民族地区社会主义核心价值观教育的思考

十八大提出的“富强、民主、文明、和谐,自由、平等、公正、法治,爱国、敬业、诚信、友善”的社会主义核心价值观,是当代中国价值理念的顶层规范。我们必须致力于社会主义核心价值观教育,构建起培育社会主义核心价值观、践行“新疆精神”的现实场域,形成各族人民面向未来的共同信仰和精神依托,为新疆跨越式发展和长治久安提供精神动力与价值支撑。     

大学生对社会主义核心价值观认同性的研究

社会主义核心价值体系是构建和谐社会的重大理论支撑,社会主义核心价值观,是社会主义核心价值体系的灵魂,它在整个社会价值体系中处于主导地位。目前,高校以各种形式对大学生的社会主义核心价值观进行研究。通过对社会主义核心价值观在大学生中的认同情况进行问卷调查,针对存在的问题,提出增强大学生社会主义核心价值观认同的对策,引导大学生树立社会主义核心价值观。     

Value Diversity and Regional Economic Development

We investigate the link between culture and regional economic development within European countries. Considering a variety of cultural values, we provide evidence that it is the degree of diversity in these values at the regional level that strongly correlates with economic performance, rather than the prevalence of specific values. In particular, we show that greater value diversity is negatively associated with regional economic performance within countries, which also relates to lower institutional quality and poorer public goods provision. These patterns are robust even when diversity is measured on the basis of values expressed by emigrants residing outside their region of origin.     

Bidding in private-value auctions with uncertain values

Auctions are often used to sell idiosyncratic goods difficult for potential bidders to value ex ante. Laboratory auctions with uncertainty over final values in this experiment resulted in 18% and 27% of bids above the expected value of the item in private-value first-price and English auctions, respectively. Risk-seeking preferences as measured on an individual decision task cannot explain overbidding and the first-price auction results suggest that risk aversion may not be a good explanation for bidding behavior observed with certain values. Several candidate explanations fail to explain overbidding, rather it appears to stem from some bidders who are prone to overbidding. Relative to first-price auctions, the size and frequency of overbids are significantly larger in English auctions, while more English auctions are won by overbidders. Differences between the formats appear to be driven by the dynamic nature of English auctions which is consistent with popular notions of “auction fever.”     

韩国金融危机中银行特许权价值降低的实证分析

银行特许权价值和银行许可证使得银行更有激励去监督其所提供贷款的公司，更有激励进行贷款组合的风险管理，从而直接保证经营者不采用道德风险的行为，因此它对于银行稳健经营是非常有利的。通过对韩国经济危机中银行特许权价值进行实证分析，能够看出金融全球化和金融自由化带来的特许权价值降低和金融风险增大倾向。     

知名品牌核心价值观塑造及对策研究

塑造品牌核心价值观是企业品牌经营成功的关键。塑造品牌核心价值观可以有效提高品牌认知度和忠诚度,提升品牌竞争力。以浙江义乌为例,分析知名品牌构建品牌价值观的现状和问题,提出相关对策措施。     

Optimality versus practicality in market design: A comparison of two double auctions

We consider a market for indivisible items with m buyers and m sellers. Traders privately know their values/costs, which are statistically dependent. Two mechanisms are considered. The buyer's bid double auction collects bids and asks from traders and determines the allocation by selecting a market-clearing price. It fails to achieve all possible gains from trade because of strategic bidding. The designed mechanism is a revelation mechanism in which honest reporting of values/costs is incentive compatible and all gains from trade are achieved. This optimality, however, comes at the expense of plausibility: (i) the monetary transfers among the traders are defined in terms of the traders' beliefs about each other's value/cost; (ii) a trader may suffer a loss ex post; (iii) the mechanism may run a surplus/deficit ex post. We compare the virtues of the simple yet mildly inefficient buyer's bid double auction to the flawed yet perfectly efficient designed mechanism.     

Unobserved correlation in private-value ascending auctions

In private-value ascending auctions, the winner's willingness to pay is not observed, leading to underidentification of many econometric models. I calculate tight bounds on expected revenue and optimal reserve price for the case of symmetric and affiliated private values.     

Moving through the political participation hierarchy: a focus on personal values

This study empirically explores the determinants of political participation. Using data from the European Social Survey, we investigate the relationship between political participation and personal values, using the Schwartz (1992) values inventory. A political participation hierarchy is theorized, and activities are categorized into four levels of participation (none, weak, medium and strong), based on the cost of participating and how unconventional the activity is. Empirical analysis points to individuals who are more open to change and more self-transcendent, being more likely to participate. Sub-sample analysis, contrasting East and West Europe, suggests that the role for personal values is more subdued in the East, with respect to moving individuals from not participating to at least voting. Furthermore, the use of a generalized ordered logit model in this study illustrates the complex nature of many of the determinants of political participation. In particular, we find that the influence of the majority of individual characteristics is not monotonic in nature, as you move up through the political participation hierarchy. These findings are important for researchers and policy-makers who may be interested in understanding determinants of and/or enhancing the level of political participation in an economy.     

社会主义核心价值体系研究综述

2006年党的十六届六中全会提出建设社会主义核心价值体系,学者们围绕“社会主义核心价值体系”的重要意义、地位评价、概念内涵、结构关系、理论与实践基础,以及建设路径等问题,展开了深入的分析和论述。通过对2007年国内专家学者一系列文章的梳理和分析本文认为：理解、落实和推进社会主义核心价值体系建设的实质在于把握其思想方法,关键在于取得社会认同并对理论创新予以充分重视。     

论科学发展观视域中的技术创新价值观

当代种种现实问题和各种困境严峻地挑战技术创新的传统价值观，使其失去了原来的合理性，面临着各个层面的整合与转变。科学发展观是对社会发展观现状作出的理性选择，为技术创新传统价值观的转向提供了理论和实践上的前瞻性指导。     

Abstract types and distributions in independent private value auctions

A large body of the mechanism design literature relies on convexity assumptions on the set of types (that is, on the domain of the mechanism). In this note I show that, at least for auction mechanisms with independent signals, it is always possible to extend incentive compatible mechanisms to incentive compatible mechanisms defined on any larger set of types. A characterization of optimistic weighted Shapley rules in minimum cost spanning tree problems

In this paper we present an axiomatic characterization of the weighted Shapley value of the optimistic TU game associated with a minimum cost spanning tree problem. This characterization is based on two monotonicity properties, population monotonicity (if a new agent joint the society nobody is worse off) and the strong cost monotonicity (if the connection cost between any pair of agents increases nobody is better off), and weighted share of extra costs (the extra costs should be divided proportionally to the weights of the agents).      

我国海洋资源价值及其开发的经济学分析

海洋资源是发展海洋经济的重要物质基础,其价值主要体现为海洋经济的快速发展而对国民经济增长产生巨大推动力量。但由于对海洋资源的价值存在低估现象,我国海洋资源开发仍然存在着诸如粗放经营以及海洋环境持续恶化等许多问题。文章从经济学角度分析并总结了产生上述问题的原因,提出了促进海洋资源可持续利用的建议。     

管理价值理论的演进、实证研究进展与组织公民行为

管理价值是指一种独特的、相对持久的看法和信念框架,这些信念对个体行为产生影响,并且通过工作场所中的成员进行传递。管理价值具有影响组织公民行为(OCBs)的可能性,能够起到引导管理者行为、影响他们对组织公民行为响应的作用。价值不仅能够传达OCBs在部门或工作组中是否是重要的行为,它们也能传达哪种OCBs更重要。那些与管理者进行交换的员工,将根据管理者的反应来调整他们对OCBs的表现。     

现代工作价值观研究述评

随着跨国公司的发展以及"走出去"战略的兴起,工作价值观方面的研究再度受到了学者们的关注。上个世纪六七十年代、九十年代分别兴起了两次关于工作价值观研究的高潮,现在研究者们的热情再度爆发。为在以后的研究中取得更大进步,本文就前两次高潮所产出的成果进行总结并对未来研究提出展望。     

Auction fever: Rising revenue in second-price auction formats

The prevalent term “auction fever” visualizes that ascending auctions – inconsistent with theory – are likely to provoke higher bids than one-shot auctions. To explore and isolate causes of auction fever experimentally, we design four different strategy-proof auction formats and order these according to expected rising bids based on pseudo-endowment effect arguments (psychological ownership and disparity between willingness to pay and willingness to accept). Observed revenues in the experiment in the four formats rank as expected if bidders have private uncertain values (the private information of a bidder is the distribution of her value). A control treatment supports our view that the traditional private certain values approach prevents auction fever in the laboratory. Another control treatment with a procurement auction relates the auction fever bids to bids in a one-shot auction with real endowments. We conclude that, when bidders are uncertain about their valuations, auctions that foster pseudo-endowment may raise bids and revenues.     

Looming stations: Valuing transport innovations in historical context

We investigate the impact of transport innovations on the productivity of urban locations in 1890–1936 Berlin, Germany. We find an increase in land value of up to 2.5% per 100 m decline in distance to urban railway station.     

高职大学生诚信教育的价值取向与路径选择

诚信教育是高职院校大学生思想政治教育的重要内容。从诚信内涵和高职院校的特色来看,高职院校大学生诚信教育具有德育价值、社会责任感价值和幸福价值。加强高职院校大学生诚信教育,要依托思想政治课,加强诚信思想教育;依托实训课,强化诚信知识教育;健全诚信管理机制,促使学生诚信行为的养成;营造诚信校园氛围,培育校园诚信文化。     

Values,institutions and the rise of Eastern Europe

We study the convergence of output per capita in a sample of 37 European countries to the German real GDP per capita level during the period 1999–2014 with the aim of testing whether the speed of convergence is uniform or depends on institutions, such as membership of the European Union, the euro, or values. The results suggest that the post‐communist economies are converging more rapidly than other countries in the sample and more so the closer they are integrated into the European Union. Moreover, we find that certain values are conducive to the catching up process and that it has generated increased job satisfaction and male labour force participation.
