饭店委托管理在我国饭店行业中已经屡见不鲜,从反垄断法角度审视饭店委托管理是一个崭新的视角.饭店委托管理是一种特许经营的经营模式,其价值目标与反垄断法恰恰相反,这就要求界定饭店委托管理在反垄断法方面合法与非法的界限.我国正在制定过程中的反垄断法应充分考虑特许经营和饭店委托管理这种特殊的经营模式,在特定市场认定、市场力量界定等相关问题上深入研究,制定出既符合我国国情,又符合各种产业特点,包括特许经营业和饭店委托管理特征的"经济宪法".  相似文献

目前随着饭店行业竞争的不断加剧,人才保留和员工忠诚受到了管理实践者的极大重视.本研究从内部营销视角出发,以中国饭店业为研究对象,分析员工信任、满意和组织承诺对饭店员工态度和行为忠诚的递推影响作用.实证研究发现,员工信任和满意通过组织承诺影响员工态度忠诚,最终影响员工行为忠诚.因此,饭店行业的管理者在强调通过物质利益树立员工忠诚度的同时一定不能忽视员工心理状态对于忠诚度的影响作用,更要充分利用组织承诺的效能来降低员工流动率.  相似文献

本文通过抽样调查 ,对目前中国两种饭店管理公司进行了对比研究。结果显示 :外国饭店管理公司在品牌声誉、可信度、销售网络及其与当地政府、相关机构和饭店员工关系等16个有关饭店管理公司竞争力指标上 ,比中国饭店管理公司具有较大的优势 ,但存在增长动力不足的问题。处于发展初期的中国饭店管理公司尚难以与国外公司开展纯市场性的竞争 ,政府现行的行政干预有助于其规模的形成 ,但无法解决内在竞争力不足的问题。中外双方利用各自比较优势开展合作以形成联合优势 ,是一项双赢战略。本文认为建立合资合作饭店管理公司来实现这一战略是现阶段中外饭店管理公司的明智选择。  相似文献

一线服务员工因处于组织的边界位置而表现出服务提供、外部代表和内部影响3类跨边界行为,这些行为能够显著提高组织绩效.心理所有权是一种重要的心理状态,以往的研党证实组织心理所有权与员工角色外行为存在积极的关系.然而,跨边界行为不仅包括角色外行为,而且包括角色内行为,并且非常适合于服务组织背景,因此,研究员工组织心理所有权对跨边界行为的影响具有重要的理论和现实意义.文章通过对旅游饭店企业一线服务员工的研究发现,组织心理所有权对外部代表行为和内部影响行为有直接和间接影响,组织心理所有权对服务提供行为有间接影响.这一结论提醒旅游饭店业要培育和提高一线服务员工的组织心理所有权,促使其表现出跨边界行为进而提高组织竞争力.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

To support the emergence of a solid knowledge base for analysing the e-relationship marketing of hotels, a framework has been developed to analyse and categorise the online capabilities of UK-based multi-unit hotel brands to build customer relationships. The framework was based on the five progressive levels of relationship marketing implementation suggested by Kotler, Bowen, and Makens (2003). The study found that the exploitation of the Internet, as a relational tool, is in its early stages and most brands used the Internet to maintain the lowest (basic) level of relationships. On average, the Web sites of larger and most visible brands were significantly richer in terms of the number of features and more relational orientated. As opposed to previous studies, the managerial structure (ownership, management contract, franchising) of the investigated brands did not prevent the exploitation of the advanced levels of relationship marketing. Since the Web sites of brands that operate hotels under different managerial structures (management contract, franchise) were significantly richer at the proactive level. Suggestions for future research are also discussed.  相似文献

Abstract

This study developed and tested a progressive five-level e-Relationship marketing (e-RM) model. The authors examined e-RM web features of the top 127 hotel companies. The results indicate that the hotel companies in the study did not extensively utilize higher-level (Accountable, Proactive, and Partnership) e-RM features on their websites although they employed many lower-level (Basic and Reactive) features. The study also reveals that the extent to which a hotel company employed e-RM website features was positively associated with the size of the hotel company but negatively associated with the number of brands held by the company. This article provides an in-depth e-RM literature review and discusses practical marketing implications as well.  相似文献

已有研究主要探讨某一服务营销管理举措与企业绩效的关系,而在酒店业不同的发展阶段,各种服务营销管理举措发挥作用的程度不同.为了揭示现阶段我国酒店最佳的营销管理组合,我们在充分总结有关研究的基础上,构建了服务营销管理体系对酒店绩效影响的回归模型,随后对全国30多个城市千余家酒店进行了问卷调查,对221个有效样本的分析发现:在酒店服务营销管理体系中,服务创新、服务补救和人员管理决定着酒店绩效,且酒店星级对以上关系存在显著的调节作用.  相似文献

网络Web 2.0时代,游客在预订酒店时常常通过查询先前住客点评内容来了解酒店情况。住客生成的网络点评内容是影响口碑效果的重要因素,但点评内容正负性和详略性的作用现有研究还存在一些争议。以调节焦点理论为基础研究酒店预订中住客点评的说服效果,通过2×2×2实验研究发现,负向酒店点评对预防焦点个体的说服效果更优,正向酒店点评对促进焦点个体的说服效果更优,详尽的酒店点评内容对预防焦点个体的说服效果更大,简略的酒店点评内容对促进焦点型个体的说服效果更大。  相似文献

Sustainable tourism development (STD) has recently become a tourism management guideline. STD meets the needs of present tourists and host regions while protecting and enhancing opportunities for the future. It is envisaged as leading to management of all resources in such a way that economic, social and aesthetic needs can be fulfilled while maintaining cultural integrity, essential ecological processes, biological diversity and life support systems (World Tourism Organization, 2004, Concepts & Definitions: Sustainable Development of Tourism Conceptual Definition. Retrieved 12 August 2004 from http://www.world-tourism.org/frameset/frame_sustainable.html). The purpose of this study is to propose an evaluation procedure of STD and illustrate how it can be applied empirically to a specific destination. Green Island in Taiwan, which lies in the Pacific Ocean, was selected to act as our empirical case due to its rich resources but threatened sustainability. First, we collected indicators of STD from the literature about small islands. Second, the Delphi technique was used to refine and identify the final indicators for STD evaluation according to the characteristics of our study case. Third, we calculated the criteria weights by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process after constructing the evaluation criteria hierarchy. Finally, the measurement of performance corresponding to each criterion was conducted under the setting of fuzzy set theory. The results illustrate that our empirical case still needs more work in order to achieve its goal of sustainable tourism development. We also provide some managerial implications for the stakeholders such as tourism authorities, tourism businesses, local communities and academics.  相似文献

Despite extensive research in the field of hotel chains, a general conceptual model of hotel chains does not yet exist. Therefore, this article aims to fill this gap by analyzing the nature of hotel chains from three different perspectives (resource-based, value chain, and stakeholder network perspectives), which are the sources of their competitive advantage. For all perspectives, we develop partial models of a hotel chain, which are then combined into one integrated model that can be used in the strategic analysis of hotel chains. Managerial implications and limitations of the integrated model and the three partial models are discussed.  相似文献

This study illustrates that determinants of customer satisfaction in hospitality venues can be identified through an analysis of online reviews. Using text mining and content analysis of 42,668 online traveler reviews covering 774 star-rated hotels, the study found that transportation convenience, food and beverage management, convenience to tourist destinations and value for money are identified as excellent factors that customers booking both luxury and budget hotels consider important and for which the performance is much satisfactory to them. Customers paid more attention to, but were less satisfied with, bed, reception services and room size and decoration. Most determinants of customer satisfaction also showed a consensus over luxury versus budget hotels, except for factors referring to lobby and sound insulation. As per its findings, the article concludes by presenting theoretical and managerial implications.  相似文献
