90后员工激励问题探究——以P公司为例

进入新世纪,经济全球化、技术进步等因素使得企业面对着许多挑战,因此管理者将目光投向了人力资源。人力资源可使企业在竞争中处于优势地位,有效地管理人力资本,将是企业持久发展的动力。当今时代,90后这批新员工即将成为支撑企业未来发展的关键人才,再过五年将起到中流砥柱的作用,但是作为企业的新兴力量,他们与企业之间还存在许多问题还待磨合,如企业在对其管理上如若措施不当会引起人心紊乱,不利于企业的发展;再如员工在企业中没能得到很好地发展,也会不停的跳槽,直到自己满意为止。如何有效地管理90后员工,提升其热情,发现其潜力,这成为现代企业人力资源管理者面临的首要问题。本文在马斯洛需要层次理论和赫兹伯格的双因素理论的基础上,选取P公司,运用当代的管理思维,从人力资源管理的角度出发,从新塑造P企业的激励体系。     

基于定制的电梯成品仓库存储方案研究——以某南方电梯制造公司成品仓库改造为例

以某定制电梯成品仓库的存储系统为研究对象,面对仓库储存系统的现有问题,首先通过ABC分析法找出库存的重点箱头货物,再通过CAD绘图技术对重点箱头进行货架的综合设计,最后利用现有数据对仓库进行仿真摆放,得出了叉车货架存储系统下的仓容和效率的改造结果,最后对仓库整体改造方案的实施策略提供了思路.     

市县“多规合一”之“一张蓝图”探析——以山东省桓台县“多规合一”试点为例

针对"多规合一"和空间规划改革,按照"一个市县、一本规划、一张蓝图"的思路,对"一张蓝图"的功能定位、基本特征和主要内容进行分析,并结合全国28个试点县市之一的山东省桓台县"多规合一"试点,尝试提出通过构建"双层次"规划体系来落实"一张蓝图",即在县域层面构建"三线划定"为核心的空间管控体系,在县域之下设立城镇单元、农业单元、生态单元实施分单元"图则式"引导管控,从而实现有效的国土空间用途管制,提升政府的空间治理能力。

本文以广州大学城为例,在调查研究的基础,依据统计数据分析当前低碳校园建设中存在的问题,从激励的视角设计低碳校园建设的有效途径,以有效推动低碳校园的建设,营造低碳大学城,并为国内其他高校和大学城区低碳建设提供借鉴和借鉴。     

职住平衡角度下的城乡空间结构统筹研究——以南京市江宁区为例

从当前我国职住关系变化的角度入手,首先探讨了职住平衡与城乡空间结构在因果联系、有效区域和结构构成三个方面的关系.然后,结合南京市江宁区的职住实际情况,认为其存在通勤人口数量巨大、职住服用地比例失调、城市内部功能关联度较低等问题,并进一步分析了这些问题与现有空间结构之间的联系.并针对这些问题,运用城乡统筹、职住平衡的理念,从宏现、中观和微观三个层面入手对江宁区的空间结构提出轴向多中心、综合城市、城乡职住单元、综合社区、快速公共交通发展几个方面的建议,以期从"质"的层面实现江宁区职、住间的平衡.

The Managerial Limits to Japanization: A Manufacturing Case Study

Geoffrey Broad, who is Lecturer in Comparative Industrial Relations in the Department of Business and Management Studies, University of Salford, reports on his detailed longitudinal study of the views of British and Japanese managers introducing a ‘high-involvement management’(HIM) strategy in a Japanese electronics plant in Wales. He suggest that the formal arrangements for activating such a strategy – extensive information sharing, team briefing, consultation and quality improvement teams – raised fundamental issues for power sharing and control between the two groups, as well as having significant implications for shop floor relations. In particular, the employee involvement actively encouraged by Japanese managers contrasted markedly with the preferred ‘traditional’ prerogatives of the British managers. In the circumstances, he challenges the popular stereotype of ‘Japanisation’ and points to a range of implications for management development in such initiatives.

Leasing in Russia: A Case Study

As Russia goes through the process of converting from a command to a market economy, many old business processes and standards had to be terminated and new methods implemented. Leasing is an example of a technique long in use in more developed economies that has been transplanted to Russia, with changes made to reflect the particular circumstances there. This paper examines the current state of leasing in Russia by concentrating on the experiences of one leasing company: Volgopromleasing. Interest rates and inflation rates that fluctuate widely and are sometimes extremely high, as well as a legislative environment that may be expected to change are some of the challenges faced by the firm. However, compensating opportunities exist: many Russian firms desperately need to update their equipment, the government is strongly interested in promoting rapid economic growth, and the legislation currently in effect favors leasing over other methods of acquiring fixed assets. Although leasing has the potential to assist Russian firms in modernizing and growing, and, therefore, to help the Russian economy in its effort to rapidly move to a new market economy, this can only occur in conjunction with other economic initiatives that also provide for growth and stabilization.

改进灰色预测模型的研究——以安徽省物流量预测为例

以GM(1,1)模型为基础,提出对原始数据取自然对数以提高原始数据的光滑度,同时,与优化背景值相结合,对GM(1,1)模型进行改进.利用安徽物流量的实际数据,比较原始GM(1,1)模型、基于优化背景值的GM(1,1)模型和新的GM(1,1)模型各自的拟合精度,发现新的GM(1,1)模型精度最好,有一定的实用性.
