近年来油田各级计量检定机构多采用数字压力计标准装置进行压力量值传递。数字压力计标准装置,会由于测量元器件老化、人员操作和环境影响等因素,发生示值漂移或稳定性下降,导致检定结果的失准。定期对其进行期间核查,及时发现计量标准装置的变化,实时采取纠正措施,才能确保计量标准测量结果的准确可靠。  相似文献

使用静态容积法油流量标准装置对油库中用于成品油贸易计量的科里奥利质量流量计进行现场检定,通过分别评定流量计测量重复性、计量温度下的油品体积、体积修正系数和油品计重密度4个分量的相对标准不确定度,合成得到被检流量计相对误差的测量不确定度。根据测量不确定度评定结果可知,该静态容积法油流量标准装置符合国家计量检定系统表和检定规程的相关要求,可以用于油库准确度等级0.2级及以下质量流量计的现场检定。  相似文献

In this paper we introduce Global Purchasing Strategy (GPS) as an explanatory construct of global purchasing performance. GPS is embedded in a contingent resource-based view. The construct is conceived as the driving force behind the strategy-organization alignment. GPS is conceptualized along four dimensions: the configuration of the global purchasing process, the standardization of the global purchasing process, the standardization of product-related characteristics and the standardization of the purchasing staff organization. We develop the GPS scale and test it on a sample of 151 internationally purchasing firms. The analytic results show evidence of both reliability and validity. We propose a general model of global purchasing performance with GPS as a central mediating construct.  相似文献

Nowadays, to better serve their customers, many companies are using multiple channels with different levels of complexity. Although the literature agrees that it is a challenge to design and manage multiple channels for improved performance in today's circumstances, there are no empirically determined guidelines offered to achieve that goal. One contributing factor to this is the lack of a clear conceptualization of multiple channel complexity in the literature. With no such construct and measure, researchers are unable to conduct studies to understand variability in the complexity of multiple channels in practice and hence to draw normative conclusions for managers. In this work, drawing upon the vast organizational complexity literature, we provide a conceptual definition and a measure of multiple channel complexity. Our construct describes the structure of a multiple channel system with respect to three complexity dimensions: channel number; channel levels, and channel member variety. The data from 305 sales/marketing managers in the electronics industry support the validity of the construct as we observe that in highly uncertain environments having highly complex multiple channels in place improves company performance.  相似文献

采用美国HACHDR/2500型分光光度计测定水中化学需氧量,操作简单、方便,但在实际应用中还存在着样品检测时间过长、检测准确度不够等一些技术问题,本文从消解温度、消解时间、冷却方法以及空白校零这四个方面对其分析性能进行研究,提出了显著缩短样品检测时间并提高检测准确度的新方法,并对改进前、改进后两种方法的分析质量进行控制,测定结果合理有效,从而证明改进后的新方法能达到快速准确地检测样品的目的。  相似文献

The performance and competitiveness of manufacturing companies is dependent on the reliability, availability and productivity of their production facilities. To ensure the plant achieves the desired performance, maintenance managers need a good track of performance on maintenance process and maintenance results. This can be attained through development and implementation of a rigorously defined performance measurement framework and indicators that are able to measure important elements of maintenance function performance. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate that performance indicators are not defined in isolation, but should be the result of a careful analysis of the interaction of the maintenance function with other organisational functions, most evidently with the production function. In this paper, a conceptual framework that provide guidelines for choosing maintenance function performance indicators is proposed. It seeks to align maintenance objectives with manufacturing and corporate objectives, and provides a link between the maintenance objectives, maintenance process/efforts and maintenance results. Based on this conceptual framework, performance indicators of the maintenance process and maintenance results are identified for each category.  相似文献

Measuring research and development (R&D) performance has become a fundamental concern for R&D managers and executives in the last decades. As a result, the issue has been extensively debated in innovation and R&D management literature. The paper contributes to this growing body of knowledge, adopting a systemic and contextual perspective to look into the problem of measuring R&D performance. In particular, it explores the interplay between measurement objectives, performance dimensions and contextual factors in the design of a performance measurement system (PMS) for R&D activities. The paper relies on a multiple case study analysis that involved 15 Italian technology-intensive firms. The results indicate that firms measure R&D performance with different purposes, i.e. motivate researchers and engineers, monitor the progress of activities, evaluate the profitability of R&D projects, favour coordination and communication and stimulate organisational learning. These objectives are pursued in clusters, and the importance firms attach to each cluster is influenced by the context (type of R&D, industry belonging, size) in which measurement takes place. Furthermore, a firm's choice to measure R&D performance along a particular perspective (i.e. financial, customer, business processes or innovation and learning) is influenced by the classes of objectives (diagnostic, motivational or interactive) that are given higher priority. The implications of these results for R&D managers and scholars are discussed in the paper.  相似文献
