脑-计算机接口(brain-computer interface,BCI)是一种新型的人机接口方式,是康复机器人关键技术之一。介绍了基于脑电信号EEG的康复机器人BCI技术,论述BCI系统结构、工作原理以及关键技术。设计了基于事件相关电位P300虚拟矩阵,通过在头皮上放置电极,采集诱发脑电信号,经放大、滤波后,依据独立分量分析(ICA)原理,应用FastICA算法对特征信号进行了提取。从仿真结果可以看出,提取信号能较好地逼近期望信号。通过判断运动或意识的类型与特征信号之间的关系,从而识别出不同的用户意图,为帮助病人建立一种新的通信、交流方式以及康复治疗等方面提供了依据。 相似文献

在选煤厂运行过程中,为了确保选煤过程顺利进行,需要通过相应的巡检方式完成。以往受技术方面影响,选煤厂一般采用人工形式进行巡检。这种巡检方式存在劳动强度大、危险系数高以及巡检效果不佳的现象。因此,面对上述现象,可通过对机器人技术以及相关识别算法的应用,设计关于选煤厂的智能巡检机器人系统,减少人工巡检频率,降低工人劳动强度,提高工作效率。本文主要对选煤厂智能巡检机器人设计进行分析研究。 相似文献

To be competitive in contemporary turbulent environments, firms must be capable of processing huge amounts of information, and effectively convert it into actionable knowledge. This is particularly the case in the marketing context, where problems are also usually highly complex, unstructured and ill-defined. In recent years, the development of marketing management support systems has paralleled this evolution in informational problems faced by managers, leading to a growth in the study (and use) of artificial intelligence and soft computing methodologies. Here, we present and implement a novel intelligent system that incorporates fuzzy logic and genetic algorithms to operate in an unsupervised manner. This approach allows the discovery of interesting association rules, which can be linguistically interpreted, in large scale databases (KDD or Knowledge Discovery in Databases.) We then demonstrate its application to a distribution channel problem. It is shown how the proposed system is able to return a number of novel and potentially-interesting associations among variables. Thus, it is argued that our method has significant potential to improve the analysis of marketing and business databases in practice, especially in non-programmed decisional scenarios, as well as to assist scholarly researchers in their exploratory analysis. 相似文献

目的 对2007年世界药品销售与上海市样本医院用药进行比较分析.方法 世界药品销售信息来源于IMS Health编辑的world Review,与上海市样本医院数据比较,结合临床应用进行分析讨论.结果 2007年世界药品销售金额增长6.4%,上海市样本医院药品销售金额增长22%.两者用药品种逐年接近,抗肿瘤药物是国内外增速很快的一类药物.世界药物销售中,调脂药和抗精神障碍药所占份额较高,而上海样本医院中,抗菌药物、大输液和血液制品较高.由于加强了对抗菌药物合理使用的监管和宣传,近年来抗菌药物份额逐渐下降.结论 上海市医院用药和世界的差距正在逐渐缩小. 相似文献

Public transport is confronted with major challenges such as climate change and congestion. This paper discusses how these major challenges are addressed by means of ICT-enabled system innovations in public services. Recent developments in ICT enable the realisation of novel solutions for public transport that can be subsumed under the headline of intelligent transport systems (ITS). However, while the advances in information and communication technology are very fast, the transformation of transport systems and infrastructures tends to take a long time. In parallel, public sector reforms of the past decade, often characterised by the introduction of New Public Management principles, have changed the organisational and institutional conditions for transport service provision and innovation, with the private sector playing an increasingly prominent role. Public–private innovation networks in services (ServPPINs) have been suggested as a concept to foster the realisation of system innovations.This paper analyses the conditions, determinants and instruments for managing ServPPINs successfully, by comparing four cases of ServPPINs in intelligent transport systems, which all aim at establishing system innovations. The four cases are: ITS Vienna Region, a dynamic intermodal traffic information service; compano, a novel ride-sharing scheme in Austria; SIS, a real-time traffic information services, displays and management system in Oslo; and Flexus, an electronic ticket system for public transportation in Oslo.The paper shows the importance of organisational and institutional conditions of ServPPINs for realising these system innovations, and the crucial role of entrepreneurial individuals, both in public and private sector organisations. It also points to the importance of making clear strategic choices at the right moments in time in the course of the life-cycle of ServPPINs. 相似文献

R&D activities are increasingly costly and risky and, as a consequence, measuring their performance and contribution to value becomes critical. This paper illustrates a formal model for measuring R&D performance, based upon a balanced and synthetic evaluation of quantitative indicators from five different perspectives of performance: financial, customer, innovation and learning, internal business, alliances, and networks. The model is built in coherence with the suggestions coming from the theory of measurement in soft systems, which gives relevant guidelines for ensuring validity, objectivity and inter-subjectivity of the model. The present paper discusses the results of a research project going on at Politecnico di Milano, aiming at analysing the idiosyncrasies of Six Sigma implementations in Italian companies. In particular, the project addresses the following research questions, regarding the approach of Italian companies towards Six Sigma: are Italian companies implementing Six Sigma exactly as it was originally conceived at Motorola or, rather, is there an Italian way to Six Sigma? do Italian companies which implemented Six Sigma recognize the same set of critical success factors singled out in the international literature?Bibliographic analysis showed a lack of literature concerning Six Sigma implementation in Italian companies. The research was then based on the study of real life application of Six Sigma in an Italian company and on discussion through a set of workshops organized at Politecnico di Milano with Six Sigma experts. In particular, we will concentrate on a set of case studies and on one workshop specifically addressing the second research question.The insights coming from the analysed case studies and discusses with industry experts - if further explored, validated and reorganized - could constitute a Road Map for Six Sigma implementation in Italian companies; the validation and re-organization process is still on-going and its completion could constitute a further research objective. 相似文献

This article addresses the issue of how sustainable development might be conceptualised and used to advance technology education practice. It is argued that a conceptualisation of sustainable development based on a combination of weak anthropocentrism and value based approaches within particular social, environmental and economic contexts provides the basis for establishing education for sustainable development (ESD) through technology education. It is argued that such an approach is in accord with the general push for a paradigm shift in curriculum development to meet future social needs. Moral values are proposed to be at the centre of teaching and learning in technology education. Examples of learning activities presented in the article illustrate the position and approach. A second issue addressed in the article concerns the role of teachers in the implementation of ESD. The argument advanced in the article, that this role is critical, is supported by the results of two research projects with in-service and pre-service teachers. 相似文献
