服务贸易高质量发展是中国经济发展新阶段的重要内容,而数字经济为我国服务贸易发展带来机遇。2007—2016年G20国家面板数据实证检验结果显示：数字经济不仅能直接推动服务贸易高质量发展,还能通过人力资本间接促进服务贸易高质量发展。另外,从国家收入水平看,数字经济对不同收入水平国家的服务贸易高质量发展促进作用差异并不大;从传统服务贸易与新兴服务贸易看,数字经济对新兴服务贸易高质量发展的推动作用大于传统服务贸易。因此,中国需要加强数字经济基础设施建设、推进服务贸易数字化发展、重视人力资本积累等,进而促进服务贸易高质量发展。
