为了提高大型船舶建造的效率、有效解决大型船舶建造过程中船体分段在厂区内移动时的物流拥堵问题,综合考虑了船体分段的规格、工艺物流流向,以及厂区内分段堆场的布局和道路通行情况,通过船厂实际数据的收集和分析,考虑了多个平板车的任务干涉以及厂区内道路的通行能力和道路干涉,基于eM-Plant仿真软件建立了考虑多个平板车的船厂分段运输仿真模型。基于某船厂的实际数据,应用考虑多个平板车的船厂分段运输仿真模型进行仿真分析和优化,找出该船厂分段运输问题中的瓶颈,通过调整和优化平板车的配置,提高平板车使用率和分段运输效率,为仿真分析技术在船舶建造管理上的应用提供了有效的实例。 相似文献

在使用仿真软件开展宽带模拟信号放大电路仿真时,经常会遇到某些宽带三极管元器件模型缺失的现象。研究提出了利用Multisim软件解决上述问题的思想方法:首先,选型具有更好频率响应特性以及动态范围特性的G-P模型,研判出主要参数,阐明其物理意义;其次,以低噪声宽带三极管元器件BFG425W为研究对象,分析仿真模型组成,研讨应用SPICE仿真语言进行仿真建模的方法;最后,将所构建的仿真模型导入Multisim软件,对仿真模型的正确性和可靠性进行验证。验证结果表明,所建立的三极管元器件模型电流放大倍数在64~84范围,处于合理范围50~120之内。该仿真建模思想方法融合了半导体物理学建模、SPICE仿真语言编程等高精尖知识,为缺乏相关经验的研发人员提供了新的解决方案。 相似文献

This study examines the supply response of the Greek beef market and the possible effect of the European Union’s Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) on the Greek beef sector during the period 1993–2005. A Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity (GARCH) process is used to estimate expected price, and price volatility, while several different symmetric, asymmetric and non-linear GARCH models are estimated. The empirical results show that price volatility and feed price are important risk factors in the supply response function, while the negative asymmetric price volatility that was detected implies that producers have a weak market position. Furthermore, the empirical findings confirm that the annual premium paid by the EU to beef producers had a positive impact on the production level and also, the change of the EU price support regime, after 2006, is having negative effects on beef production level in Greece. 相似文献

本文首先根据投入产出直接消耗系数表,结合复杂网络理论的建模思想构建了一类有向加权网络——区域产业结构网络,然后运用2007年全国投入产出数据研究了该网络的一系列特征值。在研究网络的路径问题时,考虑到网络边权是一种相似权,进而转向研究网络的最长路径及其蕴含的产业经济意义。以此为基础,论文又构建了产业间最强关联网络和产业集群发展关联网络,一方面梳理出区域产业规划过程中的关键产业部门,另一方面通过与发达国家和地区进行比较,识别出产业集群化过程中存在的问题。最后选取了汽车行业和石化行业进行了产业集群发展可行性方面的实证分析。 相似文献

This paper models, as equilibrium behavior, buyers' behaviors under transactions costs and market failure constraints. It derives equilibrium conditions and it shows how they differ from unconstrained models. Standard utility and cost parameters are then used to estimate the economic costs of the constraints, which may be interpreted, at the margin, as the transactions costs of moving. If transactions costs are greater than the economic costs of the constraints, the household remains in a residence, even in response to changed price and income expectations. Changes in expected prices and incomes lead to changed housing demand even when the household cannot adjust housing consumption between periods. These findings have implications for empirical work with both cross-section and panel data sets. 相似文献

In adopting build-to-order order fulfillment systems, automotive companies strive to better synchronize their production output with market demand. This essentially gives rise to a new paradigm in production planning. Since all business is linked to customer orders, the operational performance is substantially determined by order-driven planning. Therefore, a clear understanding of the associated planning tasks, order promising and master production scheduling, as well as their dynamic interaction is essential. Based on the analysis of the decision situation of order-driven planning in build-to-order settings, we provide a framework comprising separate interlinked quantitative models for order promising and master production scheduling. The focus of the contribution is on the modeling and evaluation of both models in a dynamic setting. The approach is evaluated by means of a simulative analysis using empirical data from the automotive industry. Conclusions regarding the potentials of such systems with respect to customer service, the leveling of resource utilization, and holding are presented. 相似文献
