了简单、快速测定苹果制品中棒曲霉素的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱确证检测方法。样品经乙腈提取,并经Mycrosep 228AflaPat多功能柱净化后,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱进行检测。标准溶液在2100μg/L范围内呈线性相关（r：0.999）,不同基质样品中添加回收率为83%98%,RSD〈10%。该方法操作方便、快速,灵密度高,可满足苹果制品中棒曲霉素测定的要求。     

气质联用法检测水产品中己烯雌酚含量并用液相色谱串联质谱验证

改进了水产品中己烯雌酚的检测方法。样品用乙酸乙酯提取,HLB固相萃取柱净化,BSTFA-TMCS吡啶溶液80°C衍生;经过HP-5MS（30m×0.25mm,0.25μm）毛细色谱柱分离,再经过单四级杆质谱仪选择离子扫描（m/z：383、397、412、413）确定两种结构的衍生物,用气质联用仪检测其衍生物从而间接检测己烯雌酚。以反式衍生物做定量物质,在5-180μg/kg浓度范围获得良好线性（R=0.995）;3个添加浓度（1、2、5μg/kg）下的平均回收率为90.15%-92.82%,标准偏差为6.7%-9.3%。阳性样品经过乙酸乙酯提取后吹干,HLB固相萃取柱净化,甲醇定容后,用配备RBAXSB-C18柱（2.1×150mm,3.5μm）的高分辨率液相色谱串联质谱仪进行验证,确保检测的可靠性。     

化妆品中苯甲酸、山梨酸和水杨酸的测定

使用Sinochrom C18柱做固定相,甲醇和0.02mol/L乙酸铵(1585)混合溶液做流动相,测定化妆品中的苯甲酸、山梨酸和水杨酸,方法无对羟基苯甲酸酯的干扰,三种组分可实现基线分离,回收率在92.20%～114.00%之间,变异系数小于5%.苯甲酸、山梨酸和水杨酸的最小检测量分别为10ng,0.4ng和10ng;最小检测浓度分别为0.5μg/mL,0.02μg/mL和0.5μg/mL.     

电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定聚乙烯、聚丙烯中铬、锆、钒和铪

采用微波消解技术对以聚乙烯、聚丙烯为原料制作的食品容器、食品包装薄膜进行预处理,确定了溶样酸介质及其用量、微波消解温度、时间等关键因素,建立了一种快速测定聚乙烯、聚丙烯材料中铬、锆、钒和铪含量的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法。实验结果表明,5mL硝酸和1mL过氧化氢的混合溶液即可实现样品的完全消解,同时通过优化光谱分析条件,得到铬、锆、钒和铪的检测限分别为1.0 mg/kg,0.7mg/kg,0.7 mg/kg,1.4 mg/kg。该法加标回收率在88%-103%之间,相对标准偏差（n=3）为0.84-6.4%。用于实际样品的测定,所得结果与标准样品的参考值相符。
