“绿色和平”：游走于暴力与和平之间

“绿色和平组织”作为“深绿派”的代表，虽没取得全球环境保护运动的领导权，也未得到绝大多数人的赞同，但他们把握了全球环保运动高潮迭起的机会，抓住“环境伦理学”这个阵地，极力通过撰写文章、创办刊物、出版书籍、建立群众组织、开展宣传活动等多种方式，运用擅于煽情的特长，宣传其观点主张。     

Quality of Institutions and Violence Incidence: a Cross-Country Analysis

This paper utilizes two alternative econometric strategies to test the hypothesis that countries with poor institutional arrangements create an environment with increased impunity, thus providing incentives for potential law-breakers to engage in criminal activities that lead to rapid contagion of violence. Several measures of institutions including legal, political, market, government, and sociocultural institutions are considered in the paper. The empirical analysis provides evidence that the impact of institutional quality on violence is important regardless of income levels. This finding implies that differences in quality of institutions explain why countries with similar levels of income per capita may have different rates of violence and crime. In addition, the results show that quality of institutions matter for a successful long-term strategy to reduce violence.     

关于家庭暴力的透视与思考

“家庭暴力”指发生在家庭成员之间的暴力侵害行为。总体来看 ,中国现阶段的家庭暴力数量上并不严重 ,但恶性程度有加剧的迹象。家庭暴力的产生有宏观和微观两个方面的原因 ,其防治也应从宏观和微观两方面着手。     

城管暴力执法行为的法律规制

城市管理综合执法部门的暴力执法行为一直以来都备受诟病。在暴力执法的现象背后,有着深刻的制度问题根源。要解决这一问题,首先要对城管体制进行改革、对执法程序进行规范、对行政责任制度进行强化。同时,需要提高城管执法人员的素养,加强执法监督。

对工作场所暴力的探究及预防是一项新的研究领域,国外在这方面的研究开展得较早,近年来也获得了广泛的成果。文章从对工作场所暴力研究的提出、范围界定、多角度分类以及发生工作场所暴力事件的原因等方面对已有研究进行了综述,同时,总结各专业机构及企业组织提出的多种预防措     

中美反家庭暴力法制相关问题比较分析

家庭暴力是我国社会一个普遍而严重的问题,其严重侵害了家庭成员、尤其是妇女的合法权益,我国目前缺乏统一的反家庭暴力的专门法律,涉及家庭暴力问题的法律规范散见于多部单行法律中.虽然已经有多个专门反家庭暴力的地方性法规,但是单行法和地方性法规对预防家庭暴力发生均缺乏效用.在美国法上,以1976年宾夕法尼亚州免于虐待之保护法案为肇端,至1989年所有州都通过引入民事保护令(civil protection order)制度以保护家庭暴力中的受虐妇女.文章通过比较中美反家庭暴力法制相关问题,分析了我国法的不足和缺陷,为建立统一的反家庭暴力法提出了立法建议.     

我国球场暴力的现状及其成因研究

研究发现,我国球场安检与管理存在很多问题,球迷乱扔杂物现象严重,足球从业人员暴力行为不断增多.中国球场暴力出现的主要原因是裁判的执法水平和职业道德水平不高,球迷观众的心理倾向性受挫,球员自身的文化素养较低,赛场存在管理等方面的问题.应通过建立严密科学的球场管理体系,提高打击力度、球员的文化素养、思想道德素质和裁判的执法水平、职业道德水平等有效措施来减少或消除球场暴力.     

Race, Inequality, and Anti-Chinese Violence in the Netherlands Indies

Movements in wages for subjects of the Netherlands Indies for the period 1908-1917 are analyzed. The analysis reveals a sharp increase in inequality between the ethnic indigenous and Chinese communities between 1910 and 1916, the period of the birth and rise of the anti-Chinese Sarekat Islam movements in Java. It also reveals that this inequality was most severe in a number of residencies of Java, where the movements first took hold. While there is statistical evidence of a link between interracial wage differentials and anti-Chinese violence, there is no link between absolute wages and violence. This evidence suggests that “relative deprivation” is important in understanding ethnic tension.
