一、企业信息化将促进企业文化变革 信息化的程度和水平已经成为衡量一个国家经济、社会发展综合实力和文明程度的主要指标,信息化正在成为全球贸易、投资、资本流动和技术转移以及社会、经济、文化等一切领域发展的主要推动力。     

基于OMT的师资培训管理系统分析

文章以职成教师资培训管理系统课题为背景,通过对系统功能的分析,给出了其基于OMT技术的概念模型,并描述了教学任务分配表和课程表生成两个过程的交互图。     

Managing the environmental adaptation process in supplier–customer relationships

This paper details the results and managerial implications from four case studies, which examine how the environmental adaptation process (EAP) is managed within business‐to‐business relationships. The research uses models of supplier–customer interaction and inter‐organization cooperation in order to explore inter‐firm relationships and the process of adaptation. The research findings show that either party might pursue adaptations and also establishes features of the process itself as well as identifying factors that can facilitate or hinder the introduction of environmental changes. Arriving at a satisfactory outcome to the adaptation process can be determined by individual company and relationship characteristics, as well as the behaviour and experience of those managers involved in the process. Managing risks in organizational purchasing through adaptation of buying centre structure and the buying process

Although risk issues have extensively been explored, studies on risk perceptions and risk management from a buying centre perspective are surprisingly few. In this qualitative study, purchase-related risk management by adapting buying centre structures and buying processes was examined through semi-structured interviews among 15 business organizations. The findings suggest that although organizations perceive risks in highly similar ways, notable industry-specific differences exist in how risks are tolerated and managed. In the case of heightened perceived risk, high-tech companies were found to rely more on informality and decentralization of decision-making in risk management, whereas more traditional manufacturing organizations managed risks by increasing centralization and formality.

近年来,欠发达地区高校教师流失情况日益严峻,直接影响高校的发展以及为地区经济发展培养人力资源的使命。欠发达地区高校教师流失是多因素合力的结果,为了有效降低流失,确保欠发达地区高校发展,文章运用现代人力资源管理观点,提出科学进行教师岗位分析、职业生涯管理和绩效管理体系等对策思考。     

A market model of analysts’ opinions to explain changes in the dispersion of opinions

The demand for and supply of analysts’ opinions in this model yield an equilibrium that demonstrates how the information content of the opinions reacts to changes in exogenous parameters. The model also shows how changes in the parameters make analysts’ opinions more or less dispersed; for example, a decline in investor risk aversion, a decrease in market volatility, and an increase in information costs can lead to analysts’ opinions becoming more similar. Recognizing how exogenous factors can affect the supply and demand of analysts’ opinions gives additional insights into questions concerning what may appear to be herd behavior by analysts and also the relationship between forecast dispersion and information content. 浅谈600MW亚临界燃煤机组锅炉低氮燃烧器的改造

为降低脱硝SCR的运行费用,某公司对6号机组锅炉燃烧器进行改造,目前某公司6号炉的NOX排放浓度通常在580 mg/Nm3左右,改造后的燃烧器将会降低燃煤在炉膛炉膛燃烧过程中的NOX的生成量。文章重点介绍锅炉低氮燃烧器改造方案,浅谈燃煤机组锅炉NOX生成机理和燃烧器对NOX生成的控制。     

城市化进程中地名文化价值的量化分析——以上海市乡镇级地名为例

在城市化进程中,一些文化内涵深刻的老地名被弃用,原因在于对地名文化价值的判断以及地名的取舍缺少客观、稳定和统一的标准。通过对城市化进程中开展地名文化价值量化分析的意义、基本指导思想和主要研究过程等进行阐述,以上海市乡镇级地名文化保护过程中的实际应用为例,进行了量化分析的探索。     

Evaluation of administrative and supervisory performance of the directors of Special Education Institutions according to the teachers

In this research, the criticism of the performance of the managers of the Institutions of Special Education by the teachers was investigated. In this context, the school principals in the teaching process; planning, organizing, decision making, coordination, evaluation and supervision were questioned about the behaviors of the school in the eyes of the teachers and the suggestions of the teachers. The research was conducted in the Special Education Institutions in Nicosia. In the sample, interview questions were asked regarding the productivity and application levels to 13 teachers in 8 schools. In the findings of the research, the level of implementation of the administrators who work in the Special Education Schools in their behaviors related to the management processes is quite good. Feedback has been received at such a level that managers can appreciate both bilateral relations and each stage of the management process. As a result of the research carried out, change and development are necessary, even though the Director of the Special Education Institutions is considered sufficient in terms of planning, decision making and coordination in bilateral relations and increasing in-service training for teachers and principals nowadays, and training for the awareness of teachers’ communication and democratic attitudes is necessary.

     

对某市廉租房政策的另类思考

本文以某城市近期拟为低收入者大量新建廉租房的住房政策引出问题,从住宅经济学中的过滤理论和某些国家在类似住房政策实施方面的经验这两个角度出发,对此问题进行一些分析,并提出笔者的一些看法:该市此项住房政策可能导致其房地产市场的退化;造成资源的浪费;并带来许多社会问题.     

Product development based on users' needs assessment by single and comparative assessment methods

This paper develops a method of user's needs assessment in order to improve the quality, sales and advertising of a new product, and presents the results of its application to a medical materials case.The method proposed in this paper is based on such concepts as “Product Characteristics”, the “Stimulus-Response Model” and a combination of the single assessment method and the comparative assessment method.The results allow us to identify the key points for next improving the new product and the selling or advertising activities by product segment of the new product and existing products, by using strengths of the new product when compared with competitive products.

Automatic business process analysis and simulation based on DEMO

Enterprise process modelling as a core area of the Enterprises Information Systems (EIS) research has long attracted theoreticians of new concepts, designers of artefacts, and practitioners of modelling. As a result a vast number of modelling methods have been generated. However, each method is challenging because they lack certain aspects. First, these methods view processes as a flowchart, undermining the deep (nested) structure of processes. Second, most of these methods are based on informal or semi-formal representation, failing direct model checking and formal analysis without further translations and mapping procedures. Finally, because the majority of these methods originated from a computing perspective, their focal point is control-flow rather than interaction of social actors. In reality, an enterprise is a complex socio-technical system that includes interaction of technical and social components. In this paper, we discuss an innovative method that will address some of these challenges and provide an improved tool for this purpose. We base our method on the field-proven DEMO theory and methodology, where emphasis is made on the interactions between social actors. The proposed method encompasses a set of graphical notations and constructs based on the Petri nets semantics that allows direct model analysis and simulation.

通过对北京文化经济规划和政策实践的比较分析,揭示了北京提出和发展文化创意产业对促进文化经济的融合与兴起的重要价值.认为现阶段政府在文化经济发展中主要扮演推动者角色,但要真正建立与中国特色社会主义市场经济的繁荣和中国制造的国际影响相称的中国特色社会主义文化和软实力,政府需要进一步发挥高水平的挑战者的作用.     

Assessing the economic knowledge and economic opinions of adults

This study investigates public knowledge of basic economics and public opinion on economic issues. The primary data sources are five national surveys, administered from 1992 to 1999, which contain a rich set of questions to conduct multiple tests and comparisons of the factors that affect economic knowledge and public opinion. As a whole, the results offer significantly stronger evidence of factors that influence knowledge and opinion than is possible from a study of a particular sample of adults using a single set of survey questions.The analysis proceeds in two ways following methods that were originally used with one of the five data sets, a 1992 survey of adults (Walstad, 1997). First, a regression model is specified and estimated with each data set to identify how personal characteristics, general education, course work in economics, income, and political party affect economic knowledge. Second, probit analysis is used to evaluate the effect of economic knowledge on public opinion on selected economic issues after controlling for the above variables. The results from the 1992 data serve as the baseline for comparing the findings across the other surveys.     

Expert opinions about extrapolation and the mystery of the overlooked discontinuities

We report on the opinions of 49 forecasting experts on guidelines for extrapolation methods. They agreed that seasonality, trend, aggregation, and discontinuities were key features to use for selecting extrapolation methods. The strong agreement about the importance of discontinuities was surprising because this topic has been largely ignored in the forecasting literature.
