肉桂与大叶清化桂生理生化特征比较分析

目的:通过比较肉桂和大叶清化桂叶、枝、皮3个部位的挥发油、总黄酮、原花青素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、水分及肉桂醛这7种成分的指标,对这两种肉桂进行质量评价。方法:分别按《中国药典》、NaNO2-Al(NO)3-NaOH比色法、铁盐催化法、蒽酮法、考马斯亮蓝法和高效液相色谱法测量肉桂种挥发油、总黄酮、原花青素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和肉桂醛的含量。结果:大叶清化桂的叶部中总黄酮、原花青素、可溶性糖(包括鲜品和干品)、可溶性蛋白的含量,均接近于肉桂的2倍;肉桂枝中各种成分含量大叶清化桂与肉桂相近,总体上前者略高于后者;但大叶清化桂的皮中挥发油、肉桂醛、原花青素和总黄酮均显著高于肉桂。结论:挥发油目前仍然是衡量肉桂价值最重要的指标,而总黄酮、原花青素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、肉桂醛等5种成分作为可利用资源,大叶清化桂的潜在价值高于肉桂,其中仍以皮部分的价值最高。     

新疆口岸进口亚麻籽油中关键挥发性成分的研究

本研究以新疆口岸进境的哈萨克斯坦产棕皮亚麻籽及未经化学改性的压榨亚麻籽毛油为试验样品,采用顶空固相微萃取技术萃取挥发性成分,气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析鉴定亚麻籽油中的挥发性成分,鉴定出冷榨亚麻籽油中挥发性组分：醇类>醛类>酸类>烷烯类>酮类>杂环类>酯类,主要挥发性成分有正己醇、正戊醇、正己醛、E,E-3,5-辛二烯-2-酮、正己酸、2-戊基呋喃等;鉴定出经150℃烤籽的亚麻籽油中挥发性组分：杂环类>醇类>醛类>酮类>烷烯类>酸类>酯类,主要挥发性成分有2,5-二甲基吡嗪、2-甲基吡嗪、2-乙基-5-甲基吡嗪、吡咯、Z-6-辛烯-2-酮、E,E-2,4-庚二烯醛等,应用建立的方法对未经化学改性的哈萨克斯坦产压榨亚麻籽毛油挥发性成分进行分析鉴定比对。研究发现,哈萨克斯坦亚麻籽油采用两种工艺（冷榨工艺和低于120℃炒籽压榨工艺）获得,保留了亚麻籽油的天然风味,更有益于人体健康。研究结果可为哈萨克斯坦亚麻籽油品质鉴定、归类化验及溯源提供技术支持。     

禁用偶氮染料所释放2,4-二氨基甲苯的检测分析

纺织品中禁用偶氮染料释放的芳香胺2,4-二氨基甲苯检出率较高,检测难度大.检测标准ISO 14362-1:2017和GB/T 17592-2011技术条件存在差别,实际检测结果不一致,存在假阴性和假阳性.为提高2,4-二氨基甲苯检测的回收率及样品检测的准确性,以阳性样品为研究对象,通过对比实验,对影响2,4-二氨基甲苯...     

同时蒸馏萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用分析都匀毛尖茶中的香气成分

采用同时蒸馏萃取,分别用二氯甲烷与乙醚不同萃取剂提取都勾毛尖茶中的香气成分,优化蒸馏萃取条件,并用气相色谱-谱质联用对其香气成分进行分析鉴定。结果表明:二氯甲烷所提取的挥发性物质鉴定出102种,乙醚所提取的挥发性物质鉴定出101种,两种不同的萃取剂所得香气成分中相同物质61种。二氯甲烷与乙醚的萃取效果有一定差异,香气成分中的酸类、酯类、醇类共同作用为都勾毛尖提供了特殊香气。     

高效铬系乙烯三聚催化剂配体研究进展

回顾了乙烯三聚催化体系中配体组分进展情况，并对其前景进行了展望。乙烯三聚配体在结构上可分为：芳香型配体和多齿杂原子配体。芳香族吡咯配体以烷基铝做助催化剂，具有高活性的优点，生产成本相对较低；多齿型杂原子配体可催化合成高选择性α-烯烃（1-己烯以及1-辛烯等）。但由于多齿杂原子配体一般需由价格相对昂贵的烷基铝氧烷，特别是MAO的活化才可进行高效催化反应，因此长期以来多齿型配体难以得到广泛应用。     

硫酸苯酚法测定灵芝多糖肽胶囊中总多糖含量的研究

先用80％的乙醇提取单糖、低聚糖等干扰成分,然后用水提取多糖类成分。以苯酚-硫酸法显色,产生的橙黄色物质在490nm波长处有最大吸收。以无水葡萄糖为对照品,测定灵芝多糖的含量、线性范围、相关系数r为0.99934,平均回收率为100.3％。     

纺织品中禁用偶氮染料检测不确定度评估

本文按照EN 14362-1:2003方法对纺织品中禁用偶氮染料检测的不确定度进行了分析和评估.3种芳香胺的检出结果表明,在本次试验条件下,由过程随机效应导致的不确定对不确定度贡献最大,均占85%以上,这可能是因为芳香胺性质不稳定及EN 14362-1:2003方法规定的检测步骤较多等因素造成的.
