顾客遗憾来源于消费者对不同企业产品或不同购买方案可感知价值的横向对比,遗憾感受程度受到交易情景因素如消费者决策现状、购买行为结果的可逆性以及对已购买产品的满意度的调节,同时会反过来影响顾客满意,最终影响顾客以后的购买行为。因此,它与顾客满意一起构成了影响消费者重购倾向的决定因素,企业在注重顾客保留和培养顾客忠诚时必须将二者同时考虑,做到需求导向和竞争导向的并重。  相似文献

O2O电子商务的发展受到了学术界的广泛关注。在众多学者的研究基础上,从顾客感知价值角度对O2O电子商务模式进行研究。建立了O2O电子商务模式下顾客感知价值的影响因素模型,并基于该模型提出参与O2O交易的线下实体电商、O2O网络平台和第三方支付平台共同努力提升O2O电子商务模式下顾客感知价值的策略,从而为企业促进O2O电子商务模式的发展提供参考。  相似文献

交易营销理论受到关系营销理论越来越严重的批判,大有被关系营销取代之势。笔者认为,关系营销关注于顾客的价值获得,交易营销关注于企业的操作策略,两者应该相整合,在整合关系营销的顾客价值和顾客信息的基础上设计企业的具体营销策略:明确价值前提,确定客户群;创造价值;价值定价;交付价值;管理和保持顾客的满意。  相似文献

文章构建了错过价格促销情境下价格促销类型、促销幅度、感知价值损失和负向购买意愿关系的理论模型.通过2(价格促销类型:直接降价/间接降价)×2(价格促销幅度:大/小)的因子实验设计,研究发现:在错过价格促销情境下,消费者感知价值损失因价格促销的类型不同、幅度不同而有显著差异,价格促销类型和价格促销幅度对消费者感知价值损失有交互作用,消费者感知价值损失对负向购买意愿存在显著的正向影响.  相似文献

基于预期不确定理论,建立了网络购物顾客感知价值、顾客期望与顾客满意度之间关系的结构模型,并以当前网络购物主体之一的高校学生为调查样本对模型进行了实证检验,实证研究结果支持这一模型和多数假设。在影响网络购物满意度的诸多因素中采用统计分析法提取影响满意度的主要因素:商品因素、交易支付、物流配送、网站平台、销售服务5项,最后应用多元回归技术分析了5个因素对网络购物顾客满意度的影响程度。  相似文献

基于预期不确定理论、顾客价值链思想,文章建立了网络购物顾客价值、顾客期望与顾客满意度之间的关系结构模型,并以当前网络购物主体之一的在校大学生为调查样本对模型进行了实证检验。实证研究结果支持理论模型和多数假设。结论表明,交易价值、程序性价值和顾客对网站的期望共同决定了顾客网络购物的满意度,社会性价值与顾客网络购物满意度相关性不大,信息获取、支付配送及网站的便利性是影响网络顾客满意度最为重要的因素。  相似文献

While home builders traditionally think of customer service in terms of upgrades and mortgage options, home buyers are thought to view the quality of service on a much broader basis. Previous research has identified five dimensions of service quality: appearance, reliability, timeliness, knowledge, and empathy. Home‐buyer satisfaction with service quality is then the result of home builders providing services that are perceived as meeting or exceeding buyer expectations. Although much research has been done regarding home‐buyer satisfaction with service quality, there is still a gap between builders' and home buyers' perception of the quality of service. Builders need to identify and understand home‐buyer needs in order to constantly improve service quality. This paper describes an exploratory study that focused on customer satisfaction with service quality. The objective of this study was to assess the correlations between various factors on home‐buyer expectations and their perceptions of service quality. Demographics considered in this study included age, gender and household income, while transaction characteristics included purchase price, number of occupants and house size. Characteristics such as higher income, higher purchase price, and larger house size appeared to value dimensions such as reliability most highly. Characteristics such as lower income, lower purchase price and smaller house size appeared to value dimensions such as empathy and appearance most highly. Gender, age and household size did not have significant associations with expectations or relative importance, but age and household size were associated with actual perceptions of service dimensions. Understanding the influence of these variables on customer satisfaction with service quality can positively impact home builders through improved reputation and increased local referrals.  相似文献

在美元本位的国际货币体系主导下,中国近几年连年实现双顺差、高储蓄,进而导致巨额外汇储备,其中美元资产占据很大比例。美国作为国际货币发行国,近几年实行各种经济刺激政策且毫无约束,在帮助其经济走出衰退的同时,亦导致美元不断贬值,这使得我国外汇储备面临很大的缩水风险。本文从国际货币体系失衡的角度剖析了中国外汇储备过度增长所产生的负面影响,并提出相应的政策建议。  相似文献

Stakeholders expect focal firms to improve their environmental performance. While firms may be able to accumulate the environmental expertise needed to achieve this goal internally, doing so may require significant time and resource commitments. Alternatively, buyer firms can leverage their suppliers’ existing environmental expertise and gain access to such expertise when they purchase products and services from these suppliers. The purpose of this study was to develop and test theory regarding under what conditions suppliers’ environmental expertise influences a buying firms’ procurement spend with these suppliers. We ground our study in transaction cost economics and agency theories and empirically test our hypotheses using a unique buyer–supplier dyadic data set. We find that buyer firms are willing to increase their overall business spend with suppliers that have strong environmental expertise, particularly when the buyer firms are more profitable and have higher levels of absorptive capacity. However, we find the opposite effect when the buyer firm’s executive compensation is linked to the firm’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. Likewise, we also find that the buyer firm’s environmental concern ratings negatively moderate the relationship between the supplier’s environmental expertise and the buyer’s procurement spend with the supplier.  相似文献

This study develops a research model that explains the interorganizational system (IOS) network development process in the buyer-supplier relationship. Particular attention is paid to the antecedents and consequences of two types of influence strategies— exercising power and offering IOS support—that a buyer firm often uses in increasing IOS usage with its suppliers. The research model is empirically tested with data obtained through a field survey from a sample of 233 suppliers, each exchanging electronic data interchange (EDI) documents with a nationally known retailing buyer in the United States. We find that the buyer's decision to offer EDI-related support to a supplier is negatively associated with the transaction volume with the supplier but positively with the supplier's IT capabilities as well as the supplier's transaction-specific investments made toward the relationship with the buyer. On the other hand, the buyer's decision to exercise power to a supplier is found to be negatively associated with the transaction volume between the trading partners. Our findings also indicate that offering EDI support, rather than exercising power, is more effectual in inducing greater EDI usage between the trading partners. Finally, the buyer's EDI support is found to be positively associated with suppliers' perceived benefits of using EDI in the relationship that, in turn contributes to more voluntary use of EDI with the buyer.  相似文献

A paradox exists in small business organizations; although effective buyer–supplier relationships are essential to the success of small businesses, these organizations may not have the purchasing and selling power in terms of managerial resources to implement them. This provides us an opportunity for research to determine how well developed are buyer–supplier relationships within small business organizations. Grounded in transaction cost and resource dependence theory, this paper presents and empirically tests a model that examines the relationships between buyer and supplier specificity and long‐term buyer–supplier relationships and the latter's impact on organizational performance from the buyers' perspective. The results of this study provide insight into the development and impact of buyer–supplier relationships within small business organizations. A theoretical, cross-disciplinary model for cooperative buyer–supplier relationships is proposed which integrates information obtained from prior research on organizational culture and transaction cost analysis (TCA). The authors describe key elements of TCA and review the three types of transaction governance structures commonly used to explain relationships within an organization. The authors extend this by applying structure type to buyer–supplier relationships. The researchers propose several types of interorganizational relationships and conclude with an in-depth discussion of a successful supply chain consortium used by Boeing Aircraft Company and several key suppliers.  相似文献

When manufacturers purchase products from suppliers, the types of relationships they establish may depend on many factors. These relationships can range from formalized, extensive contractual obligations to discrete individual purchases. This study investigates the potential determinants of where on this continuum of commitment the relationship lies. These determinants include uncertainty in both the supplier market and the buyer's customer market, the investment in transaction specific assets by both buyer and supplier, and the investment in product specific assets. Results indicate that market diversity, supplier concentration, investment in product specific assets, and the supplier's investment in transaction specific assets are potential reasons for higher levels of buyer-supplier commitment.  相似文献

全球市场环境不断向买方市场的转变,为企业利用逆向拍卖机制进行采购创造了条件。多属性逆向拍卖机制是采购拍卖中具有广泛应用价值的机制之一,在供应商成本和采购商效用具有可加属性特征的条件下,设计了一个基于模糊评价的多属性逆向拍卖机制,将各属性等级权重值设为供应行业提供此属性等级的平均边际成本,发现该机制是激励相容的较好机制。  相似文献
