教会法是基督教关于教会组织、制度和教徒生活准则的法规,是中世纪西欧封建法律的一个重要组成因素。教会法是神权密切联系的神权法,它有严密的教阶制度,以基督教教义为宗旨,以《圣经》为最高渊源。教会法与罗马法、日耳曼法共同构成欧洲中世纪三大法律支柱。教会法对西方法律制度的影响是多方面的。主要研究伯尔曼在《法律与革命》对教会法与西方法律传统之间的关系及教会法对西方近代部门法律的影响。  相似文献

莎士比亚在历史剧《亨利八世》中,成功塑造了主人公形象。作者基于新教立场进行题材取舍,写亨利八世的前两次婚姻与他在政治上是如何用人,以及最后他识别贤愚的智慧和方法。该剧也表明了莎士比亚人文主义背后的基督教历史观和他基督教精神产生的原因、体现内容与形式,表明作者拥戴女王,对君王的衷心和对当时制度改革支持的政治立场。该剧虽非莎翁典型的历史剧,但具有独特的地位、价值和特色,基本实现了作者的创作初衷。  相似文献

Prior research comes to different conclusions as to what country characteristics drive diffusion patterns. One prime difficulty that may partially explain this divergence between studies is the sparseness of the data, in terms of the periodicity as well as the number of products and countries, in combination with the large number of potentially influential country characteristics. In face of such sparse data, scholars have used nested models, bivariate models and factor models to explore the role of country covariates. This paper uses Bayesian Lasso and Bayesian Elastic Net variable selection procedures as powerful approaches to identify the most important drivers of differences in Bass diffusion parameters across countries. We find that socio-economic and demographic country covariates (most pronouncedly so, economic wealth and education) have the strongest effect on all diffusion metrics we study. Our findings are a call for marketing scientists to devote greater attention to country covariate selection in international diffusion models, as well as to variable selection in marketing models at large.  相似文献

Recognizing, enhancing, and appreciating positive experiences in our lives, also known as savoring, has many benefits. Research on savoring suggests that practicing savoring is linked to positive outcomes, such as increased happiness and general well-being. Organizations should be aware of the positive implications of practicing savoring and should seek to develop savoring norms, as this can contribute to organizational success. This article discusses the savoring of positive experiences and its application in the workplace. Specifically, this article will provide an overview of strategies aimed at enhancing savoring, as well as past research findings that highlight the utility of these strategies. Different barriers and solutions to savoring are discussed, in addition to the importance of the context in cultivating savoring norms in the workplace.  相似文献

This study aims to develop and test a student retention model that includes system and institutional dropout as outcome variables, examining differences in factors that affect them. We also model the image of the institution as influencing institutional commitment and drop/stay intentions. Using structural equation modeling to test the hypotheses, we found that both initial personal and institutional characteristics (such as students' goal commitment and the higher education institutional image), as well as the institutional experience and integration of the student into the academic environment, will have an effect on the level of student performance and institutional commitment, which in turn influence stay/drop decisions. Higher education administrators need to manage not only conventional factors—such as instructional effectiveness, peer interaction, and academic integration—in order to reduce attrition. They also need to manage brand associations with regard to the positioning of their institution in prospects' minds.  相似文献

The main objective of this study is to use attachment styles theory to explore long-term relationships in a service context using the mobile market as a case study. Attachment theory focuses on the primary link between maternal loss or deprivation and later personality development. This theory was extended to adult life and commercial contexts. Three attachment styles (secure, avoidant, and anxious) were used as the independent variables. Commitment and trust, as constructs of any relationship, were employed as the mediating variables, while intention to stay and cooperation were adopted as the dependent variables, as indicators of long-term commercial relationships. A random sample of 1024 members of an online panel participated in the online survey. Structural equation modelling was performed to measure the validity of the constructs through confirmatory factor analysis, and to assess the hypothesized model as a single theoretical structure using path analysis. Associations were found between most of the study variables. Significant mediation effects were found between attachment styles and long-term relationship indicators, intention to stay, and cooperation, with trust and commitment as the mediators. This study employs a unique theoretical model that has not been previously tested. The model and findings demonstrate that primary psychological structures play a role in creating and maintaining long-term relationships.  相似文献

Abstract

It is important for a supplier to be clear as to which customer service attributes are important to the reseller, as well as the supplier performance level as expected and perceived by the reseller. This paper investigates the difference between reseller satisfaction as expressed by the reseller and presumed reseller satisfaction as interpreted by the supplier. The authors formulate and empirically test six hypotheses to determine the influence of certain environmental variables on the difference in perceived satisfaction in a channel context. They find differences in perceived satisfaction levels across matched dyads composed of one reseller and the supplier's representative responsible for that account. All of the environmental conditions tested were significant drivers of a difference in satisfaction. Specifically, sales representatives tend to underestimate reseller satisfaction when product line growth is increasing, when pricing policy is excellent, and when the channel configuration is indirect. Sales representatives overestimate reseller satisfaction when the reseller is larger, when there is more rivalry, and when the reseller perceives itself as more powerful.  相似文献

Youth consumption has been an area of research interest as well as societal concern. Globalization and proliferation of media have been cited as the main reasons for rise in consumption, especially among youth. This paper has examined how the Indian Urban youth represent their Consumer Identities through their narratives. In 1991, India opened up to Globalization and its effect on the youth consumption is now wide spread. Studies in other parts of the world have shown youth to be ‘Raving Hedonists’ and ‘Squanderer’ as well as Rational and Economical Consumers. An empirical approach was taken to establish the typology of Indian Youth Consumers. Empirical data for this research was collected by conducting in‐depth interviews in 2013, covering various states of India, with students in the age group of eighteen to twenty three years, who are financially dependent on their parents. Forty in‐depth interviews, representing thirteen distinct linguistic identities were conducted and analysed. Studies done in other parts of the world such as UK, Finland, Norway and Belgium have established typologies of youth consumers such as Hedonist, Squanderer, Rational and Economical Consumer Identities. While these Consumer Identities exist among Indian Urban Youth, the researchers have identified additional Consumer Identity Typologies of Reluctant, Dependent and Aspirant Consumers. The youth in India is somewhat similar to youth elsewhere and yet has its own distinction as consumers. The fact that India has a very high youth population makes this study significant.  相似文献

选用7-苯乙酰氨基-3-氯甲基头孢烷酸对甲氧苄酯(GCLE)为原料制备了7-苯乙酰氨基-3-乙烯基头孢烷酸对甲氧苄酯。GCLE与卤化物、三苯基膦反应生成3位膦盐,在碱性条件下得到Wittig试剂(膦叶立德),再与甲醛反应生成7-苯乙酰氨基-3-乙烯基头孢烷酸对甲氧苄酯。实验结果采用正交表进行分析,结果表明,选用KI为卤化剂,K2CO3为碱性介质,n(甲醛)∶n(GCLE)为1∶10,溶剂为丙酮/CH2Cl2时,所得产物收率较高。  相似文献
