“供应链管理”是物流管理专业的重要基础课程,在教学过程中,传授知识的同时,需要对“供应链管理”课程中所蕴含的思政教育资源进行深入的挖掘与分析,将思政元素巧妙地融入“供应链管理”的课程教学内容中。探索“供应链管理”课程思政教育的思路与方法,贯彻价值引领、能力培养、知识传授的理念,构建“供应链管理”课程思政教学体系具有重大意义。     

谈本科院校供应链管理课程双语教学实施模式

为进一步提高供应链管理课程双语教学水平,通过对部分本科院校物流管理专业供应链管理课程的师生进行调研,发现供应链管理课程实施双语教学存在双语教师缺乏,学生外语水平低,课程考核方式存在缺陷现状。为增强双语教学效果,提高人才培养质量,应加强双语教学师资队伍建设,提高学生外语水平,完善双语教学授课方式,优先课程考核内容结构。

Emerging technologies such as 3D printing promise to transform supply chain design and management. As these new technologies enable inventors to become entrepreneurs, new product introduction cycle times are being reduced and the variety of new products that are introduced through short channels of distribution is increasing. We show that these disruptive forces are growing and may have significant implications for practice, research, and teaching in supply chain management. We identify and elaborate important research questions, calling for theory‐driven research to explain and predict how these phenomena will impact supply chain management.     

供应链整合与企业竞争优势关系研究

本文认为,从竞争优势外生理论来看,供应链整合战略应与企业竞争战略相匹配,其核心在于供应链成员企业之间核心竞争力的整合,有利于建立差异性优势和低成本优势;从基于资源的竞争优势理论来看,供应链整合性资源具有战略性资源的特征,有助于企业获取战略性资源和能力,促进企业竞争优势的建立和巩固;从基于能力的竞争优势理论看,供应链整合包括内部供应链能力整合与外部供应链能力整合,在激烈的竞争环境下,企业必须具备多种能力来管理环境,通过学习外部组织的特殊技能,可以改善企业内部的能力,促使企业具备多种能力来适应环境变化;从网络组织理论来看,将产业上下游企业或其他资源提供机构视为经营合作者,并利用整合的管理方式建立一个具有共同目标的合作性企业网络,是当前竞争环境下的必然趋势。     

EXPLORING PROCESSES FOR CUSTOMER VALUE INSIGHTS,SUPPLY CHAIN LEARNING AND INNOVATION: AN INTERNATIONAL STUDY

This paper reports results from a study designed to assess the extent to which firms across industries and several countries lay the groundwork for and use customer value insight, supply chain learning, and innovation processes. The cross‐sectional study serves as an exploration of the theoretical relationships among these activities and their impact on perceptions of organizational performance. Through an international survey study drawing on samples from the U.S., Sweden and Denmark, the authors find support for the notions that supply chain learning and innovation processes are driven by processes aimed at studying changes in customer value and contribute to perceptions of superior organizational performance. These findings have significant implications for logistics and supply chain management.     

Assessing the Efficiency of Risk Mitigation Strategies in Supply Chains

Mitigating supply chain risk is a critical component of a company's overall risk management strategy. Drawing upon Contingency Theory, we posit that the appropriateness and effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies are contingent on the internal and external environments and that there is no one‐size‐fits‐all strategy. While literature on risk management has proposed a variety of tools and techniques for effectively evaluating and managing supply chain risks, comprehensive assessment of the efficiencies of alternative risk mitigation strategies has not been addressed in the literature. Such an assessment will help managers select the appropriate mitigation strategy for a given decision‐making environment. To this end, this study is first of its kind in evaluating and proposing efficient supply chain risk mitigation strategies in the presence of a variety of risk categories, risk sources, and supply chain configurations. We combine an empirically grounded simulation methodology with data envelopment analysis and nonparametric statistical methods to analyze and rank alternative mitigation strategies. We find that the more efficient strategies focus on flexibility rather than on redundancy for supply chain failures. Our research presents several interesting and useful managerial insights for deciding what strategies are most capable of mitigating risks in a variety of contexts.     

经管类专业运筹学课程教学模式的探索

运筹学是高等院校经济管理类专业一门实践性很强的专业基础课,本文在阐述运筹学教学重要意义的基础上,分析了我校经管类专业运筹学教学过程中存在的主要问题,并从培养学生应用能力的角度出发,根据作者多年的教学经验,结合经管类学生的特点,探讨了通过课堂教学、实践教学和课外学习三个方面的改革,来改善运筹学的教学效果,使学生能够更好的掌握运筹学的思想,提高使用运筹学解决实际管理决策问题的能力.     

数理经济学教学的研究与实践

我国数理经济分析开展相对较晚,目前以学习和模仿国外为主。由于国内外的经济体制和环境存在差异,前沿数理模型能否直接应用于国内值得探究。在进行数理经济学课程教学时,须让学生树立起框架分析的意识,以问题为导向分析解决问题。     

供应链管理实践、供应链敏捷性对企业绩效的影响研究

市场竞争逐渐由企业间的竞争转化为供应链间的竞争,供应链管理日益受到关注。文章采集163家企业信息进行实证分析,探索供应链管理实践和供应链敏捷性对企业绩效的影响与作用机制。研究结果表明：供应链管理实践对企业绩效具有直接正向影响,供应链管理实践对供应链敏捷性具有直接正向影响,供应链敏捷性对企业绩效具有直接正向影响且在供应链管理实践与企业绩效之间发挥部分中介作用。     

Use of mental models and cognitive maps to understand students’ learning challenges

Mental models and cognitive maps have been used in college business education as an instructional design technique, assessment tool, and learning strategy. The authors propose a novel use of mental models and cognitive maps as a device to elicit students’ challenges in learning the domain knowledge of a course. Such usage is illustrated in a management information systems course. This student-focused approach can help instructor to better understand students’ learning challenges and enhance teaching effectiveness.
