A systematic mapping study of process mining

This study systematically assesses the process mining scenario from 2005 to 2014. The analysis of 705 papers evidenced ‘discovery’ (71%) as the main type of process mining addressed and ‘categorical prediction’ (25%) as the main mining task solved. The most applied traditional technique is the ‘graph structure-based’ ones (38%). Specifically concerning computational intelligence and machine learning techniques, we concluded that little relevance has been given to them. The most applied are ‘evolutionary computation’ (9%) and ‘decision tree’ (6%), respectively. Process mining challenges, such as balancing among robustness, simplicity, accuracy and generalization, could benefit from a larger use of such techniques.     

A context-based service matching approach towards functional reliability for industrial systems

ABSTRACT

As service-oriented computing is commonly used in industrial systems to deal with the continually changing business environment, matching processes with existing services becomes one of the most important phases in constructing, integrating and optimizing information systems. The precision of semantic service matching becomes a critical factor in ensuring the correctness of functionalities in system processes. However, the dependability of semantic service matching cannot be warranted in complex contexts. To improve semantic service matching for industrial systems, a context-based semantic service matching approach named ‘Process-Based service MatchMaker’(PBMM) is proposed in this paper. It selects the suitable services for the process from candidate services through taking the dependencies of related services process into consideration.     

Ontology-based approaches for cross-enterprise collaboration: a literature review on semantic business process management

Based on an in-depth analysis of the existing approaches in applying semantic technologies to business process management (BPM) research in the perspective of cross-enterprise collaboration or so-called business-to-business integration, we analyse, discuss and compare methodologies, applications and best practices of the surveyed approaches with the proposed criteria. This article identifies various relevant research directions in semantic BPM (SBPM). Founded on the result of our investigation, we summarise the state of art of SBPM. We also address areas and directions for further research activities.     

基于战略匹配和层次分析的企业IT治理关键问题决策

企业战略与IT战略之间的匹配是确保IT治理取得良好绩效的重要前提。企业的IT治理必须完成五个关键问题的决策。为有效地将战略对应的思想转化为量化模型,支持企业决策,本文引入网络层次分析法模拟企业战略与IT战略之间的匹配关系,分别借用Porter的战略管理理论和Henderson的战略匹配模型代表企业战略和IT战略,提出了基于战略匹配的企业IT治理五个关键问题决策模型,并通过实例分析与运算验证了该模型的有效性。     

高校校园网云服务平台建设研究

本文分析了高校教学信息化环境中存在的问题,提出了云计算应用于高校校园网信息化建设的设计方案。该方案旨在建立一套适用于高校的云服务平台,提供形式多样的服务,包括虚拟机服务、信息推送、自助服务定制、安全管理等,为高校校园网应用引入云计算提供了可行思路。     

基于治理角度的跨国经营集团管控模式分析

中国企业进行跨国经营,要实现稳定成长和持续发展,就需要国内母公司具有高水平的公司治理和对海外子公司的控制能力。笔者对中国跨国经营集团管理控制实践方式进行了理论概括和优化,把国内母公司对海外子公司的控制模式分为治理控制型、行政控制型、平台控制型三种类型,并对这三种类型进行利弊分析,阐明其适用条件,便于其他企业集团借鉴,从而进一步指导管控实践。     

A framework for service enterprise workflow simulation with multi-agents cooperation

Process dynamic modelling for service business is the key technique for Service-Oriented information systems and service business management, and the workflow model of business processes is the core part of service systems. Service business workflow simulation is the prevalent approach to be used for analysis of service business process dynamically. Generic method for service business workflow simulation is based on the discrete event queuing theory, which is lack of flexibility and scalability. In this paper, we propose a service workflow-oriented framework for the process simulation of service businesses using multi-agent cooperation to address the above issues. Social rationality of agent is introduced into the proposed framework. Adopting rationality as one social factor for decision-making strategies, a flexible scheduling for activity instances has been implemented. A system prototype has been developed to validate the proposed simulation framework through a business case study.     

A neural network based reputation bootstrapping approach for service selection

With the concept of service-oriented computing becoming widely accepted in enterprise application integration, more and more computing resources are encapsulated as services and published online. Reputation mechanism has been studied to establish trust on prior unknown services. One of the limitations of current reputation mechanisms is that they cannot assess the reputation of newly deployed services as no record of their previous behaviours exists. Most of the current bootstrapping approaches merely assign default reputation values to newcomers. However, by this kind of methods, either newcomers or existing services will be favoured. In this paper, we present a novel reputation bootstrapping approach, where correlations between features and performance of existing services are learned through an artificial neural network (ANN) and they are then generalised to establish a tentative reputation when evaluating new and unknown services. Reputations of services published previously by the same provider are also incorporated for reputation bootstrapping if available. The proposed reputation bootstrapping approach is seamlessly embedded into an existing reputation model and implemented in the extended service-oriented architecture. Empirical studies of the proposed approach are shown at last.

云计算是一种将存储和计算任务分布在大量计算机构成的资源池上的计算模型。本文先对云计算的三层结构模型及多协议标签交换技术进行了介绍,然后提出了一种基于多协议标签交换技术的第四层结构,用于保障云计算中数据传输的可靠性。在最后,对该层功能进行了描述并给出了相应的流程图。     

The embedded financial governance system based on COSO framework A new method of integration

The global financial crisis is spreading at an alarming rate across the world. The speed of the spreading and its tremendous impacts to economic is unprecedented in half a century. Through researching its impacts to finance, the authors can clearly find that to a large extent most enterprises went bankrupt and closed down because of the weak financial governance system and lack of effective control to internal financial operation Based on this background, the authors analyzed the problems of the traditional financial governance, and tried to find solutions. Applying the concept of COSO （The Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of The National Commission of Fraudulent Financial Reporting） framework into the financial governance system, the authors can reconstruct the embedded financial governance system based on COSO framework, and better control the company＇s financial activities. In this way, the enterprise can effectively improve its management level and operational efficiency, and promote its sound and sustainable development.     

一种基于对象工作流网的学习过程模型

为了对E-learning的学习过程建模,采用双层建模技术,下层是语言描述层,以WfMC提出的XPDL为基础,结合学习领域的具体领域特征,对学习过程进行形式化描述,上层是流程逻辑层,采用对象Petri网实现,可以对下层模型进行数学上的分析、验证,保证所建模型的正确性、完整性,同时又可解决普通Petri网在规模过大时容易出现的状态爆炸问题。     

A methodology proposal for collaborative business process elaboration using a model-driven approach

Business process management (BPM) principles are commonly used to improve processes within an organisation. But they can equally be applied to supporting the design of an Information System (IS). In a collaborative situation involving several partners, this type of BPM approach may be useful to support the design of a Mediation Information System (MIS), which would ensure interoperability between the partners’ ISs (which are assumed to be service oriented). To achieve this objective, the first main task is to build a collaborative business process cartography. The aim of this article is to present a method for bringing together collaborative information and elaborating collaborative business processes from the information gathered (by using a collaborative situation framework, an organisational model, an informational model, a functional model and a metamodel and by using model transformation rules).     

基于直接信任关系表的Web服务资源访问机制

文章针对网格环境Web服务资源访问过程中,用户查找Web服务资源的快速性与有效性问题,以D-S证据理论为基础,提出了一种基于直接信任关系表的网络Web服务资源组织演化模型,每个节点只存储直接交互节点的信任关系,并基于此模型提出了一种基于信任BP神经网络判别隶属函数的Web服务资源信任查找机制。通过将中间节点判别隶属函数最高的节点作为资源的查找出发点,而中间节点又从自己的信任链路中查找信任度最高的节点,从而在加速服务查找速度的同时,达到提高查找服务成功率的目的。最后,经过大量模拟仿真实验结果表明:该算法较传统的基于穷尽搜索机制而言,不仅提高了查找的速度,而且显著地提高了查找的成功率。     

企业流程创新管理模式研究——以联想业务变革经理制为例

本文以联想业务变革经理制为研究对象,运用理论与案例相结合的研究方法,探讨中国企业业务流程创新管理模式。通过阐述联想业务变革经理制产生的背景、业务变革经理的职能以及相关案例,来揭示联想在企业流程创新管理中所做出的努力以及成果。希望通过对联想业务变革经理制的研究,为中国大型企业管理模式转型、梳理业务组织架构、提高管理效率、优化决策模式提出一个新的方向。     

Workflow process modelling and resource allocation based on polychromatic sets theory

In workflow management, studying the relationship between workflow process activities and resource allocation is one of the interesting research topics. Polychromatic sets theory (PST) is a relatively new mathematical theory which is especially suitable for treating such problems. Based on PST, this paper proposes a framework of workflow process modelling and resource allocation. As the theoretical foundation, polychromatic sets (PS), polychromatic graph (PG) and isolation operation (IO) of the PS are introduced. Special net structure (SNS), a special PG with colourless nodes and concolourous edges, is also introduced, and a new workflow process model and its verification algorithm are presented. Furthermore, a workflow resource model based on the entity of PS is developed. Based on IO of PS, the allocation mechanism that considers workflow process and workflow resource is proposed. Finally, a case study is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the above-mentioned theory and method.     

基于ANN的CBR在工艺过程设计中的应用研究

文章讨论了基于案例推理的工艺过程设计的研究,通过寻找过去的相似案例,利用案例库中的知识对相似案例进行修正,形成新的工艺过程设计,提出了基于人工神经网络的方案选择,从而准确地检索到相似案例,并采用人工神经网络进行方案评估,对工艺过程设计提供了支持。     

A process model for concurrent design in manufacturing enterprise information systems

In manufacturing enterprise information systems, concurrent design process is one of the focuses of research on design process management. This study proposes a novel process model for concurrent design based on unified modelling language (UML) and polychromatic sets theory. Model primitives and constructs of UML activity diagram, concurrent design activities, and dynamic changes of concurrent design process are described in the polychromatic sets contour matrix. Based on polychromatic sets theory, the model reduction rules and algorithm are proposed. With the feature-based part design and process planning, a UML model of concurrent design process is developed and mapped into polychromatic sets contour matrix model. The dynamic change, model reduction, path search and time consumption of concurrent design process are analysed, and the direction for improving concurrent design process and shortening product development cycle is suggested.     

基于层次分析法的电子制造企业供应商评价体系研究

本文在现有供应商评价指标与评价方法的基础上,根据我国电子制造企业的现状与特点,构建了包括质量管理、物流与交货、技术研发及生产制造4个一级指标、16个二级指标的供应商评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法确定各指标权重。最后,通过示例对本研究建立的供应商评价体系进行应用,以检验其可操作性。     

物流系统中安全库存决策模拟方法研究

针对物流系统中安全库存决策问题,以分拨中心库存为核心,建立物流系统的多级库存结构的分析模型,采用BPMN为描述手段分析多级库存系统的业务流程模型,开发Arena模拟平台上的安全库存决策模拟模型。阐述采用上述三种模型,建立支持物流系统中安全库存决策模拟系统的方法。     

A new marked point process model for the federal funds rate target: Methodology and forecast evaluation

Forecasts of key interest rates set by central banks are of paramount concern for investors and policy makers. Recently it has been shown that forecasts of the federal funds rate target, the most anticipated indicator of the Federal Reserve Bank's monetary policy stance, can be improved considerably when its evolution is modeled as a marked point process (MPP). This is due to the fact that target changes occur in discrete time with discrete increments, have an autoregressive nature and are usually in the same direction. We propose a model which is able to account for these dynamic features of the data. In particular, we combine Hamilton and Jordà's [2002. A model for the federal funds rate target. Journal of Political Economy 110(5), 1135–1167] autoregressive conditional hazard (ACH) and Russell and Engle's [2005. A discrete-state continuous-time model of financial transactions prices and times: the autoregressive conditional multinomial-autoregressive conditional duration model. Journal of Business and Economic Statistics 23(2), 166 – 180] autoregressive conditional multinomial (ACM) model. The paper also puts forth a methodology to evaluate probability function forecasts of MPP models. By improving goodness of fit and point forecasts of the target, the ACH–ACM qualifies as a sensible modeling framework. Furthermore, our results show that MPP models deliver useful probability function forecasts at short and medium term horizons.
