我国银行业监管正在实现历史性跨越:监管理论由盲目模仿走向务实创新,监管制度由零散粗浅走向系统全面,监管治理由"单向约束"走向"双向约束",监管手段由简单粗放走向精细量化,监管效率由边际模糊走向积极凸显,监管地位从默默无闻走向权威积极。银行监管至少将朝着以下四个方向发展:宏观调控的强化促使银行监管重点从单体风险向系统风险方向发展,金融结构的演变促使银行监管体制由分业向综合化方向发展,资本市场的向好促使银行监管手段由传统粗放向专业精细化方向发展,对外开放的影响促使银行监管视角由保障金融安全向保障国家战略安全方向发展。  相似文献

Multinational corporations (MNCs) entering and operating in China have been significantly changing their dominant strategies over the past two decades to cope with China's shifting competitive and regulatory environments. The new strategies have resulted in a status shift such that MNCs are no longer merely “foreign investors”; they have become “strategic insiders” who view their large-scale China operations as key to their overall corporate success. To provide an overarching picture of this status shift, this article identifies and discusses shifting competitive parameters facing MNCs (from scant to strong competition, from niche to massive competition, from single- to multi-market competition and from structural similarity to multiplicity), as well as the shifting regulatory parameters they face (from entrance to operational intervention, from separation to convergence with domestic policies and from national control to regional regulation). This article also analyzes the shifting dominant strategies MNCs use to deal with changing environmental landscapes, including shifts from parent to national integration, from production relocation to value chain localization, from competence transfer to competence building, from competition to coopetition, from repetition to adaptive diversification and from alliance building to restructuring. This article concludes by discussing how the above strategic shifts provoke the extension and rethinking of extant MNC theories and what future issues merit particular attention.  相似文献

At its peak, Phoenician businessmen directed intercontinental enterprises trading in silver from Spain, tin from Britain, ivory from Africa, copper from Cyprus, iron from Syria, and textiles and manufactured goods from all over the Mediterranean. Their investments reached from the Atlantic to the Assyrian Empire. Using Dunning's eclectic paradigm as a lens, this paper suggests these early Canaanites as the architects of the first truly intercontinental multinational enterprises. The managed business hierarchy created by the merchants of Ugarit and Tyre, moreover, foreshadowed, in some of its features, the international keiretsu networks of contemporary Japan.  相似文献

知识产权是在一定社会生产关系下知识生产过程中与生俱来的,是天生的,不是在流通或扩散中产生的,更不是国家凭空法定创制的。完整复位知识财产权是客观规律。知识流通或扩散中的垄断不是由财产权引起的,而正是由财产权得不到应有尊重和保护造成知识投资、生产和供给不足所造成的。与知识产权代价论、对价论和利益平衡论试图以法权强行限制、对价和平衡知识产权根本不同,知识产权天生论以马克思主义思想方法为指导,认为知识产权既不是对社会公众的代价,也不是法权按一定对价条件衡平或按利益平衡原则所创制的产物,而是由知识生产劳动过程创造的对社会发展所必要的财富的一部分。  相似文献

基于边界检验的中国谷物进口需求研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
文章在边界检验的基础上建立进口需求函数的UECM模型,研究了我国谷物进口对收入与相对价格的短期和长期弹性,结果发现玉米和大麦进口对收入和相对价格具有长期均衡的关系。从4个国家进口不同谷物产品长期收入弹性系数均为负,相对价格均为正;我国从美国进口玉米的短期相对价格弹性和从法国进口小麦的长期收入弹性都明显较大,即我国对美国和法国谷物进口较敏感;而从泰国进口水稻和从澳大利亚进口大麦的进口收入和相对价格弹性相对较小,即我国对泰国和澳大利亚谷物进口不论短期还是长期均不敏感,并保持相对稳定,从满足国内谷物需求的角度看,我国应与这两个国家建立长期稳定的贸易合作关系。  相似文献

This paper investigates the performance changes of independent hotels due to the presence of nearby branded hotels in Texas. The moderating effects of these performance spillovers are also examined. Evidence from empirical analysis shows the existence and moderate significance of spillover effects from branded to independent hotels. Further analyses indicate that younger and higher-class independent hotels benefit significantly from performance spillovers from branded hotels. Higher-class branded hotels generate the vast majority of spillovers for their independent peers in the vicinity. Moreover, between the two types of branded hotels, franchised hotels generate the vast majority of spillovers, whereas contributions from chain-operated hotels are negligible. Suggestions are provided to independent hotels on how to improve their performance through spillovers from branded hotels.  相似文献

来自于农业高校Q高校的个案调查结果说明:目前高校贫困生主要来自农村,他们物质性的社会支持主要来自于家庭,但国家助学贷款在解决学生上学费用过程中所起的作用越来越大,来自于学校、企业及社会的社会支持整体较小,学生彼此之间的物质性资助水平较低。家庭经济困难学生在读期间整体感觉压力较大,男生女生之间的压力无显著差异。在心理社会支持过程中,同龄群体是主要的社会支持。重大问题咨询父母是第一选择,学生领悟到的来自于老师的社会支持不高。  相似文献

People may be subjected to discrimination from a variety of sources in the workplace. In this study of mental health workers, we contrast four potential perpetrators of discrimination (managers, co-workers, patients, and visitors) to investigate whether the negative impact of discrimination on victims’ well-being will vary in strength depending on the relative power of the perpetrator. We further explore whether the negative impact of discrimination is at least partly explained by its effects on people’s sense of organizational justice, and whether the strength of mediation varies according to the source of discrimination. Using survey data from 1,733 UK mental health workers, a structural equation model was designed to test these hypotheses following a bootstrap approach. Discrimination from all sources was related to well-being, with that from managers having the strongest effects. The results support an explanation of the effect of discrimination on well-being in terms of organizational justice perceptions for discrimination from managers and from visitors, but less so for discrimination from co-workers or from patients. The study highlights the importance of differentiating amongst sources of discrimination at work and the salience of organizational justice perceptions in explaining the effects of discrimination from some sources.  相似文献

Drawing on the network literature and attention-based view, we examine the extent to which international exposure from key informal (geographically proximate firms) and formal (alliance partners) network relationships impacts new venture internationalization. Our findings are three-fold. First, international exposure from both types of network relationships positively influence new venture internationalization, and serve as substitutes for each other. Second, the effects differ based on the age of the venture. While older ventures benefit more from international exposure from alliance partners, younger ventures are more influenced by international exposure from geographically proximate firms. Third, our analysis confirms a three-way interactive effect of age and international exposure from informal and formal relationships on new venture internationalization.  相似文献

Academicians and policymakers have argued that entrepreneurship provides a route out of poverty and an alternative to unemployment or discrimination in the labor market. Existing research, however, provides little evidence from longitudinal data on the relationship between business ownership and economic advancement for disadvantaged groups. I use data from the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth (NLSY) to examine the earnings of young business owners from disadvantaged families and make comparisons to young wage/salary workers from disadvantaged families. For young men from disadvantaged families, I find some evidence that self-employed business owners earn more than wage/salary workers. In contrast, I find that for young women from disadvantaged families business owners earn less than wage/salary workers. The results from these earnings comparisons are somewhat sensitive to the use of different measures of income and econometric models.  相似文献

This study focuses on comparison of perceptions of ethical business cultures in large business organizations from four largest emerging economies, commonly referred to as the BRICs (Brazil, Russia, India, and China), and from the US. The data were collected from more than 13,000 managers and employees of business organizations in five countries. The study found significant differences among BRIC countries, with respondents from India and Brazil providing more favorable assessments of ethical cultures of their organizations than respondents from China and Russia. Overall, highest mean scores were provided by respondents from India, the US, and Brazil. There were significant similarities in ratings between the US and Brazil.  相似文献

There is a need to integrate service quality concepts withconcepts from other research fields, such as the psychosocialwork environment, to help us better understand and create abasis for quality control in services. The main aim of this paperis to explore empirically the relationships between thepsychosocial work environment and internal service qualily. Weuse concepts and measures derived from psychosocial workenvironment theory and service quality theory respectively. Datawere collected from 555 employees in a Swedish computerservice company using questions from a Stress Profile as well as from a Quality Profile. All 52 items from the Stress Projile and20 items from the Quality Profile were entered into a factoranalysis. The main result of the study is not the exact outcome ofthe factor analysis per se, but rather the point that questionsderived from two different research fields appear to measuredifferent mental representations of work conditions. Clearly,interdependence exists between the psyclzosocial workenvironment and internal quality. It is quite concmon to ncap adrestructure service processes in order to improve internal qualityin an attempt to solve quality problems created by organisationalchanges. We suggest that it should be equally inportant to takenieasures to increase work satisfaction by improvingpsychosocial work conditions.  相似文献

Unproven assertions about potential option returns have accompanied increased interest in option trading since formation of the CBOE. This paper presents an analysis of return distributions from buying and selling CBOE options. Generally, buying options resulted in returns that were negative and lower than returns from buying the underlying stocks. Average returns from writing covered options exceeded returns from buying both options and stocks. Commissions and taxes shifted location of return distributions for all three investments, particularly reducing returns from buying options.  相似文献

文章基于集群供应链视角,从中观层面给出了一种农产品加工业与物流业共生演化的新描述。研究发现,伴随着共生的形成、成长到成熟,农产品加工业与物流业共生关系从“点共生”到“线共生”,再到“面共生”,最终向“网络共生”演化。这一过程中,两业共生呈现出资源从分离到叠加、共生类型从供需型到互补型、共生稳定性从不稳定到强稳定演进的规律性。两业共生演进并不必然发生,而是市场与政府共同作用的结果。  相似文献

The determinants of business negotiations in three countries are investigated in a laboratory simulation. One hundred thirty-eight businesspeople from the United States, 68 from Mexico, and 148 from Canada (74 Anglophones and 74 Francophones) participated in a two-person, buyer-seller negotiation simulation. The negotiation styles of the Francophone Canadian and the Mexican businesspeople were found to be significantly different from both the American and Anglophone Canadian styles.  相似文献
