在传统DEA模型的基础上,结合AHP法构建了一个AHP/DEA的供应链绩效评价模型,选取了六条供应链进行了实证分析,并和采用传统DEA模型计算的结果进行了比较.结果显示,采用该方法可以对各条供应链间的差异进行有效分析,得出各供应链绩效的排名.  相似文献

企业供应链竞争力评价问题是供应链管理中一个极其重要而复杂的问题。在构建企业供应链竞争力的评价指标体系基础上,依据层次分析法(AHP)和数据包络法(DEA)各自具有的特点,构造了基于两者结合的AHP/DEA综合评价模型对供应链竞争力进行综合评价,AHP/DEA综合评价模型能充分兼顾考虑主客观因素。实例应用表明,AHP/DEA模型具有有效性和科学性。  相似文献

首先介绍了绿色供应链的内涵,然后在传统供应链供应商选择理论的基础上,根据环境管理标准(ISO14001系列),经过扩展而建立了一种新的基于绿色供应链的供应商选择评价指标体系,将绿色信息作为绿色供应商评价的主要衡量指标之一;并结合传统数据包络分析法(DEA)和层次分析法AHP算法的优点,根据指标体系的特点采用DEA/AHP综合评价法.最后给出一个算例进行说明,为绿色供应商的决策提供了理论依据。  相似文献

本文提出了一种DEA(数据包络分析)与AHP(层次分析法)结合的新模型。该模型有别于目前国内很多将AHP作为约束锥的DEA混合模型。通过对模型的阐述和算例的验证,得到了DEA/AHP方法相对于DEA的优势。并指出了以AHP作为约束锥的DEA混合模型的不足,以及本文提出的DEA/AHP方法对于AHP主观性的改进,并实现了DEA方法中决策单元的完全排序。  相似文献

通过采用0.1-0.9标度这种更为简便实用的判断尺度,建立了具有完全一致性的互补判断矩阵,妥善解决了AHP判断矩阵的一致性问题,改进了DEA/AHP模型。并基于DEA模型和改进的DEAHP模型分别对盐城市22个行业2009年的人工成本投入产出进行效率评价分析。研究结果显示,基于改进的DEA/AHP模型的评价结果更加具有可区分性,具有更高的解析能力。  相似文献

This paper presents an empirical study of the effect of organisational culture and learning capability factors on environmental collaboration and performance in green supply chains. A conceptual model and variables were derived from organisational culture, learning, and collaboration theory and tested with Korean exporting firms. Learning capability was found to positively affect environmental collaboration as staff behaviour, attitudes and learning about environmental practices in a focal firm can be increased from suppliers and customers and then disseminated internally. Further, environmental collaboration was found to positively affect environmental performance due to a focal firm sharing these learned capabilities about the environment with other supply chain partners. However, organisational culture was not found to positively affect environmental collaboration. The findings suggest firms can improve environmental capabilities and performance through shared learning with supply chain partners and ensuring they are internally disseminated in the focal organisation.  相似文献

Increasing global environmental pressures from regulators, markets and communities have caused focal companies in supply chains to recognize the significance of environmentally conscious management. Greener supply chains are part of this recognition. Environmental supplier development is a valuable and viable strategy for greening supply chains. However, low carbon management is rarely explored in supplier development. Further, formal tools and models for focal companies to evaluate environmental supplier development programs (ESDPs) considering low carbon management and their effect on supplier performance improvement are limited. To help address these gaps in the literature, this paper proposes a portfolio evaluation model for ESDPs that consider three types of supplier performance: traditional operational factors, traditional environmental factors and low carbon management factors. This model applies the fuzzy scoring method to measure the effect of ESDPs on supplier performance, and uses fuzzy DEMATEL to examine the cause–effect interrelationships among the ESDPs. Subsequently, a real world example is used to demonstrate the application of the portfolio model and provide insights into environmental supplier development evaluation, followed by discussions of case application results. The red meat value chain in Australia is undergoing a rapid change due to globalisation, a highly competitive meat market and increased production efficiency and flexibility. This paper aims to investigate how beef producers can increase supply chain performance (SCP) flexibility by improving supply chain practices. A model was developed and hypotheses were formulated based on the literature review of agri-food supply chains. A survey questionnaire was distributed to beef producers in Australia and the results of stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that performance flexibility was significantly influenced by the supply chain practices: customer relationships and information quality (IQ). Given these findings, beef producers should focus on customer relationships and IQ in order to achieve enhanced flexibility in their SCP. Supply chains are composed of multiple stakeholders who have complex interrelationships. In addition, the forward and reverse flow of materials, information, human resources, and finance occurs among different stakeholders in closing the loop of supply chains. Reverse logistics (RL) activities are gaining importance in terms of size and quantity due to both economic and environmental concerns. These flows in RL in supply chains are both dynamic and complex in nature. Further, the environmental impact of RL activities has barely been considered in holistic way in available literature. In this study, a system dynamics model has been developed to analyze and comprehend the green performance of RL activities by predicting the environmental impact of RL activities. The proposed model has been validated by a case study in the context of a food supply chain. In the company where the case study is carried out, the environmental effects of RL activities have been analyzed. These activities in a food supply chain in terms of CO2 (carbon dioxide), NOx (nitrogen oxide), SO2 (sulfur dioxide), and PM (particulate matter) emissions have been predicted through a system dynamics model for the years 2020 to 2024. The proposed methodology is applied in a food supply context, a major player in retail business, especially in emerging economies. According to our findings, the RL activities in a food supply chain can significantly contribute to green performance management by minimizing food waste and loss; hence, the environmental impacts of such activities should be closely examined from a managerial perspective.  相似文献

In complex and competitive business environment, there have been many examples of supply chain members fighting for power. Therefore, researchers have begun focusing on the impact of control power allocation on the supply chain. This paper examines the allocation of power in different service supply chain relationships, analyzing the impact of service level on optimal control power allocation and comparing the differences between the optimal power distribution in service supply chains and that of manufacturing supply chains. We adopt a mathematical model building method to discuss this issue, verifying the theoretical perspectives through empirical studies of China's largest state-owned logistics company, the China Railway Company, and the private ownership enterprise, Tianjin SND Logistics Company. We also develop a conceptual model of the influence of control power on the performance of service supply chains, based on the modeling and case analysis. The conceptual model shows several results: the control power allocation determines the dominant structure of the supply chain; the service provider's wholesale pricing strategy and the service integrator's sales price strategy present different outcomes under various dominant structures of the supply chain, which will greatly affect the performance of the corresponding supply chain; and the relationship between the supply chain dominant structure and the price can be adjusted by the service level.  相似文献

The public increasingly holds firms accountable for social and environmental outcomes, such as product toxicity problems and human rights violations, throughout their global supply chains. How can companies improve the social and environmental performance within their supply chains, particularly as other competitive pressures, such as cost and quality, continue to escalate? Starting from an efficient versus responsive supply chain framework, we develop an integrative model that blends together elements of supply chain configuration, stakeholder management, and capability development. Specifically, we spotlight the dimensions of control and accountability that collectively determine stakeholder exposure, and show how this new construct affects the linkages between supply chain capabilities, configuration, and performance. In particular, this analysis reveals that the nature of stakeholder exposure determines how social/environmental technical and relational capabilities impact social and environmental outcomes. We conclude with implications for research and practice, discussing how current supply chain theories must be extended to incorporate external stakeholders, to clarify strategies and identify potential pitfalls, and to better predict performance outcomes.  相似文献
